3株反硝化聚磷菌的分离与鉴定 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
通过烛缸法培养富集、分离,结合除磷试验、硝酸盐还原产气试验及异染颗粒和PHB颗粒染色辅助检验相结合的方法筛选,得到3株具有较高脱氮除磷效率的反硝化聚磷菌DNPA8, DNPA9和DNPA10。在富氮富磷培养基中培养48 h,各菌株的脱氮率均大于75%,除磷率均大于78%。采用多相分类的方法确定了3株反硝化聚磷菌的分类地位,DNPA8为嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌,DNPA9为水生丛毛单胞菌属首次发现的反硝化聚磷菌;DNPA10为约翰逊氏不动杆菌。该研究结果为富营养化水体的治理提供了有效的菌种资源。 相似文献

Concentrations and chemical forms of potentially toxic metals in road-deposited sediments from different zones of Hangzhou, China 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
The 25 road-deposited sediments were collected from five different land-use zones (industrial, residential, commercial, park, and countryside) in Hangzhou, China. The concentrations of metals (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Zn) in these samples were determined using the ICP-AES after digestion with the mixture of HNO3-HF-HCl (aqua regia), and chemically fractionated using the modified BCR (the European Community Bureau of Reference) sequential extraction procedure. The highest metal concentration level was detected in the sample from industrial zone and commercial zone having heavy traffic. While the lowest metal level was noted in the street dust sample from residential zone, park, and countryside zone. The mobility sequence based on the sum of the BCR sequential extraction stages was: Zn (80.28%), Pb (78.68%), Cd (77.66%) > Cu (73.34%) > Mn (67.92%) > Co (41.66%) > Ni (30.36%) > Cr (21.56%), Fe (20.86%). Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were applied to the data matrix to evaluate the analytical results and to identify the possible pollution sources of metals. Constructed wetlands have emerged as a viable option for helping to solve a wide range of water quality problems. However, heavy
metals adsorbed by substrates would decrease the growth of plants, impair the functions of wetlands and eventually result in a failure
of contaminant removal. Typha latifolia L., tolerant to heavy metals, has been widely used for phytoremediation of Pb/Zn mine tailings
under waterlogged conditions. This study examined e ects of iron as ferrous sulfate (100 and 500 mg/kg) and lead as lead nitrate (0,
100, 500 and 1000 mg/kg) on phosphorus utilization and microbial community structure in a constructed wetland. Wetland plants (T.
latifolia) were grown for 8 weeks in rhizobags filled with a paddy soil under waterlogged conditions. The results showed that both the
amount of iron plaque on the roots and phosphorus adsorbed on the plaque decreased with the amount of lead addition. When the ratio
of added iron to lead was 1:1, phosphorus utilized by plants was the maximum. Total amount of phospholipids fatty acids (PLFAs)
was 23%–59% higher in the rhizosphere soil than in bulk soil. The relative abundance of Gram-negative bacteria, aerobic bacteria, and
methane oxidizing bacteria was also higher in the rhizosphere soil than in bulk soil, but opposite was observed for other bacteria and
fungi. Based on cluster analysis, microbial communities were mostly controlled by the addition of ferrous sulfate and lead nitrate in

Co-transport of dissolved organic matter and heavy metals in soils induced

To evaluate the e ects of long-term applications of phosphorus fertilizers on mobility of dissolved organic matter (DOM) and heavy
metals in agricultural soils, a sandy soil and a loamy soil were spiked with ammonium phosphate at application rates of 0, 25, 50,
100, 250, and 500 mg P per kilogram of soil. A series of 15-cm long soil columns were constructed by packing incubated soils of
varying concentrations of P. The soil columns were consecutively leached by simulated rainfalls for six cycles. The contents of water
extractable organic carbon in both sandy and loamy soils increased significantly with increasing rates of P applications. Relatively
high rates of P applications could induce a marked increase in DOM concentrations in the leachates, the e ects were larger with the
sandy soil rather than with the loamy soil. Applications of P changed the partitioning of trace metals in the soil solids and the soil
solutions. The increased P application rates also seemed to elevate the leaching of Cu, Cd, and Zn from soils. The concentrations of
Cu, Cd, and Zn in the leachates were positively correlated with DOM, probably due to the formation of metal-DOM complexes. In
contrast, Pb concentrations in the leachates were negatively correlated with DOM, and decreased with increasing rates of P applications.
The boosted leaching of DOM induced by high rates of P applications was probably due to the added phosphate ions competing for
adsorption sites in the soil solids with the indigenous DOM. 相似文献

研究了双峰驼骨质疏松症的流行特点及与生物地球化学因子之间的关系,结果表明,在从腾格里沙漠西南端开始向巴丹吉林沙漠的西北方向延伸形成大约长600km,宽160km的狭长发病区域内,该病发病率为28.8%,致死率达60%,该区土壤、牧草中Cu、P含量极显著低于正常值(p<0.01),牧草中m(Ca):m(P)为50:1;病驼全血和被毛P含量亦低于健康驼(P<0.01).因此认为该病主要是由双峰驼食物链中P缺乏所致的一种骨营养不良症. 相似文献
