辽河口芦苇湿地土壤氨氧化菌的时空变化

采用传统的最大或然数法(MPN)和不依赖于培养的变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(DGGE),对辽河口芦苇湿地土壤中AOB的丰度、多样性进行了解析,并试图探究AOB同土壤可溶性盐分等环境因素之间的关系.结果表明:芦苇湿地土壤中AOB多样性指数时空分布存在较大差异,同一月份中不同站点之间群落结构相似性较大,AOB细菌数量与土壤可溶性盐分之间存在显著负相关关系(P<0.05),与土壤总氮和有机质含量之间存在极显著性正相关关系(P<0.01),表明盐分、总氮和有机质含量是辽河口湿地AOB数量时空分布的重要影响因素.     

辽宁省污水综合排放标准刍议

针对《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》（DB21/1627—2008）实施以来暴露出的一些值得商榷的问题,对比分析了发达国家的污水排放标准,指出了在《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》（DB21/1627—2008）执行过程中应以建设时间为节点区别对待污水处理厂,应适当放宽总氮指标,分流域制定标准,建立标准的技术支撑体系等4个方面对《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》进行改进,以使《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》更适应社会、经济、技术的发展。

区域声环境质量污染水平预测方法评价与对比研究

为完成北京市“十二五”城市区域的主要声污染防治工作目标,全面提高北京市声环境质量水平,科学预测区域内在“十二五”期间噪声污染水平和发展趋势,本文以北京市某典型区域作为研究对象,在收集大量相关资料与实测历史噪声数据的基础上,运用指数平滑法与灰色模型GM（1,1）对所选定研究区域的噪声污染水平与发展趋势进行预测与分析。研究结果表明：运用指数平滑法与灰色模型对研究区域声环境噪声污染预测是可行的,北京市在“十二五”期间声环境质量水平符合《声环境质量标准》（GB3096—2008）中的一类区域标准。     

电站锅炉水冷壁和过热器爆管分析

采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相显微组织分析、材料力学性能测试、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,对某电站锅炉水冷壁管和过热器管破裂进行了分析。结果表明,热（硫）腐蚀导致的过热器管局部穿孔破裂,以及泄漏产生的高温水汽流对水冷壁管的,中刷磨损是爆管的主要原因,过热器管补焊点的再次泄漏是本次事故的直接原因。     

新型高沸点灭火剂与弹性密封材料的相容性研究*

为研究灭火剂与弹性密封材料的相容性问题,开展2种新型高沸点灭火剂2-溴-3,3,3三氟丙烯（2-BTP）、全氟己酮（Novec 1230）与飞机固定式灭火系统中3种常用密封橡胶材料硅橡胶（SI）、氟橡胶（FKM）和氟硅橡胶（FVQM）的全浸泡和反复浸泡实验,并对实验后橡胶基础物理参数与表面微观形貌进行测试与分析。结果表明:在全浸泡实验中,SI,FVQM与2-BTP相容性较好,SI,FKM,FVQM与Novec 1230相容性较好,可作为静态密封材料使用;在反复浸泡实验后,SI,FVQM在Novec 1230中性能变化较小,可作为其动态密封材料使用;SI,FKM,FVQM在2-BTP中力学性能大幅下降,不建议作为2-BTP灭火系统的动态密封材料使用。
