通过研究黄土高原典型林木根际土壤微生物群落结构,为正确评价该生态恢复区土壤环境恢复状况提供理论依据.利用湿筛倾析法、涂平板法和BIOLOG法研究了陕北黄土高原4种典型林木丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)孢子密度与土壤微生物群落结构多样性.结果表明,沙棘AMF孢子密度为刺槐的2.24倍,顺序为沙棘>狼牙刺>柠条>刺槐,不同林木土壤细菌和放线菌数量达极显著差异(p<0.01),真菌数量差异不显著(p>0.05).同一林木土壤细菌对BIOLOG-ECO板中碳源的利用优势种类和利用程度呈现明显的差异性;主成分分析表明对主成分1和主成分2贡献大的碳源为14种和8种,柠条和沙棘土壤典型变量值的变异(离散)较小,而狼牙刺和刺槐土壤典型变量值的变异较大.相关性分析表明,AMF孢子密度与细菌数量、氨基酸类、多胺类和芳香化合物类碳源呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),与真菌数量、放线菌数量和细菌总代谢活性呈显著正相关(p<0.05),但是与羧酸类、糖类和多聚物类碳源相关性不显著(p>0.05).AMF孢子密度可以作为评价陕北黄土高原林木土壤细菌生理代谢类群及其多样性的环境生物学指标.  相似文献

Climate-related changes that occurred in the Ary-Mas larch forests (the world’s northernmost forest range) in the last three decades of the 20th century have been analyzed. An analysis of remote-sensing images made by Landsat satellites in 1973 and 2000 has provided evidence for an increase in the closeness of larch forest canopy (by 65%) and the expansion of larch to the tundra (for 3–10 m per year) and to areas relatively poorly protected from wind due to topographic features (elevation, azimuth, and slope). It has also been shown that the radial tree increment correlates with summer temperatures (r = 0.65, τ = 0.39) and the amounts of precipitation in summer (r = ?0.51, τ = 0–41) and winter (r = ?0.70, τ = ?0.48), decreases with an increase in the closeness of forest canopy (r = ?0.52, p > 0.8; τ = ?0.48, p > 0.95), and increases with an increase in the depth of soil thawing (r = 0.63, p > 0.9; τ = 0.46, p > 0.9). The density of undergrowth depends on temperatures in winter (τ = 0.53, p > 0.8) and summer (r = 0.98, p > 0.99, τ = 0.9, p > 0.99) and the date of the onset of the growing period (r = ?0.60, p > 0.99; τ = ?0.4, p > 0.99) and negatively correlates with the amount of precipitation in summer (r = ?0.56, p > 0.99, τ = ?0.38, p > 0.99).  相似文献

为探讨城市绿化植物对交通环境中SO2的响应,以远离城市道路的相对清洁区公园生长的植物为对照植物,采集了广东省被广泛栽种的18种园林绿化植物的不同方位的叶片和树皮样品,用硫酸钡比浊法测定了每种植物样品在交通污染区面向机动车行驶方向、面向人行道方向及相对清洁区的植物样品等不同方位的植物叶片和树皮硫含量,分析了绿化植物在同一株植物的不同生长部位和不同环境中硫含量的分布特征。结果表明,交通污染区所有样品的叶片硫和树皮硫含量均高于相对清洁区的样品。其中,远离工厂的交通污染区生长的同一株植物,离机动车道越近,硫含量越高;靠近工厂的交通污染区的同一植物,离工厂近的部位的植物树皮硫含量高于面向机动车道一侧的植物硫含量。  相似文献

树木年轮宽度指标在气候重建中发挥了重要的作用,可是在温暖湿润的地区,利用树木年轮宽度重建古气候遇到了困难。因此寻找其他代用指标就成为一项急迫而重要的任务。一些研究发现,树轮稳定碳同位素可以发挥重要的作用。但是,是否所有的树种的树轮碳同位素对气候的响应都同样的敏感,还需要通过大量的研究分析工作来验证。为了了解温暖湿润的亚热带季风区马尾松树轮δ13C对气候响应的敏感性,选取了南京紫金山的两个马尾松树盘,进行了树轮δ13C的分析,建立了1939~2002和1955~2002年两个树轮δ13C变化序列。与降水、温度、相对湿度、光照时数、风速等气候指标进行了相关分析。结果表明:(1)马尾松树轮δ13C对于气候的响应是敏感的,可以作为气候变化的代用指标;(2)坡向对于马尾松树轮δ13C对气候的响应敏感性也有一定的影响,树轮δ13C平均值西南坡比东南坡高,西南坡比东南坡对月平均最低和最高温度的响应更敏感;(3)紫金山马尾松树轮δ13C与该地区生长季(尤其是夏、秋季)的月平均气温、月平均最高气温和日照时数呈正相关,而与月平均最低气温、降水量、空气相对湿度呈负相关  相似文献

