绿色化学与环境保护

近年来国际上较普遍提倡和开展的绿色化学与技术的研究,目的是发展环境友好技术、环境无害技术或清洁生产技术,同时强调化学过程的原子经济性,反应的高选择性,不生成或很少生成副产品或废物,实现或接近零排放过程。通过介绍国内外对绿色化学的研究进展,指出国外对绿色化学的研究主要是围绕化学反应、原料、催化剂、溶剂和产品的绿色化展开的。绿色化学的发展能节省资源、减少环境污染,并将成为可持续发展战略的核心内容。     

海上溢油事故应急反应系统的框架研究

一旦发生海上溢油事故,溢油事故应急反应系统将有效地组织溢油事故的各种应急处理,以确保海洋生态系统的安全和减少经济损失。文章对海上溢油事故应急反应系统的总体框架进行了分析,并详细介绍了以溢油信息收集子系统、溢油模拟子系统、环境与资源信息数据库、溢油应急指挥中心及溢油应急处理系统五大部分为主体的框架及其主要功能。该框架可作为建立海上溢油事故应急反应系统的基础。     

当前农户耕地保护积极性的现状分析与思考

切实保护耕地是我国土地管理的基本国策，农户作为耕地的直接使用者。在耕地保护中扮演着重要的角色，如何充分调动农户的耕地保护性。提高农户的耕地保护主动性和责任心，对我国耕地保护效果至关重要。本文利用江西省16个县（区、市）952户农户的实证调查数据。从对国家耕地政策认识、耕地征用意愿、耕地保护责任认识、耕地质量保护投入等方面剖析了当前农户的耕地保护积极性现状。并进而提出调动农户耕地保护积极性的对策建议。     

废弃电路板预分离焊锡处理技术研究

针对废弃电路板金属回收处理工艺的优化研究,基于环境工程专业视角,提出处理废弃电路板之前预分离焊锡金属的方法,通过使用数控气氛炉等装置进行多次实验,确定控制加热温度250℃、加热时间5min可以实现预分离焊锡金属的最佳状态,从而减少后续提取其他金属的技术复杂度,提高金属综合回收效率,有助于工业化处理废弃电路板,实现资源循环利用。     

Progress in Enclave Tourism Study of Overseas： A Literature Review

In response to the ＂isolated island＂ phenomenon emerging from the development of tourist resorts in China, this paper reviews the study of enclave tourism overseas, which has similar features to the resort ＂island＂. Based on the literatures related to enclave tourism from Tourism Management and Annals of Tourism Research, this paper reviews the study of enclave tourism from the following aspects： definition discussion, theories used, causation of enclaves, characteristics and impacts of enclave tourism. The understanding of the overseas researches on enclave tourism would provide instructions for the study on the problems of Chinese resorts, such as enclavity and ＂island effects＂, and suggest measures for the sustainable development of resorts in China. This paper is divided into three sections. Section 1 briefly introduces the development of enclave tourism in developing countries and the outline of enclave tourism study. Section 2 elaborates on the contents of enclave tourism research and gives deep insights into the study on concepts, characteristics, causations and effects respectively, which is the key part of this paper; Section 3 concludes the review and proposes suggestions for the enclave tourism study in China.     

我国土地污染防治法律问题探讨

随着我国工业化和城市化进程的快速发展,土地污染问题日益严重,给我国经济、社会、生态等各方面带来了严重的危害。文章针对土地污染的现状,分析了土地污染产生的原因,并且从土地污染防治基本法、土地污染的预防机制、行政管理体制、法律责任、公众参与等方面提出了相应的完善对策。     

安全系统安全完整性等级确定方法比较研究

安全完整性等级的确定是开发和设计安全相关系统的前提和基础。为避免因方法选择不当而导致安全完整性等级确定不恰当的问题,针对常用的后果法、风险矩阵法、改进的HAZOP法、风险图法、保护层分析法和定量分析法进行了对比研究。在阐述和分析安全完整性等级内涵及其确定原理的基础上,根据每种方法自身的特点,从准确性、可量化性、工作量和运用的难易程度等方面对其进行了对比和研究,并分析和探讨了选择安全完整性等级确定方法时应重点考虑的因素。研究结果对合理选择安全完整性等级确定方法具有一定的实用价值和借鉴意义。     

充气式游乐设施标准比较研究

为了促进充气式游乐设施行业的安全发展,制定充气式游乐设施标准,文章梳理了我国充气式游乐设施标准的现状与特点。选择美国、欧盟、澳大利亚和我国的充气式游乐设施标准的技术内容作为比较研究的对象,进行逐一分析比较。在此基础上,对充气式游乐标准的制订工作提出了建议。     

A descriptive study of the OHS management auditing methods used by public sector organizations conducting audits of workplaces: Implications for audit reliability and validity

Past research has identified a research gap regarding studies of the reliability and validity of OHS management audit methods. This study describes 17 audit methods used by OHS auditing organizations in the broader public sector in the province of Ontario, emphasizing aspects relevant to audit reliability and validity. Wide variation was found in pertinent characteristics of the audit methods and in their corresponding programs. In addition, some discrepancies were found between actual auditing practices and international standards on management system auditing. Further research is needed to precisely determine the impact of these variations and discrepancies on the measurement properties of audit data and on the performance of audit programs. This study determined that such research is feasible with some, but not all, auditing programs.
