根据天然气重烃分析对比松辽盆地北部深层气

简要介绍了天然气生烃分析技术，首次总结了松辽盆地北部深层气重烃的基本化学组成，选择和利用深层气重经指标探讨了深层天然气母质类型及其成熟度，井对气源作了对比分析。     

包头市大气污染对人群健康的影响

包头市环境污染属典型的煤烟型污染，是国内少数几个污染严重的城市之一。笔者以多年的大气环境监测数据为基础，结合居民环境流行病学调查，定性或定量地给出了大气污染对人体健康（多项指标）造成的危害。经研究发现，包头市大气污染已对市区居民健康状况产生明显影响，除造成居民健康慢性损害外，还加剧此等病的病情、加速死亡。     

Prenatal diagnosis of Pompe's disease (type ii glycogenosis) in chorionic villus biopsy using maltose as a substrate

Uncultured trophoblasts obtained from chorionic villus biopsy during the gestation period of 8–12 weeks were assayed for alpha-glucosidase activity using maltose as the substrate. Only one major form of maltase activity with a pH optimum at 4.0 was demonstrated. Using this method, we performed prenatal diagnosis on three pregnancies at risk for the infantile form of type II glycogen storage disease. Two affected fetuses and one unaffected fetus were predicted and the diagnosis was subsequently confirmed. The maltose assay offered a direct, simple, and sensitive method for prenatal diagnosis of Pompe's disease in the first trimester.

草原地区，降水的波动性对草本植物的生理机理、生态学机理、演替机理、生物量、载畜量、表层土壤养分含量等生态因子影响很大。本文分析报告了降水的波动性对荒漠草原生态环境监测区及代表类型区等表层土壤养分含量的影响。     

Prenatal diagnosis of morquio's disease type a (n-acetylgalactosamine 6-sulphate sulphatase deficiency)

Prenatal monitoring of three pregnancies at risk of Morquio's disease type A by determination of N-acetylgalactosamine 6-sulphate sulphatase activity in cultured amniotic cells is reported. In one pregnancy prenatal diagnosis of one affected fetus was made. Enzyme determinations in tissues of the aborted fetus confirmed the prenatal diagnosis.

冷轧镀锌线清洗段含油废水处理工艺探讨

采用气浮分离预处理工艺，处理含油、含碱混合废水，减轻了后序含油废水和酸碱废水处理系统的负荷，提高了净化效率和出水水质。     

西藏色季拉山野生观赏树木资源及其开发利用

西藏色季拉山区野生观赏树木资源丰富，有４０科７５属１９０余种。种类最多的科是蔷薇科、杜鹃花科、忍冬科、虎耳草科和豆科。种类最多的属是杜鹃花属、忍冬属、李属、绣线菊属和子属。其中花木占４７．６％，花果木占２４．６％，果木占１１．０％。花木中白花者占４６．４％。果木中红果者占８０．９％。７５．３％的种类生于森林型生境。７４．４％的花木夏季开花。生于阳生灌丛型生境的种类最易被驯化。黄牡丹、多蕊金丝桃、小叶子、素馨花和巨柏等应首先开发。     

First trimester prenatal diagnosis of Sanfilippo disease (MPSIII) type B

Two pregnancies of a family at risk for Sanfilippo disease type B were monitored in the first trimester. In one case an affected fetus was diagnosed on chorionic villi by the assay of N-acetyl-a-D -glucosaminidase and confirmed on cultured fibroblasts from the aborted fetus. Pathological findings are also reported and compared with changes observed later in life. The disease was excluded in the second pregnancy.
