清洁汽车燃料-LPG在化油器发动机上的应用研究

减少汽车尾气对环境造成的污染已是全球性的关注热点，本文通过发动机台架试验，研究了清洁汽车燃料－LPG在化油器发动机上的使用情况，试验结果表明，含炳烷75％的LPG在所采用的试验燃料中不但具有良好的动力性能，而且具有良好的消耗性能和排放性能。     

供配电系统对煤气系统安全的影响及对策

针对几起煤气系统中供配电系统的事故案例 ,分析了供配电系统故障对煤气系统的危害 ,提出了对策与建议。     

Relationship between electrogenic performance and physiological change of four wetland plants in constructed wetland-microbial fuel cells during non-growing seasons

To find suitable wetland plants for constructed wetland-microbial fuel cells(CW-MFCs),four commonly used wetland plants, including Canna indica, Cyperus alternifolius L., Acorus calamus, and Arundo donax, were investigated for their electrogenic performance and physiological changes during non-growing seasons. The maximum power output of12.82 mW/m~2 was achieved in the A. donax CW-MFC only when root exudates were being released. The results also showed that use of an additional carbon source could remarkably improve the performance of electricity generation in the C. indica and A. donax CW-MFCs at relatively low temperatures(2–15°C). However, A. calamus withered before the end of the experiment, whereas the other three plants survived the winter safely, although their relative growth rate values and the maximum quantum yield of PSII(Fv/Fm) significantly declined, and free proline and malondialdehyde significantly accumulated in their leaves.On the basis of correlation analysis, temperature had a greater effect on plant physiology than voltage. The results offer a valuable reference for plant selection for CW-MFCs.     

大亚湾核电站运转前及运转后大鹏澳海域水质状况评价

根据大亚湾核电站运转前及运转后对大亚湾大鹏澳海域的监测资料，选用ｐＨ，ＤＯ，ＣＯＤＭｎ，ＴＩＮ，ＰＯ４－Ｐ和Ｃｈｌ．ａ为评价因子，以水质质量综合系数（ＷＱＩ）为模式，评价了大鹏澳海域水体质量状况。综合评价的结果显示，大鹏澳海域水体质量，在核电站运转前及运转后，冬，夏季节均属清洁水平。

Safety distances for hydrogen filling stations

In the context of spatial planning the Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment asked the Centre for External Safety of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) to advice on safe distances pertaining to hydrogen filling stations. The RIVM made use of failure modeling and parameters for calculating the distance in detail. An imaginary hydrogen filling station for cars is used in the determination of ‘external safety’ or third party distances for the installations and the pipe work for three different sizes of hydrogen filling stations. For several failure scenarios ‘effect’ distances are calculated for car filling at 350 and 700 bar. Safe distances of filling stations from locations where people live and work appear to be similar for compressed hydrogen, gasoline/petrol and compressed natural gas. Safe distances for LPG are greater. A filling unit for hydrogen can be placed at gasoline/petrol-filling stations without increasing safety distances.

汽车电动助力转向装置的安全性探讨

电动助力转向装置是汽车上一种新的助力转向系统装置 ,近年来在国内外发展迅速 ,由于它采用了可编程电子控制装置 ,在带来灵活性的同时也存在着安全隐患。在分析这种产品特殊性的基础上 ,笔者结合电子控制装置的特点 ,指出了事关安全性的因素 ,提出了处理安全性的措施 ,并讨论了几个事关安全性的具体问题。研究结果表明 :现有标准不能够满足电动助力转向装置安全性的需要 ;并提出了对电动助力转向装置进行安全性测评的思想。研究工作对电动助力转向装置的开发以及评价具有参考意义。