The distribution of tree species in the landscape was studied using the approach based on the comparison of the ecological requirements of species and the properties of ecotopes distinguished by their position in the relief and peculiarities of basement rocks. The types and specificity of ecological regimes were determined for the typical ecotopes of the southern Karelian ridge landscape. The main environmental and successional factors determining the distribution of seven forest-forming tree species in the ecotopes of this landscape were identified. The results of this work can provide a basis for the prognosis of forest vegetation in the landscape studied.  相似文献

对元宝山保存的广西最古老、最原始、最完整的常绿落叶阔叶混交林和针阔混交林进行了乔木层物种多样性研究.结果表明:1)两类群落的物种多样性特征和群落各物种的重要值变化以及群落优势度反映出来的特征相一致;2)物种重要值和个体数作为测度指标所得结果相近;3)随着面积由500~3000m^2的变化,物种多样性指数差异不大,标准差和变异系数均较小,在不受面积大小影响,正确反映群落多样性方面,Shannon—Wiener指数优于Simpson指数;4)常绿落叶阔叶混交林和针阔混交林的多样性指数均较高,Shannon—Wiener指数分别为5.3507和4.5395,与北热带季节性热带雨林、南亚热带季风常绿阔叶林和中亚热带典型常绿阔叶林物种多样性比较,未表现出明显的纬度梯度特征.图4表4参20  相似文献

Annual ring widths of forest trees are affected from different ecologicalfactors (e.g. climate, soil, etc.) and also from air pollution. In the areas with intensive air pollution annual ring width reductions are observed. For this reason, some methods which detect the annual ring widths, in other words, the increase or decrease in diameter increments, are used to examine air pollution. Industrial establishments found in the northern part of Izmir city (Aliaga region) affect air quality of this area negatively. In this investigation, annual ring widths of 13 Pinus brutia Ten. (Calabrian pine) and 20 Pinus nigra Arnold. (Austrian pine) from 4 mountains (Karabelen, Manisa, Kemalpasa, and Yamanlar) with different altitudes and exposures around Izmir city were detected and the effects of air pollution on these trees were determined. Intensive effects of air pollution have started in 1985, for that reason, annual ring widths were examined through a reference period before this year and a study period (1985–1998) after this year and results are statistically evaluated. Annual ring widths of tree samples in the northern exposure were affected from air pollution, and some reductions were observed. Achieving ethically responsible decisions is crucial for the success of biodiversity conservation projects. We adapted the ethical matrix, decision tree, and Bateson's cube to assist in the ethical analysis of complex conservation scenarios by structuring these tools so that they can implement the different value dimensions (environmental, social, and animal welfare) involved in conservation ethics. We then applied them to a case study relative to the decision-making process regarding whether or not to continue collecting biomaterial on the oldest of the two remaining northern white rhinoceroses (Ceratotherium simum cottoni), a functionally extinct subspecies of the white rhinoceros. We used the ethical matrix to gather ethical pros and cons and as a starting point for a participatory approach to ethical decision-making. We used decision trees to compare the different options at stake on the basis of a set of ethical desiderata. We used Bateson's cube to establish a threshold of ethical acceptability and model the results of a simple survey. The application of these tools proved to be pivotal in structuring the decision-making process and in helping reach a shared, reasoned, and transparent decision on the best option from an ethical point of view among those available.  相似文献

Qualitative analysis, process hazard analysis, thermal evaluation, and fault tree analysis were applied to a flashing accident involving a storage tank that contained acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) powder in Taiwan. The accident was caused by combustible powder attached to the inner wall of the tank reaching a high temperature and then melting. Thereafter, the molten powder became glue-like and dropped onto the ABS powder, burning at the tank bottom, causing decomposition of the styrene and butadiene derivatives as well as other combustible gases. The high concentration of combustible powder and low ignition temperature triggered the powder, initiating a dust explosion. Finally, we analyzed the findings of each method and examined the properties of ABS powder, realizing that the root cause of the accident included an insufficient understanding of the characteristics of ABS and the failure to comply with the management procedures of hot work. Recommendations and countermeasures were proposed that could proactively ameliorate process safety.  相似文献
