Researchers have been continuously trying to improve human performance with respect to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and ergonomics (hence HSEE). This study proposes an adaptive neural network (ANN) algorithm for measuring and improving job satisfaction among operators with respect to HSEE in a gas refinery. To achieve the objectives of this study, standard questionnaires with respect to HSEE are completed by operators. The average results for each category of HSEE are used as inputs and job satisfaction is used as output for the ANN algorithm. Moreover, ANN is used to rank operators performance with respect to HSEE and job satisfaction. Finally, Normal probability technique is used to identify outlier operators. Moreover, operators with inadequate job satisfaction with respect to HSEE are identified. This would help managers to see if operators are satisfied with their jobs in the context of HSEE. This is the first study that introduces an integrated ANN algorithm for assessment and improvement of human job satisfaction with respect to HSEE program in complex systems.  相似文献

渔民作为我国长江流域禁捕生态补偿政策的对象,渔民的满意程度是衡量禁捕生态补偿政策的重要指标。选取的研究地区是首批推行并完成禁捕生态补偿政策的贵州省赤水河流域和湖北省洪湖市,基于退捕渔民调研结果,先使用TOPSIS法的数学模型求出最优解,再进行障碍度计算,并对禁捕政策实施效果和相关影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)关于禁捕生态补偿政策渔民评价的最优解,贵州省赤水河流域为0.45,绩效一般,湖北省洪湖市为0.27,对应的绩效水平为较差;(2)影响两个地区绩效评价的前三位主要因素是实施禁捕后,政府部门工作跟踪力度满意度(B4)、生活水平满意度(D2)、社会活动与社会地位满意度(E2)。研究结论为评价禁捕生态补偿政策绩效提供一个可选分析框架,为其他地区提高禁捕生态补偿政策绩效提供参考依据。  相似文献

目前从公众认知水平的角度出发,评价灾害气象服务满意度的文献较少。该文创新性地提出了公众气象认知这一概念,以深圳市3 029份公众气象安全认知度调查数据为例,采用结构方程模型,评估了公众认知、感知价值与灾害气象服务满意度之间的关系。研究发现,公众认知水平对灾害气象服务满意度的评价具有重要的影响。另外还发现:1深圳市公众对于气象服务总体评价良好,对台风期间的气象服务的满意度最高,而对气象预警信息获得的便捷性的满意度最低;2公众气象认知与灾害气象服务感知价值均显著影响公众对于灾害气象服务的满意度;3提高公众气象认知,可通过促进对气象服务价值的感知,进而提高公众的满意度。针对以上结论,给出了相应的政策建议。  相似文献

This study examines the effects of economic loss on the life satisfaction and mental health of Wenchuan earthquake survivors. Economic loss is measured by earthquake impacts on the income and houses of the survivors. The correlation analysis shows that earthquake impact on income is significantly correlated with life satisfaction and depression. The regression analyses indicate that earthquake impact on income is indirectly associated with life satisfaction and depression through its effect on financial strain. The research highlights the importance of coping strategies in maintaining a balance between economic status and living demands for disaster survivors.  相似文献

农村土地整理项目具有公共产品特征,其绩效评价不仅需要从"生产面或供给面"入手,还应从"消费面或需求面"展开。农户使用满意度是土地整理项目绩效的终端评价,对于改善项目绩效、促进农村土地整理可持续发展意义更加重大。从农户满意度视角,构建土地整理项目绩效评价指标体系,运用问卷调查和顾客满意度评价法(CSI评价法)对我国农村土地整理项目绩效及其区域差异进行实证研究。研究发现:①我国土地整理项目农户满意度绩效值为4.12,总体上处于"优秀"水平等级;②存在由经济发展水平和农户自身特征引起的土地整理项目绩效区域差异和农户差异;东、中部地区项目的绩效总体水平要高于西部地区。③当前土地整理项目总体上在降低生产成本、后期工程管护等2个指标绩效水平表现不足,是今后土地整理项目建设中需要着重关注和改善的方面。研究结果为我国土地整理工作提供了重要的政策启示。  相似文献

On the basis of justice and exchange theories, the authors propose that employees offset their levels of work–family conflict (WFC) with their levels of pay satisfaction. Results based on two waves of data indicate that pay satisfaction has a negative relationship with WFC after controlling for actual pay and other work‐related and family‐related variables. Analysis of pay satisfaction dimensions reveals that satisfaction with benefits and pay structure are negatively related to WFC, whereas satisfaction with pay level and pay raise are not. Number of dependents and level of education moderate the relationship between pay satisfaction and WFC; specifically, having more dependents and higher education attenuates the relationship between pay satisfaction and WFC. The present study examined the consequences of a dispersion‐based conceptualization of unit‐level abusive supervision or abusive supervision variability. Abusive supervision variability was proposed to negatively affect a number of employee attitudes and behaviors through the mediating effects of interpersonal justice climate strength. The results revealed significant cross‐level effects such that abusive supervision variability was negatively related to individual perceptions of leader ethicality, organizational ethicality, leader satisfaction, and affective organizational commitment. These effects remained robust after controlling for individual‐level abusive supervision. Abusive supervision variability was also positively related to the frequency with which unit members as a whole engaged in counterproductive work behaviors. Last, the results revealed partial support for the mediating effects of interpersonal justice climate strength. In sum, the findings highlight the importance of examining abusive supervision at both the individual and unit levels of analyses. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
