使用可渗透反应墙(PRB)技术修复受污染地下水,当地下水污染羽宽度和深度过大时,PRB的开挖、填料与安装成本较高.为打破PRB技术这一局限性,开发了减压集流式可渗透反应墙技术,通过集流井、输水管道和布水廊道的共同作用缩小污染羽范围并将受污染地下水输送至PRB,通过非完整井减压吸水方式捕获较深的受污染地下水.首先采用地下水井流公式计算减压集流井的关键初始参数,随后进行数值模拟优化参数并确定其它重要参数.在MODFLOW中通过改变减压集流井的井径、井数量、井间距及井与PRB的距离等参数,探究不同参数变化对减压集流效果的影响规律.模拟结果表明在合理的减压集流参数设置下,该设施可有效调控PRB上游的地下水流场,缩小污染羽的范围,在设定条件下受污染地下水断面减小了约50%.该技术显著降低了PRB的规模,拓宽了PRB的应用范围,使其可以处理污染羽范围较大、污染深度大的地下水.  相似文献

城市化会影响城市生态系统的结构和功能,基于航空遥感影像,选取了上海市典型的"城-郊-乡"样带,利用地理信息系统(ArcGIS9.3)和景观格局分析(Frastates3.3)软件,选用6个城市化指标,基于主成分分析(PCA)和多元线性回归分析,在对研究区域城市化水平进行评估的基础上,结合植物相关生长方程和城市绿地冠层面积,对研究区域绿地系统碳储量的空间分异性进行研究。结果表明:(1)所选用的城市化物理指标和景观指数,能够快速地用于评估城市化水平;(2)"城-郊-乡"样带上,总的碳储量为4 475 410.7 Mg C,碳密度为71.1Mg C/hm2;(3)城市绿地系统碳储量空间分异性明显,绿地碳储量大小表现为城市化水平高的市中心、城市化水平相对较高的郊区以及城市化水平最低的乡村依次升高,主要原因是由于市中心绿地分散且面积较小,而在农村和郊区其面积较大的生产绿地较多。  相似文献

Amniotic fluid cells obtained by transabdominal amniocentesis at 15–17 weeks of gestation and cultured for 15 and 21 days were separated into three fractions by density gradient centrifugation in Percoll. Each fraction (or peak) corresponded to the following densities: peak A, 1·02–1·03 g/ml; peak B, 1·04–1·05; peak C, 1·05–1·06. Peak A was composed of both non-viable and viable cells; the latter adopted the morphology of epithelial cells in culture. Peak B contained a mixture of fibroblasts and epithelioid cells and peak C had only epithelioid cells. The variability of N-acetyl-β-hexosaminidase and alkaline phosphatase activities was reduced in peaks B and C as compared to that of peak A and of unseparated cells suggesting that more defined and homogeneous cell types for enzymatic determinations can be obtained by centrifugation in Percoll density gradient. In prenatal diagnosis of biochemical defects, the separation of cells would permit a more precise diagnosis by eliminating enzyme variability due to the presence of different cell types or non-viable cells.  相似文献

Abstract: Effects of agricultural intensification and a naturally occurring landslide of asbestos material upon water and sediment quality in a transboundary watershed were investigated. The water and sediments of the Sumas River watershed were analyzed for copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), chromium (Cr), and nickel (Ni) concentrations in 1993/1994 and 2003/2004 and differences within sites over time were examined. Based upon a review of the literature, Cu and Zn were used as indicators of agricultural impacts while Cr and Ni were used as indicators of impacts from an asbestos landslide. Animal unit equivalents (AUEs) were calculated on a per area basis as an indicator of livestock density using detailed statistical census data. Whatman #42 filtered metals, bioavailable metals, and sediment‐bound metals (in the <63 μm fraction) were determined at 22 sites along the mainstem and tributaries, including two reference sites. Temperature, pH, and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) were also measured. The bioavailable metal fraction was determined using the diffusive gradient thin film technique (DGT). Sediment‐bound results were compared with British Columbia’s Interim Sediment Quality Guidelines (ISQGs) and Severe Effects Levels (SELs). A Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to determine if the concentrations of metals changed significantly within sites between 1993/1994 and 2003/2004. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to determine relationships between trace metals, water quality parameters, and AUEs/hectare. The results indicate that Cu and Zn levels in sediments increased significantly to concentrations above the ISQGs of 35.7 mg/kg and 123 mg/kg, respectively from 1993/1994 to 2003/2004 in streams, where associated land use was dominated by intensive agriculture. Higher AUEs/hectare were significantly correlated with greater bioavailable levels of Zn as well as higher sediment‐bound Zn concentrations. Neither Cu nor Cr were detected by the DGTs on any of the sampling occasions. The Cr and Ni sediment concentrations were highest in Swift Creek, the headwater tributary affected by the natural landslide of asbestos material, and decreased in the Sumas River downstream from the point of input. Cr and Ni concentrations have increased in the mid‐region of the Sumas River since 1993/1994, suggesting downstream movement of the asbestos material over time. DGT results indicated that bioavailable Zn is significantly positively correlated to sediment‐bound Zn and livestock density, and bioavailable Ni is significantly correlated to sediment‐bound Ni.  相似文献

