石棉制品在生产和使用过程中都会产生大量的废物,废物通过纤维形态暴露在空气中会对人体产生严重危害.因此,要按照危险废物的有关管理法规,将用过的石棉废物尽可能地清除和收集起来,存放在密封容器或塑料袋中,妥善处理.要加强清除、包装、运输人员的技术培训和安全防护,减少健康风险,实行许可证管理.同时介绍了利用石棉废物生产氧化镁、制备吸附剂、采用焚烧法处理等研究发展方向,以及采用土地安全填埋处置的基本要求.  相似文献

Summary. Host plant volatiles which attract insect herbivores for egg-laying are of principal interest with respect to insect ecology and evolution. Direct applications concern population monitoring and control through behavioural manipulation. Identification of behaviourally active plant secondary metabolites is essential also for plant breeding for insect resistance. Grapevine moth females Lobesia botrana are attracted by upwind flight to green grape berries Vitis vinifera. The headspace of grape berries was collected on air filters. A solvent extract of these filters, released from a sprayer, attracted females in the wind tunnel. The results demonstrate that volatile cues mediate attraction of grapevine moth females to grape berries, and that headspace collections capture the essence of this odour signal. The air filter extracts were examined by gas chromatography coupled with electroantennographic detection, and the compounds eliciting a consistent antennal response in L. botrana females were identified by mass spectrometry. The headspace collection apparatus was calibrated for collection efficiency of the active compounds. Their recovery rate ranged from 35 % for methyl salicylate to 83 % for (E,E)-α-farnesene. A synthetic ten-component blend was then formulated. The blend consisted of compounds eliciting an antennal response, formulated in a blend ratio corrected for differences in collection efficiency. Subsequent wind tunnel tests showed that female attraction to this synthetic ten-component blend was not significantly different from attraction to grape berries, or to headspace collections of the same berries. At a release rate of 35 ng/h of the most abundant compound (E)-β-caryophyllene, 20 % of the test females approached the source of sprayed headspace collections and the ten-component synthetic blend, respectively. In comparison, 100 g of green berries, releasing the main compound (E)-β-caryophyllene at a rate of ca. 4.7 ng/h, attracted 10 % of the females by upwind flight followed by source contact.  相似文献

Azo compounds are self-reactive chemicals that violently produce flammable gases with heat release (i.e., an exothermic reaction). However, the explosion mechanism and ignition probability of azo compounds have not been clearly defined for storage or transportation. In this study, explosion scene analyses and various pyrolysis tests were performed to evaluate the thermal decomposition characteristics and explosion phenomena of azo compounds in a storage facility. The chemical debris collected from a fire scene was determined to be similar to the pyrolyzate of one of the tested azo compounds used by Py-GCMS. The minimum amounts of azo compounds, which could be ignited by self-decomposition heat, were calculated from the results of differential scanning calorimetrys and the heat transfer equation. The results were used to discuss a safety and response strategy for preventing the propagation of an explosion accident, namely a chemical backdraft.  相似文献

为了研究在宽间距静电除尘器内部流动的大流量高温烟气中颗粒物的静电捕集特性,基于CFB锅炉中试试验平台设计并搭建了高温静电除尘中试装置.试验了板间距300mm、最高温度达到1020K的实际烟气中颗粒物的静电捕集特性,获得了放电电压、温度和烟气流速等关键因素对颗粒物的静电捕集的影响规律.实验结果表明,高温静电除尘器中烟气流速为0.3m/s,温度为1020K下达到了82.2%的除尘效率,证实了针对实际高温烟气,静电除尘器有较好的颗粒捕集效果.通过对比563K到1020K下的热态试验以及常温下的冷态试验,发现颗粒捕集效率随温度的上升迅速降低,这与高温下流速的上升、放电电压的降低以及气体黏性的增加有关.  相似文献

Curbside collection of recyclable material can be expensive because the inherent costs of curbside collection are high, but also because amounts collected per residence are small compared to the total waste stream, and extra activity may be required, such as sorting. In this paper a simulation model is used to investigate the effect of collection method and route characteristics on route time. The simulation models presented calculate set-out amount based on route characteristics, set-out rate (SOR), and participation rate (PR). Route times are estimated for various conditions: constant SOR, constant PR, and constant set-out amount. Furthermore, a method for using route time to estimate vehicle and labor needs is presented, and used to estimate economic costs for one and two-person crew collection methods for the three simulation conditions mentioned above. The two-person crew is found to cost less than the one-person crew, for most simulated conditions.  相似文献

云南稻核心种质苗期耐冷性及其地理生态差异   总被引:7,自引:9,他引:7  
采用Nagamine等(1991)法研究了598份云南稻核心种质在稻作区划间、地州间苗期耐冷性强弱、变异程度及其地理生态差异。结果表明,稻作区划间苗期耐冷强弱差异较大,平均耐冷级别为:I(4.70)>II(4.78)>V(4.79)>III(5.34)>IV(5.36),40份强耐冷种质频率为II(45%)>I(25%)>III(22.5%)>V(5.0%)>IV(2.5%),其变异系数为II(32.22%)>I(31.28%)>V(29.65%)>III(19.66%)>IV(19.59%);揭示了苗期耐冷性与低温胁迫下水稻冬春育秧、冷泉水密切相关,其耐冷基因源是云南南部地区冬季育秧和滇中一带苗期倒春寒长期协同进化的结果;苗期耐冷种质广泛存在于热带、亚热带和温带地区,品种间苗期耐冷差异也明显。云南稻核心种质16个地州平均苗期耐冷强弱差异较大。根据气候、生态、云南稻种多样性及其苗期耐冷性等将云南稻作区划分为重冷害多样性贫乏区、冷害多样性中区和轻冷害区三部分。其中,曲靖、大理、楚雄、昆明和丽江5个地州平均耐冷级别3.65~4.32,0—2级苗期强耐冷种质占27.5%(2.5%~10%)和高海拔冷泉水苗期灌溉,属于重冷害多样性贫乏区;文山、红河、思茅、保山、德宏和临沧6个地州平均耐冷级别4.45~5.40,0—2级苗期耐冷种质占70%(5%~30%)和冬春育秧,属于冷害多样性中区;怒江、玉溪、昭通、迪庆和西双版纳5个地州平均耐冷级别5.05~5.87,0—2级苗期耐冷种质占2.5%(0~2.5%),属于轻冷害多样性扩散区。水稻冬春育秧和高海拔冷泉水灌溉在云南稻核心种质苗期耐冷基因源演化中起了重要作用。  相似文献
