Indoor and outdoor BTX levels in Barcelona City metropolitan area and Catalan rural areas

Five aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, and three isomeric xylenes) were monitored in indoor and outdoor air of 7 public buildings and 54 private homes, located in Barcelona City metropolitan area and in several rural areas of Catalonia. The sampling was carried out over four periods: spring-summer and winter of 2000, and summer and winter of 2001. Adsorption of mercury on laterite from Guizhou Province, China

The adsorption behaviors of Hg(Ⅱ) on laterite from Guizhou Province,China,were studied and the adsorption mechanism was discussed.The results showed that different mineral compositons in the laterite will cause differences in the adsorption capacity of laterite to Hg(Ⅱ).Illite and non-crystalloids are the main contributors to enhancing the adsorption capacity of laterite to Hg(Ⅱ).The pH of the solution is an important factor affecting the adsorption of Hg(Ⅱ) on laterite.The alkalescent environment (pH 7-9) ...     

Residues of organochlorine pesticides in surface soils from college school yards in Beijing, China

Organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) have been a major environmental issue, attracting much scientific concern because of their nature of toxicity, persistence, and endocrine disrupting effects. Soil samples were collected from ten college school yards in Beijing in 2006 and analyzed to determine fifteen OCPs. 在综合近４０年来国外对天然水（地表水、大气水滴及降水）中过氧化氢研究成果的基础上，重点从天然水中过氧化氢的含量和分布、生成机理以及光化学反应三方面，对这一领域的研究进展作了综述。

金黄色葡萄球菌的演相培养及A蛋白的提取

对金黄色葡萄球菌（Ｓｔａｐｈｙｌｏｃｏｃｃｕｓａｕｒｅｕｓ）ＣｏｗａｎⅠ的培养及Ａ蛋白提取工艺进行了优化研究．结果表明：在培养基中分别增加牛肉膏和蛋白陈的含量，有利于提高菌体生物量及Ａ蛋白的得率；少量酵母浸膏及葡萄糖对生物量及Ａ蛋白得率有促进作用，但当达到一定浓度时则会产生基质抑制作用；恒定培养过程的ｐＨ值有利于Ａ蛋白得率的增加，０．０３（）／ｍｉｎ通气量、搅拌速度２００ｒ／ｍｉｎ是能满足菌体生长的条件．根据Ａ蛋白耐热性强这一特性，采用加热法除去大部分杂质，然后用ＩｇＧ－琼脂糖凝胶亲和层析实现了Ａ蛋白的提纯．     

煤气区域作业环境一氧化碳监测报警系统

介绍了煤气区域作业环境一氧化碳（ＣＯ）监测报警系统的基本组成部分、主要特点。该系统可连续自动监测环境空气中的ＣＯ浓度，及时、可靠、准确，是有效防止煤气中毒事故的安全监测系统。     

聚乙烯塑料类固体废弃物热裂化研究

在反应温度455-495℃,氢气压力0.1～4.0MPa和反应时间2～12h的范围内,就聚乙烯塑料类固体废弃物热裂化时温度、压力和反应时间的影响以及不同反应条件下产物的碳数分布、馏程变化进行了探讨,得出适合于生产柴油馏分的反应条件是温度475℃,常压或低压,反应时间4h等。     

阳离子型微乳液一亚硫酸钠光度法测定α-TNT

以阳离子型微乳液ＣＰＣ／正戊醇／正已烷／水为介质，进行了α－ＴＮＴ－Ｎａ２ＳＯ３分光光度法的研究（ε＝３．０６５×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１）与以ＣＰＣ为介质（ε＝２．６４４×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１）比较，测定灵敏度明显提高，α－ＴＮＴ在０．０５～２０μｇ／ｍＬ范围内符合比耳定律．相对标准偏差０．１９７％．该法成功地应用于污染土壤中及合成水样中α－ＴＮＴ的测定．
