冀西北间山盆地区景观格局变化及优化研究——以河北省怀来县为例

景观格局的改变会对区域生态系统功能产生影响,对其格局进行优化调控是维持区域生态系统功能稳定性的重要手段。研究以怀来县为例,通过解译判读1993、2003和2013年3期遥感影像,分析了研究区景观格局特征,发现研究区景观破碎化程度呈上升趋势,结合各景观类型在地形位上的分布特征和生态系统服务功能,运用最小累积阻力模型构建了生态源地、生态廊道和生态节点等景观组分,整体连通性指数（dIIC）和可能连通性指数（dPC）评价结果表明河流交汇处及水库周边等区域对景观连通性重要值最大,然后划分了景观生态维持区、景观生态恢复区、景观生态功能强化区和景观生态功能保护区,为该地区景观生态优化提供指导 借鉴。     

海洋工况下航空发动机冷端叶片的冲蚀损伤与防护概述

渤海环流对近岸海域无机氮分布特征的影响

基于2017年渤海近岸海域无机氮监测数据和HYCOM数值模拟结果,分析了渤海环流对无机氮污染分布特征的影响,结果表明渤海无机氮的空间分布特征与其环流结构密切相关:受渤海环流的影响,在春、夏、秋季,无机氮含量高值区呈现不同的强度和范围;在辽东湾,与春季相比,夏季环流结构与春季相反、速度大于春季,盘锦、营口近岸海域夏季无机氮污染范围缩小、含量降低,在锦州近岸海域亦出现高值;在渤海湾、莱州湾,与春季相比,夏季和秋季无机氮含量高值区范围缩小,无机氮含量等值线均随环流向高值中心扩展。

川东北-川西输气联络线工程对驷马保护区的影响评价及对策

对川东北-川西输气联络线工程对四川驷马省级自然保护区自然资源、自然生态系统和主要保护对象的影响进行了评估。其主要结论是:在施工期,四川驷马自然保护区的森林面积将减少,水体质量将降低,部分野生动物将受到损伤或远离现有的栖息地,部分植物个体将被采伐,生态系统结构将发生变化,主要保护对象也将受到一定的影响;在运营期,四川驷马自然保护区自然资源、自然生态系统和主要保护对象受联络线工程的影响较轻。为了减轻影响,从控制影响因素方面提出了一些建议。     

Study Progress and Trends of Strategic Environmental Assessment in China

Strategic environmental assessment （SEA） in China has developed rapidly since it was introduced into China in the 1990s. Chinese government promulgated the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of China （hereinafter referred to as the EIA Law） in 2002. In this law, it is stipulated clearly that regional and sector plans should be assessed. Through investigating materials and analyzing literatures, this article analyses the practical and academic study achievements of SEA in China that have been achieved since the EIA Law was implemented, probes into the current situation of the main level of SEA in China-plan EIA, then summarizes the development characteristics, and eventually, puts forward the development trends of SEA in China. The research conclusions can offer the foundations for comprehending systematically the progress of SEA in China.     

Study on the Circular Agriculture Development in Beijing＇s Mountain Areas

Circular agriculture is an essential way to realize the positive recycling of ecology and harmonious development of the country construction. The sustainable development of Beijing＇s mountain areas depends on the background and orientation of ecological economy. Beijing＇s mountain areas bear the responsibility of protecting the ecological safety of the whole Beijing district and also the exploration of circular agriculture in mountain areas is very important to promote the sustainable use of agriculture resources. Beijing＇s mountain areas have possessed some practical experience in recycling agriculture development. Through summarizing the development mode and analyzing the development practice, the article puts forward three key segments of promoting Beijing circular agriculture development： strengthen propagate, develop superiority and built management mechanism.
