为降低建筑安全事故发生的概率,从建筑工人的不安全行为入手,构建体力疲劳与不安全行为理论影响模型,通过结构方程模型(structural equation model, SEM)与层次回归法实证检验二者间的影响关系。研究结果表明:体力疲劳直接正向影响建筑工人不安全行为,且通过工作倦怠作为中介因素间接影响建筑工人不安全行为;而心理资本反向调节体力疲劳与工作倦怠的关系。研究结果揭示体力疲劳与不安全行为的中介调节机制,丰富和完善二者的间接及整体关系,有助于管理者有效防控建筑工人的不安全行为。 相似文献

The costs of dispersal are an important factor promoting natal philopatry, thereby encouraging the formation of social groups.
The red fox, Vulpes vulpes, exhibits a highly flexible social system and one that is thought to represent a possible stage in the evolution of more
complex patterns of group-living. Although the potential benefits accruing to philopatric offspring have previously been studied
in this species, the potential costs of dispersal have received less attention. We contrasted survival rates, nutritional
status, injuries and reproductive output of dispersing and non-dispersing male and female foxes in an urban population to
assess the relative costs of dispersal versus natal philopatry. Mortality rates were not significantly higher for dispersing
foxes, either in the short- or long-term. There was no evidence of increased nutritional stress in dispersing individuals.
Dispersing individuals did, however, exhibit greater levels of wounding, although this did not appear to affect survival.
Dispersing females were more likely to miss a breeding opportunity early in their reproductive lifespan. In contrast, both
dispersing and non-dispersing males were unlikely to breed in their first year. We conclude that the major fitness component

Abstract: The establishment of marine protected areas is often viewed as a conflict between conservation and fishing. We considered consumptive and nonconsumptive interests of multiple stakeholders (i.e., fishers, scuba divers, conservationists, managers, scientists) in the systematic design of a network of marine protected areas along California's central coast in the context of the Marine Life Protection Act Initiative. With advice from managers, administrators, and scientists, a representative group of stakeholders defined biodiversity conservation and socioeconomic goals that accommodated social needs and conserved marine ecosystems, consistent with legal requirements. To satisfy biodiversity goals, we targeted 11 marine habitats across 5 depth zones, areas of high species diversity, and areas containing species of special status. We minimized adverse socioeconomic impacts by minimizing negative effects on fishers. We included fine‐scale fishing data from the recreational and commercial fishing sectors across 24 fisheries. Protected areas designed with consideration of commercial and recreational fisheries reduced potential impact to the fisheries approximately 21% more than protected areas designed without consideration of fishing effort and resulted in a small increase in the total area protected (approximately 3.4%). We incorporated confidential fishing data without revealing the identity of specific fisheries or individual fishing grounds. We sited a portion of the protected areas near land parks, marine laboratories, and scientific monitoring sites to address nonconsumptive socioeconomic goals. Our results show that a stakeholder‐driven design process can use systematic conservation‐planning methods to successfully produce options for network design that satisfy multiple conservation and socioeconomic objectives. Marine protected areas that incorporate multiple stakeholder interests without compromising biodiversity conservation goals are more likely to protect marine ecosystems. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper provides a theoretical model to explain the causality between China’s energy transition and capital deepening found by the empirical study. We prove that in the equilibrium, China’s energy transition is endogenously determined by capital deepening due to the homogeneity of electricity and the monopolistic competition features of China’s electricity market. Price effect, which is the effect of change in relative factor price, will affect energy transition only if the policy intervenes electricity price in terms of the primary sources from which it is generated. We propose that investment can promote energy transition by stimulating capital deepening which is biased to clean energy development. In this regard, our paper provides a new way of thinking for other developing countries to design an effective energy transition policy. 相似文献

Integrating job embeddedness theory with the sponsored and contest mobility perspectives, we developed and tested a model linking organizational embeddedness with two indicators of career success within the organization (promotion and career satisfaction), via the mediating roles of employees' organizational sponsorship network and job-related human capital development. Data from 188 employees and their supervisors over a 1-year period showed that, after controlling for employees' initial levels of career satisfaction and job performance, only job-related human capital development transmitted the positive effects of organizational embeddedness on promotion and career satisfaction. Supplemental analyses revealed that organizational sponsorship network's positive effects on promotion and career satisfaction were transmitted indirectly, via job-related human capital development. Our findings illustrate the importance of integrating sponsored and contest mobility perspectives and contribute to research on organizational embeddedness by extending its outcomes to include career success within the organization and specifying the process through which organizational embeddedness is related to career success within the organization. 相似文献

This paper provides a comparison of ecosystem management (EM) to the traditional regulatory management approach and outlines the characteristics of EM from a policy perspective, defining the conditions under which this management tool can be successfully implemented. Ecosystem management is a collaborative and integrative tool focused on balancing societal needs, economic growth, and environmental protection to ensure the long-term ecological integrity of a particular ecosystem. The characteristics of this particular tool include: (1) its holistic approach to environmental problems; (2) its integration of values (economic, social, and environmental) through a collaborative, multi-partner, decision making structure; (3) its reliance on science to guide decisions and set boundaries; and (4) its ability to learn from the implementation of decisions (adaptive management). This article explores individual and community action taken in response to perceived environmental risks by investigating
the determinants of environmental action across a range of action types. A conceptual framework is first presented, which
provides a foundation for investigating the role of local compositional (i.e., individual characteristics), contextual (i.e.,
neighborhood environment), and collective (i.e., social networks) factors in environmental action. To test the utility of
the conceptual framework, a quantitative survey was administered to a random sample of households (n = 512) in Hamilton, Canada.
The results suggest that the predictors of environmental action vary by action type (i.e., personal change, individual civic
action, and cooperative civic action), and that factors related to perceived environmental exposure and social capital generally
play a stronger, more consistent role in civic environmental action than sociodemographic or neighborhood factors. The results
underscore the role of social connection in responses to perceived environmental risks. 相似文献

Depletion of natural capital stocks and use of natural capital flows are the central issues in the sustainability debate. Differentiation of these two components, considering natural capital and its limits, is important for planning and management of land use. This paper offers insights into this issue and proposes a new perspective of the Ecological Footprint (EF) in three dimensions, considering not only its size but also its depth: according to this viewpoint the footprint is not an area but a volume, although maintaining the same value as the one in two dimensions. Use of annual flows provided by the Earth is represented by the footprint size, expressed in global hectares (gha) and plotted in the (x,y) plane. Footprint depth represents the demand for extra land to meet human needs through depletion of stocks of natural capital. It is plotted on the z-axis. It can be seen as the number of years necessary to regenerate resources liquidated in 1 year (and to absorb the respective wastes) or as the number of planets necessary to support the inhabitants of the planet Earth. The evolution of these two components in the last five decades is studied and discussed. 相似文献
