生态建设中激励问题研究

当前中国经济快速增长很大程度是以过度消耗资源、牺牲环境为代价的.生态环境污染严重影响经济的可持续发展,生态问题制约着和谐社会的构建.生态建设已成为协调经济、社会和生态发展,走可持续发展的唯一出路.当前由于政府主导型生态建设出现众多问题,诸如生态环境脆弱、压力大,法律法规不完善,生态建设资金投入少、投入渠道单一,生态治理工程效益有待继续提高等等.因此,倡导企业、农民、专家、投资者和志愿组织、社会团体等积极参与到生态建设中来,并建立激励机制对各参与者实施相应的激励措施,使他们充分发挥能动性,更快、更好的进行生态建设.     

The association between alpha-fetoprotein and βhcg levels prior to and following chorionic villus sampling in cases that spontaneously miscarried

Maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (βhCG) measurements taken prior to chorionic villus sampling (CVS) in 21 patients who subsequently miscarried were compared with measurements in a control group of 113 patients with uneventful pregnancies. Patients with AFP levels of 10 iu/ml or more prior to the CVS had a 4·3 times greater risk of miscarriage (95 per cent confidence interval 1·3–13·6). AFP levels obtained 1 week after the CVS in the 13 patients with late miscarriages were higher than in the control group (P = 0·06). Patients miscarrying had a greater rise in AFP (P = 0·06) and a greater fall in βhCG levels (P = 0·04) following the CVS procedure, compared with the control subjects. Each 10-unit change in the difference between AFP or βhCG levels prior to and 1 week following the CVS was associated with a significantly increased risk for late miscarriage. Elevated maternal serum AFP levels early in pregnancy and changes in AFP and βhCG levels following CVS may predict an increased risk for subsequent miscarriage.     

DNA polymorphism and globin chain analysis in the prenatal diagnosis of β-thalassaemia major in Taiwan

Thirty-six pregnancies in 25 families at risk of β-thalassaemia major received prenatal diagnosis. Chorionic villus sampling or amniocentesis was done in 35 pregnancies to obtain fetal cells for DNA linkage study, for which Southern blotting and DNA hybridization were used to detect seven restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) within the β-globin gene cluster: ϵ-HincII, ^Gγ-HindIII, ^Aγ-HindIII, Φβ-HincII, 3′Φβ-HincII, β-AvaII, and 3′β BarnHI. β-Thalassaemia major was diagnosed in seven and excluded in 22 pregnancies. In the remaining six cases, β-thalassaemia major could not be excluded. In these six pregnancies and another one with late booking, ultrasound-guided cordocentesis was performed at the 22nd to 27th week of gestation. Globin chain composition was determined with urea-acetic acid-Triton X-100-12 per cent polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. β-Thalassaemia major was diagnosed in two fetuses and excluded in the other five. Eleven fetuses (in which β-thalassaemia major was excluded) have been delivered and are healthy at more than 5 months old DNA linkage analysis coupled with globin chain electrophoresis provides an effective way for prenatal diagnosis of β-thalassaemia major, although these methods are being replaced by more direct detection techniques using oligonucleotide probes.     

45,X/46,XY chromosome mosaicism detected by midtrimester amniocentesis in amniocyte clones

Amniocyte clones from a mid-trimester pregnancy disclosed 45,X/46,XY sex chromosome mosaicism. Because of the uncertainty concerning the phenotype of the fetus, the parents elected to terminate the pregnancy. Mixed (asymmetrical) gonadal dysgenesis was not found. The fetus appeared to have a normal male uro-genital system. No malformations of any type were detected, although as expected, the fetus did have 45,X/46,XY mosaicism.     

MFC在UG二次开发CAD系统中的应用

针对UG开发中的困难,目前还没有在UG/OPENAPI中调用MicrosoftFundamentClass(MFC)的方法,着重介绍了如何应用MFC开发UG的方法以及辅助开发模块UG/Open MenuScript的使用。并用一个完整的例子来说明如何利用UG/OPENAPI,MFC,及MenuScript进行联合开发CAD系统。     

ClO2氧化-活性炭吸附法处理染色废水的试验研究

用ClO2氧化与活性炭吸附相结合的方法处理染色废水，与单独用ClO2氧化或活性炭吸附处理相比，CODcr去除率和脱色率均有较大提高。     

垃圾焚烧中PCDD/Fs的检测

ＰＣＤＤ／Ｆｓ的产生和排放是人们所关注的问题，垃圾焚烧是ＰＣＤＤ／Ｆｓ的一个重要来源。从其生成的反应机理看，ＰＣＤＤ／Ｆｓ主要是由于垃夫中存在氯源和不完全燃烧产生的。对垃圾焚烧后的烟气中的ＰＣＤＤ／Ｆｓ进行检验具有现实的意义。从国内外的分析方法及分析设备的现状比较，建议引起有关部门的足够重视，广泛开发检测工作，以保障人民的生活健康。     

凤眼莲根系分泌物对栅藻结构及代谢的影响

研究了凤眼莲（Ｅｉｃｈｈｏｒｎｉａ ｃｒａｓｓｉｐｅｓ）根系分泌物对栅藻（Ｓｃｅｎｅｄｅｓｍｕｓ ａｒｃｕａｔｕｓ Ｌｅｍｍ）超微结构及生长代谢的影响，结果显示，凤眼莲对栅藻有明显的克生作用，藻的数量逐步减少，栅藻生长受影响后，细胞中绿体片层肿用甚至解体，线粒体嵴消失，质膜、核膜受破坏，光合放氧化速度明显下降，可溶性蛋白折含量四天后４线下降，超氧阴离子（Ｏ２－）、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）的含量上升，知值都     

MAE/GC-MS测定底泥中PCBs的研究

采用微波辅助萃取、气相色谱柱分离、质谱检测器检测底泥中PCBs的含量.通过实验对微波辅助参数优化,研究表明优化后的微波辅助萃取法不仅能够取得与索氏萃取法相当的效果,而且它还具有溶剂用量少、提取时间短等优点,是提取底泥中PCBs较好的方法.
