● A novel VMD-IGOA-LSTM model has proposed for the prediction of water quality. ● Improved model quickly converges to the global optimal fitness and remains stable. ● The prediction accuracy of water quality parameters is significantly improved. Water quality prediction is vital for solving water pollution and protecting the water environment. In terms of the characteristics of nonlinearity, instability, and randomness of water quality parameters, a short-term water quality prediction model was proposed based on variational mode decomposition (VMD) and improved grasshopper optimization algorithm (IGOA), so as to optimize long short-term memory neural network (LSTM). First, VMD was adopted to decompose the water quality data into a series of relatively stable components, with the aim to reduce the instability of the original data and increase the predictability, then each component was input into the IGOA-LSTM model for prediction. Finally, each component was added to obtain the predicted values. In this study, the monitoring data from Dayangzhou Station and Shengmi Station of the Ganjiang River was used for training and prediction. The experimental results showed that the prediction accuracy of the VMD-IGOA-LSTM model proposed was higher than that of the integrated model of Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD), the integrated model of Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise (CEEMDAN), Nonlinear Autoregressive Network with Exogenous Inputs (NARX), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), as well as other models, showing better performance in short-term prediction. The current study will provide a reliable solution for water quality prediction studies in other areas.  相似文献

Wildfire may be the clearest example to date of a socio-natural hazard that is being exacerbated by climate change, making wildfire an essential lens through which to investigate learning and adaptation in the Anthropocene. Here, we study discourse about simultaneous and recurring catastrophic wildfires in Colorado newspapers. We find that the wildfires’ anniversaries served as opportunities for critical reflection on hazard causality and mitigation in local media, particularly the first anniversary and especially for a community that experienced two catastrophic wildfires in a row. Two mediated prospective memory practices—invoking hindsight as foresight and recognizing a new normal—contributed to this discourse. However, learning and adaptation discourse faded in local media at later anniversaries. These findings contribute to learning and adaptation scholarship by connecting the concept of mediated prospective memory to disaster-related media studies and attending to the intricacies of anniversary commemoration under circumstances of simultaneous and recurring disasters.  相似文献

Much of our day-to-day wayfinding behaviour takes place in familiar large-scale urban environments, yet there is a dearth of studies examining how wayfinding unfolds on a second-by-second basis in this context. Here we used a retrospective verbal report protocol, eye tracking and a highly accurate virtual reality simulation of a real city (London, UK) to examine this issue. Subjects, who were taxi drivers, were able to produce extremely detailed accounts of what they had been thinking during wayfinding, which were validated by independent eye-tracking data. There was a high degree of consistency in the types of thoughts across subjects, permitting classification into a number of distinct categories. Moreover, it was possible to quantify the number of thoughts in each category, their durations and temporal order. Detailed analysis of the verbal reports provided new insights into the processes and strategies involved, and highlighted a greater range of thoughts than has previously been reported in studies of wayfinding. By analysing the temporal order of thoughts it was possible to identify specific relationships between categories. Some of these relationships were predicted by current cognitive models of wayfinding, others were novel, thus shedding new light on how navigation unfolds in a busy city.  相似文献

为及时准确地确定钻具疲劳损伤及应力集中位置,确定疲劳损伤程度,对42CrMo钢缺口试件进行拉扭疲劳试验及磁记忆在线检测。试验中实时采集磁记忆信号的切向分量,分析其梯度变化趋势,并提取Hp(x)max,Hp(x)sub,Kmax,Ksub等4个磁记忆信号特征参量,研究这4个特征参量在整个疲劳循环过程中的变化规律,并比较在线卸载与在线加载检测各特征参量的异同。试验结果表明,在整个疲劳过程中,各磁记忆信号特征参量具有不同的变化规律,很好地诠释了材料的拉扭疲劳过程,表征出不同疲劳阶段材料的应力集中程度。  相似文献

