以埃德蒙顿市为例,介绍了加拿大污泥资源化利用的主要模式及工程实践;并在此基础上着重介绍其污泥堆肥技术和从污泥液体中提取营养元素制取绿色缓释肥料Crystal Green的新工艺,旨在为国内城市污水处理厂污泥的回收利用提供借鉴。中国是一个以农业为主的发展中大国,污泥处理应当以堆肥、土地利用和资源化为主。管理上,需要规范中国的污泥处置工作,逐步提高资源化利用率;技术上,应重视城市污水污泥厌氧处理新工艺的开发,综合利用引进、消化吸收加拿大等发达国家的污泥堆肥一体化技术。  相似文献

Agricultural productivity growth is vital for economic and food security outcomes which are threatened by climate change. In response, governments and development agencies are encouraging the adoption of ‘climate-smart’ agricultural technologies, such as conservation agriculture (CA). However, there is little rigorous evidence that demonstrates the effect of CA on production or climate resilience, and what evidence exists is hampered by selection bias. Using panel data from Zimbabwe, we test how CA performs during extreme rainfall events - both shortfalls and surpluses. We control for the endogenous adoption decision and find that use of CA in years of average rainfall results in no yield gains, and in some cases yield loses. However, CA is effective in mitigating the negative impacts of deviations in rainfall. We conclude that the lower yields during normal rainfall seasons may be a proximate factor in low uptake of CA. Policy should focus promotion of CA on these climate resilience benefits.  相似文献

This paper will examine three diverse microgrid cases in the US, Canada, and the European Union. The paper will explore how microgrids can help build resilient communities, facilitate distributed renewable energy, and ultimately lead to a secure energy future. ABSTRACT

The ability of smart cities to address multiple priorities is currently receiving a great deal of attention from governments, industry and academia; however, there are relatively few explorations of how smart cities will be enacted and the equity implications of various elements of the agenda. This paper aims to begin to address this by considering the case of smart meter data in Great Britain and reviewing the potential for public interest benefits to be realised at both a national and city-scale. In order to interrogate how societal benefits of smart metering might be enabled or constrained at different scales, both transition management approaches to understanding the intricacies of transforming socio-technical systems, and urban governance literatures which explore the problems in aligning “smart” and “sustainable” agendas, are engaged with. The case suggests that there is great potential for smart meter data to deliver public interest benefits and in doing so contribute to equity in energy transitions through promoting the accrual of benefits to collective rather than solely individual or commercial interests. Despite this, under the current smart metering framework city-scale actors are largely excluded from utilising smart metering data unless they partner with a large incumbent company. This suggests that the configuration of national smart metering arrangements could be further embedding a marketised approach to smart cities and demonstrates the complex interlinking of socio-political processes operating across multiple scales in energy transitions.  相似文献

对选定的14间香港住宅的PM10、CO、NO2等主要室内污染物浓度进行监测,通过建立多元线性回归模型,分析了室内.外PM10浓度与居民室内各种活动等其它有关因素之间的相关关系.结合香港居民日常时间安排调查的结果,计算出各种室内污染物的暴露量,对住宅室内环境污染对居民健康的影响进行了初步评估,提出了改善住宅室内环境的一些建议。  相似文献

Hybrid renewable energy systems (HRES) turned into an appealing choice for supplying loads in remote areas. The application of smart grid principals in HRES provides a communication between the load and generation from the HRES. Using smart grid in the HRES will optimally utilize the generating resources to reschedule the loads depending on its importance. This paper presents a new proposed design and optimization simulation program for techno-economic sizing of grid-independent hybrid PV/wind/diesel/battery energy system using Cuckoo search (CS) optimization algorithm. Using of CS will help to get the global minimum cost condition and prevent the simulation to be stuck around local minimum. A new proposed simulation program (NPSP) is acquainted using CS to determine the optimum size of each component of the HRES for the lowest cost of generated energy and the lowest value of dummy energy, at highest reliability. A detailed economic methodology to obtain the price of the generated energy has been introduced. Results showed that using CS reduced the time required to obtain the optimal size with higher accuracy than other techniques used iterative techniques, Genetic Algorithm (GA), and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Numerous significant outcomes can be extracted from the proposed program that could help scientists and decision makers.  相似文献

农村人口转移及城市集群发展加速城镇化进程,把握农村人口转移趋势,导引农村人口有序转移是推动新型城镇化建设的关键。长株潭城市群一体化发展具有典型性和代表性,基于此,本文选择湖南省和长株潭城市群作为研究对象,探讨农村人口转移趋势及其空间指向。本文选择人口发展方程和回归分析两种常见的人口总量预测方法测算湖南省2016—2030年人口总量,比较测算结果发现人口发展方程虽然在年增长率的预设上具有一定的主观性,但在长期人口预测中表现出更好的适用性。在城镇化率预测上,Logistic增长模型具有广泛的适用性。因此本文选择人口发展方程和Logistic增长模型,预测湖南省和长株潭城市群2016—2030年的人口总量和城镇化率,在此基础上计算出人口城乡分布的大致状况,进而估算农村人口转移趋势。预测结果显示2016—2030年间,湖南省和长株潭城市群分别有大约980万和567万农村人口向城市转移,长株潭城市群城镇化率和农村人口转移进程均领先于湖南省平均水平,尤其是城市群中心城市。据此,可得出结论:城镇化进程中的城市群发展在推动农村人口转移中的作用突显,农村人口转移空间指向城市群集聚,即城市群是引领城镇化进程的空间经济主体形态,是农村人口转移的"牵引力",是农村人口转移空间指向的"内聚力"。同时,农村人口加快向城市群聚集的趋势也呼吁城市治理理念和治理模式的创新,智慧城市或是这一变革的最优方案。  相似文献
