空中交通管制员的情境意识与航空安全

大部分空管不安全事件与空中交通管制员情境意识下降有关，研究管制员情境意识，预防管制员工作中情境意识下降对于预防空管不安全事件具有十分重要的意义。笔者讨论了空中交通管制员情境意识的意义、常见的管制员情境意识问题、管制员情境意识下降的原因以及提高和维持管制员情境意识的方法四个重要的管制员情境意识问题。笔者特别提出，采取积极的措施预防注意力分散、提高专业技术水平、主动管理工作负荷、管理班组资源是空中交通管制员在工作中获得和维持良好情境意识的途径。     

Anatomy of an ambush: security risks facing international humanitarian assistance

The 2003 war with Iraq has generated security concerns that present unique challenges to the practice of providing international humanitarian assistance during war and conflict. Objective research studies on security management are lacking. However, case studies have proven to be an important education and training tool to advance situational awareness of security risks. These challenges are illustrated by an analysis of the events surrounding the first ambush of, and assassination attempt on, a senior US aid official in Baghdad. Before deployment to conflict areas, especially those characterised by insurgent activity, humanitarian providers must realistically assess the threats to life and to the mission. They must obtain pre-deployment situational awareness education, security training and optimal protective equipment and vehicles.     

大学生环境法律知识与意识调查及分析——以广州大学为例

环境法不仅对防治环境污染、改善环境质量、促进可持续发展起着重要的作用,也可以保障、维护公民的环境权不受侵害,有其重要性和必要性。通过问卷调查的形式对广州大学学生的环境法律知识、意识等进行了现状调查,运用SPSS对数据进行统计处理。研究结果表明：广州大学学生的环境法律知识水平及环境法律意识都有待提高,其水平与意识高低,认为与学生的专业背景、知识储备、学习态度、相关知识学习难度以及学校环境教育中的环境法律的程度等原因有关。同时,在此基础上提出了相应对策,为大学环境法律教育提供参考。

After 35 years,have we made progress: A government perspective

The use of irradiation to improve the safety, protect the nutritional benefits, and preserve the quality of fresh and processed foods is a well established and proven technology. Over the past 35 years, the United States Government has invested in the science to confirm safety and in the technology to show application. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food and Drug Administration have approved sources of ionizing radiation for the treatment of foods, and their application to most meats, fruits, vegetables, and spices. Despite the value of this technology to the food industry and to the health and welfare of the public, only minimal application of this technology occurs. This underscores the importance of increasing the public's understanding of radiation risks relative to other hazards. Accordingly, in 1995, the Committee on Interagency Radiation Research and Policy Coordination of the Executive Office of the President made recommendations for the creation of a centralized National Radiation Information Center that would work closely with Federal departments and agencies in responding to public queries about radiation issues and Federal programs. This article updates a commentary published in 1996 (Young 1996). In the past six years, some progress has been made, including the establishment of a government operated Food Irradiation Information Center, and the completion of final rule making by USDA, thus permitting the safe treatment of meats and poultry. Despite these actions, little progress has been made on the public acceptance of this technology. The need for an informed public and for a better understanding of risks, i.e., risk communication, is noted.     

环境意识与可持续发展

从可持续发展的角度认识和探讨了环境意识概念及环境意识的重要特点,阐述了环境意识和可持续发展之间的关系。提出了提高全民族的环境意识水平,加强环境保护,是实现可持续发展战略的关键所在,也是当今社会的迫切需要。     

公众环境意识测量指标研究——以大连理工大学环境意识调查为例

环境意识是国民素质的重要组成部分.培养和提高公众环境意识对中国推行可持续发展战略、实现现代化建设目标具有重要意义.但目前有关公众环境意识的调查没有统一的测量指标体系.本文尝试设计一套标准化环境意识测量指标体系,并通过对大连理工大学大学生的调查进行应用检验,以期为深化环境意识理论和实证研究打下基础,同时描述当代大学生环境意识特征.     

全民环境意识调查

通过“全民环境意识调查”首次获得全国范围公民环境意识、环境保护知识、环境保护态度、环境保护行为等方面的数据与信息,表明近年来环境意识虽有所增强,但总体水平仍然偏低,加强环境宣传与教育、提高全民环境意识是推动环境保护工作、改善环境质量的重要环节。     

上海部分地区市民环境意识调查分析

根据上海市曹杨街道垃圾分类收集的问卷调查结果，分析了社区市民的环境与环境行为的现状和特点。从中发现67％的人了解垃圾分类收集的方法；89％的人认识到垃圾分类收集的必要性；市民通过不同的媒体获得环保信息来提高环境意识。分析表明市民的文化程度、收入、职业等背景并不会从根本上影响他们的环境行为，但人们的环境意识对他们的环境行为起着相当大的作用。因此环境教育和环保宣传应作为提高公众环境意识的主要途径之一。     

我国大学生旅游者环境意识与行为特征研究

作为潜在的生态旅游者群体,大学生对环境问题的认识、态度及其行为倾向对于旅游地生态环境的可持续发展至关重要。文章以南京林业大学为研究对象,通过问卷调查,以配额抽样法探讨大学生旅游者学科专业、性别因素对环境意识的影响,了解环境心理与行为特征,并与国内生态旅游景区旅游者进行对比,研究发现当代大学生旅游者表现出较好的环境态度和倾向,行为意愿上显示出"绿色"的特征,同时专业课程学习以及实践经历能够增强环境认知和情感,对旅游环境与生态知识的渴求和认知程度对整体环境意识水平有较大影响,然而大学生旅游者的环境意识多来源于理论,存在着知行脱节,环境行为滞后于环境情感、意志。应将旅游环境教育与各学科教学结合起来,开展培养环境责任和环保能力的旅游实践活动,加强大学校园环境及文化建设,积极培育大学生旅游环境意识及管理旅游环境行为。