In this research, we develop a framework for understanding the emergence of transactive memory systems (TMS) in project‐based teams characterized by different levels of group level positive affectivity (PA) and negative affectivity (NA). With a focus on enhancing understanding of the means of transmission, we test the mediating role played by group level psychological safety (PS) in the relationship between team affectivity and TMS. From a sample of 107 software implementation project teams, in a lagged field study, we find support for a mediated model in which high group NA, but not group PA, promotes environments psychologically unsafe for interpersonal risk‐taking (low PS) and which are negatively associated with TMS. This study extends prior research on the differential effects of PA and NA, by contributing to the limited research on group affectivity, environmental antecedents of TMS, and the mediating role of PS for predicting group level transactive processes and structures. 作为贯通于中国现当代社会进步与发展的典型文化现象,红色记忆宏观层面的书写、建构、传承等话题得到了广泛的关注与探讨,但个体层面的红色记忆研究相对空缺并亟待推进。为此,本文以红色资源富集的延安城市核心区为案例地,借助世代研究法,通过对36位当地居民的深度访谈,明晰了红色记忆“宏观—微观”的建构路径与结果,并诠释了延安老中青三代城市居民的红色记忆代际差异。研究发现,宏观层面的记忆要素挖掘、叙事表达与资源活化构筑了居民红色记忆的编码、选择与巩固过程,促使当地居民生成富有时代特色的红色记忆内容,并最终构建了老中青三代权威性、功能性及反思性的差异性红色记忆体系。研究结果折射出记忆建构的社会力量与时代变迁对个体记忆塑造的重要意义,并为规范开展红色记忆实践,推进红色记忆薪火相传提供了理论参照。  相似文献

Weak magnetic field(WMF) was employed to improve the removal of Cr(VI) by zero-valent iron(ZVI) for the first time. The removal rate of Cr(VI) was elevated by a factor of 1.12–5.89 due to the application of a WMF, and the WMF-induced improvement was more remarkable at higher Cr(VI) concentration and higher p H. Fe2+was not detected until Cr(VI) was exhausted, and there was a positive correlation between the WMF-induced promotion factor of Cr(VI) removal rate and that of Fe2+release rate in the absence of Cr(VI) at pH 4.0–5.5. These phenomena imply that ZVI corrosion with Fe2+release was the limiting step in the process of Cr(VI) removal. The superimposed WMF had negligible influence on the apparent activation energy of Cr(VI) removal by ZVI, indicating that WMF accelerated Cr(VI)removal by ZVI but did not change the mechanism. The passive layer formed with WMF was much more porous than without WMF, thereby facilitating mass transport. Therefore,WMF could accelerate ZVI corrosion and alleviate the detrimental effects of the passive layer, resulting in more rapid removal of Cr(VI) by ZVI. Exploiting the magnetic memory of ZVI, a two-stage process consisting of a small reactor with WMF for ZVI magnetization and a large reactor for removing contaminants by magnetized ZVI can be employed as a new method of ZVI-mediated remediation.  相似文献

根据作者开发研制的形状记忆合金丝一橡胶复合支座,建立了传统抗震结构和两种不同支座隔震结构体系的运动方程,并对某个实际工程四层钢框架结构进行了数值模拟,分析其在阪神波和El Centro波作用下的时程反应。研究表明,SMA丝一橡胶复合支座是一种很有效的隔震装置,将它用于钢框架结构,能有效地减小结构的位移、速度及加速度时程反应,而对于加速度峰值较大的阪神波的隔震效果更为明显,说明该复合支座能有效地提供罕遇地震作用下钢结构的隔震效果。  相似文献

为了探究邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(Diisodecyl Phthalate,DIDP)、甲醛(Formaldehyde,FA)二者联合暴露致小鼠学习记忆障碍的氧化损伤机制,以及维生素E(Vitamin E,Vit E)对二者所致氧化损伤的保护作用,将80只SPF级3周龄雄性KM小鼠随机平均分为8组:(A)阴性对照组;(B)0.15 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)DIDP组;(C)1.5 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)DIDP组;(D)15 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)DIDP组;(E)150 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)DIDP组;(F) 1 mg·m~(-3)FA组;(G)1 mg·m~(-3)FA+15 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)DIDP组;(H)1 mg·m~(-3)FA+15 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)DIDP+100 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)Vit E组.连续染毒3周.于染毒第13 d开始进行水迷宫实验,末次给药后24 h内取小鼠脑组织制作切片和组织匀浆,检测脑组织匀浆中活性氧(ROS)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的含量.结果表明,(A)组~(E)组小鼠脑海马组织氧化损伤逐渐加重,小鼠学习记忆能力逐渐下降;(G)组较(F)组小鼠脑海马组织氧化损伤加重,小鼠学习记忆能力下降;(H)组较(G)组小鼠脑海马组织氧化损伤减轻,小鼠学习记忆能力有所提高.研究显示,DIDP可通过氧化应激作用,引起脑海马组织损伤,导致小鼠学习记忆能力下降.  相似文献
