大气过氧自由基测量研究进展

过氧自由基是大气中重要的氧化剂 ,其浓度的测定对于深入理解大气化学过程具有重要意义。本文总结了二十多年的研究成果 ,论述了大气过氧自由基测量的研究进展 ,介绍了带基体分离的电子自旋共振技术、远红外及毫米波发射光谱技术、激光诱导荧光技术以及化学放大法等常用测量方法及测量结果 ,并展望其未来的发展。     

煤炭工业发展与土地资源管理

土地资源是一种不可再生资源，一旦破坏就很难再恢复，新的《土地管理法》对土地的保护提出了更为严格的措施；煤炭工业是土地破坏的大户，新的《土地管理法》的颁布加重了煤炭企业破坏土地的赔偿负担，煤炭工业的发展面临更为严峻的形势。在当前情况下，探讨煤炭工业发展与土地资源管理之间的二元关系对于实现煤炭工业可持续发展具有十分现实的意义。

Relationship between urban eco-environment and competitiveness with the background of globalization: Statistical explanation based on industry type newly classified with environment demand and environment pressure

Within the global urban system, the statistical relationship between urban eco-environment(UE) and urban competitiveness(UC)(RUEC) is researched. Data showed that there is a statistically inverted-U relationship between UE and UC. Eco-environmental factor is put into the classification of industries, and gets six industrial types by two indexes viz. industries‘ eco-environmental demand and pressure. The statistical results showed that there is a strong relationship, for new industdal classification, between the changes of industrial structure and evolvement of UE. The drive mechanism of the evolvement of urban eco-environment, with human demand and global work division was analyzed. The conclusion is that the development stratege, industrial policies of cities, and environmental policies fo cities must be fit with their ranks among the global urban system. At the era of globalization, so far as the environmental policies, their rationality could not be assessed with the level of strictness, but it can enhance cities‘ competitiveness when they are fit with cities‘ capabilities to attract and control some sections of the industry‘s value-chain. None but these kinds of environmental DOlicies can probably enhance the UC.     

采用"预处理+水解酸化+SBR"法处理制药废水

采用“预处理 水解酸化 SBR”工艺处理制药厂废水，处理量为6000m^3／d，CODcr、BOD5、SS、S^-2去除率分别为97．2％、99．3％、98％和99．9％，出厂废水均达到国家二级排放标准。     

氟碳涂料实验室循环盐雾试验后防腐蚀行为研究

目的 研究氟碳重防腐涂层在循环盐雾试验后的防护性能.方法 开展氟碳涂层的实验室循环盐雾试验,通过电化学阻抗谱、附着力、光泽、色差测试等方法对氟碳涂层的各性能进行分析表征,并使用等效电路图对电化学阻抗谱数据进行拟合,评价涂层在盐雾试验后的腐蚀保护性能.结果 循环盐雾试验1440 h后,涂层无失光、变色、粉化等现象,模值由1.42×1011?·cm2下降至7.26×1010?·cm2,下降幅度较小.结论 经循环盐雾试验后的氟碳涂层仍具有优异的防护性能.     

京杭运河与钱塘江沟通中的几个环境问题

而不可及.这种断头滞水,是造成市区河段严重污染的内在因素.根据航运发展需要,运河-钱塘江沟通工程已于1989年6月完成,它包活从艮山港到三堡新航道5.56km,三千吨级船闸一座和上、下游引航道1.41km.全长6.97km(图1).这是一项有很大经济效益的工程.同时,由于钱塘江水位高、水质好,沟通工程为提高运河水质提供了有利条件,因而工程又有明显的环境效益.然而,沟通工程也存在下面三个主要环境问题,必须研究其可能的影响和控制方法.     

Climate change adaptation in the ski industry

Regardless of the success of climate change mitigation efforts, the international community has concluded that societies around the world will need to adapt to some magnitude of climate change in the 21st century. While some economic sectors (e.g., agriculture, water resources and construction) have been actively engaged in climate change adaptation research for years, adaptation has received scant consideration within the tourism-recreation industry. This is particularly the case for adaptation by tourism operators (supply-side). One exception where progress on supply-side climate adaptation has been made is the ski industry. This paper provides a brief overview of the literature on the implications of climate change for the international ski industry and how adaptation by ski area operators has been treated within these studies. This is followed by an inventory of climate adaptation practices currently used by ski industry stakeholders, including the historical development of certain key adaptations and constraints to wider use. The characteristics of ski areas with higher adaptive capacity are identified. Considering the highly competitive nature of the ski industry and the generally low climate change risk appraisal within the industry, climate change adaptation is anticipated to remain individualistic and reactive for some time. With only a few exceptions, the existing climate change literature on winter tourism has not considered the wide range of adaptation options identified in this paper and has likely overestimated potential damages. An important task for future studies is to develop methodologies to incorporate adaptation so that a more accurate understanding of the vulnerability of the international ski industry can be ascertained.