We explored the spatial variation in diatom communities withinthe Turkey Lakes Watershed (TLW). The TLW is a single watershed in an old growth sugar maple forest that contains an alternatingseries of stream and lake embayments. Near the outlet of each lake, we sampled pools and riffles to determine abundance and diversity of diatom communities along this hydrologic system. Diatom diversity, measured by Shannon-Weaver Index, richness andevenness, increased steadily downstream before eventually decreasing near the watershed outlet. Canonical CorrespondenceAnalysis indicated that diatom genera were correlated with streamchemistry. Upper reaches were the least productive, characterizedby lower pH (<7), higher N:P (113:1 to 124:1, dominated by complex forms of N), and high mean relative abundances of Eunotia spp., Tabellaria spp., and Pinnularia spp. Middle and lower reaches were more productive, characterized byhigher pH (>7), lower N:P (71:1 to 90:1, dominated by simple forms of N, e.g., nitrate-N), and high mean relative abundances of Cymbella spp. and Brachysira spp. Achnanthesminutissima (Kutz.) Hustedt, the most abundant species, and Navicula spp., Nitzschia spp., Gomphonema spp., and Frustrulia spp. were represented at all stream sites. Thisstudy revealed that within the TLW, a hydrologic system of the same stream order, the diatom community was influenced by a nutrient gradient, where the stream and its intervening lakes contributed to a shift from acidic, inorganic N-poor upper reaches to a circum-neutral, inorganic N-richer outlet. By imparting genera-specific stresses, stream flow (i.e. pools vs. riffles) further shaped the diatom community.  相似文献

本文应用主成分分析方法(PCA)对赣江流域丘陵山区县级系统的资源经济结构梯度进行了分析。根据35个县市资源和经济结构变量资料分析表明,各县市之间的系统差异主要由气候条件、土壤成分、农业集约化经营水平及城市化程度所决定;这些决定因素在地理空间分布上存在着一定的连续性,并呈梯度变化:即资源结构以吉泰盆地为中心向南、西、北方向辐射;地形和地势由河谷平原向低丘、高丘、低山和中山过渡;生产经济结构类型也由盆地的单纯种植业型向农牧型、农牧副型、多种经营型和山地林业型变化。据此可把该流域丘陵山区分为上游山区和上游南部丘陵区、中游南部丘陵区和西部山区、北部丘陵区及下游丘陵区6大区。最后根据资源经济结构梯度和分区结果提出本流域丘陵山区的资源开发战略方向为以浙赣铁路线上的下游丘陵区和以赣州市为依托的上游北部丘陵区为中心向中游的吉泰盆地和西部山区及上游的南部山区定向开发。  相似文献

The climate-vegetation interaction of China is mainly controlled by the atmospheric circulations and topographic characteristics. The distribution and NPP of vegetation zones show a close relationship with a series of climatological indexes, such as annual mean temperature, precipitation, various thermal indexes, and potential evapotranspiration rates. The multivariate analysis (DCA) for climate and vegetation, zones in China provides quantitative environmental interpretation for two significant ecological gradients. The first gradient is mainly a thermal gradient, it can be displayed by latitude, altitude, biotemperature, and annual mean temperature. The second gradient is basically a moisture gradient, it correlated highly with longitude and potential evaportranspiration. The quantitative interaction or statistical models between vegetation zones and climato-geographical indexes can provide a fundamental scenario and comparative parameters for the study on climate and vegetation changes in China.  相似文献

Plant life form diversity and its direct gradientanalysis on a larger scale climate change gradient were tested,based on the data from Northeast China transect platform. Theresults showed that the species numbers, life form richness andlife form diversity were relative higher at the eastern forests andthe ecotone between typical vegetation, while those on the meadowgrasslands and typical steppes were lower. Although plant lifeforms can reflect the climate variations, life form diversity isnot consistent with the major global gradient along the NECT.  相似文献
