低碳环境下生产性服务企业创新研究

低碳经济时代的到来,为人类解决环保、解决生存问题提供有利保证。低碳技术的发展和投入使用不仅仅降低了企业的能耗量,使企业内部环境得到一定改善,工作效率得以提高,同时,企业在低碳环境下进行生产工作,也使自身形象得到了提升。但是针对低碳经济的需要,生产性服务企业面临的既是机遇,也是挑战。本文将结合低碳环境的主要特点以及生产性服务企业的发展现状,对生产性服务企业的创新问题做出研究与探讨,并根据实际情况提出相应的策略和建议。

Balance the Paradox between Limited Health Resources and Growing Demands for Medical Services

Health institutions in the People＇s Republic of China are under considerable challenge. Innovations in management systems may support the challenge to increase both efficiency and effectiveness. The balanced scorecard （BSC） is one such innovation. We have used a model to explore the factors that may impact the diffusion of the BSC in Chinese government hospitals. In particular, we concentrate on three factors - the outer context, the nature of the innovation and the communication and influence. The outer context and the nature of the innovation do provide an inducement to implement a BSC. The strength of the communication and influence may affect the level of take-up. However, we recognise that they may choose ＂the BSC not for any apparent technical excellence but for the legitimation that Western management practices may bring to local managers.     

东北地区盐碱泡沼渔业开发技术

盐碱泡沼广泛分布于东北地区的中、西部，是该区域宜渔国土资源的主要类型之一．根据１９８８～１９９５年东北松辽平原农业综合开发的实践，本文以大安市试验示范区为例，初步介绍了盐碱泡沼渔业开发的６项主要技术措施，以供同类地区借鉴。

叙述了福建福人木业有限公司从国外引进的5条生产线在生产过程中遇到的安全问题和环境污染问题，通过强化企业管理，依靠科技进步，抓好设备的技改和技术的创新，确保了安全生产，整治了污染源，绿化和美化了环境，实现了企业园林式的现代生产模式。     

化学混凝-催化氧化法处理钻井污水

由于钻井污水经混凝处理后仍存在ＣＯＤ、色度超标问题,因此需采用其他方法深度处理污水。故采用混凝－催化氧化法工艺处理钻井污水,混凝剂为硫酸铁或聚合硫酸铁,混凝剂加量一般为２０００ｍｇ／Ｌ,初始ｐＨ值为３．０～５．０,氧化时间为３ｈ等。通过实验结果可知：该方法完全能满足钻井污水处理的要求,处理后出水可达标外排。化学混凝－催化氧化处理工艺是解决高浓度钻井污水处理ＣＯＤ、色度超标的重要途径,在技术经济上是可行的,具有广阔的应用前景     

A MERGE Model with Endogenous Technological Progress

We have developed a new version of the MERGE model, called MERGE-ETL, to analyse the dynamics of endogenous technological learning (ETL) in the energy system. This paper describes the basic formulation of MERGE-ETL, the solving techniques used for this model and some first numerical results in the context of policies designed to mitigate global climate changes.

The long-term impact of a man-made disaster: An examination of a small town in the aftermath of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Reactor Accident

This paper explores the long-term effects of a nuclear accident on residents' perceptions of their physical and mental health, their trust of public officials, and their attitudes toward the future risks of nuclear power generation In their community. We find that in the period after the accident at Three Mile Island that there are constant or Increasing levels of distress reported by community residents. We conclude that the effects of a technological disaster may often be more enduring than those natural disaster and that greater research efforts should be made to Investigate the long-term consequences of man-made catastrophies of all types.
