激光光散射技术用于Fenton反应中Fe(Ⅲ)水解过程的研究

利用激光光散射技术，研究了不同条件下Ferton反应中Fe(Ⅲ)水解过程的粒径变化，并和一般铁盐体系中Fe(Ⅲ)水解过程进行了比较，结果表明，Fe(Ⅲ)的水解过程中，粒径变化受水解度B^*和铁盐浓度的影响，即B^*值愈大，浓度愈高，体系粒径愈大．并且在相同浓度和水解度B^*的条件下，Fenton反应生成的Fe(Ⅲ)比一般铁盐的水解聚合迅速，形成的粒径大，对采油废水进行处理的实验结果表明，Fenton体系对有机物的吸附去除效果明显优于常规铁盐体系，这可能与Fenton体系的高水解速率有关。     

重大突发事件下应急冷链供应链协同化评价模型及策略研究*

为有效规避冷链供应链受突发事件带来的不利影响,并强化其应急体系协同化发展,提出基于层次分析法和序参量法的应急冷链供应链协同化水平评价模型。模型以供应链协同化理论为基础,从协同化目标入手构建影响其协同化水平的测度指标体系;利用层次分析法确定评价指标的综合权重,最后运用序参量法评估冷链供应链各应急环节的协同度。结果表明:评价模型能有效评估应急冷链供应链协同化水平,可为冷链供应链应对突发事件提供参考。     

企业应急管理体系建设模式研究—以轨道交通工程建设行业为例*

为解决当前企业应急管理体系建设滞后于社会治理的总体要求,缺乏法规标准支撑,尚未形成以法定责任和法定任务为指引的模式等问题,以北京市轨道交通工程建设为例,总结实践经验,以角色辨识、责任辨识和任务辨识为切入点,以预案、体制、机制、法制建设为核心,在企业层面提出一种应急管理体系建设模式和构建方法。研究结果可为同行业、同系统其他企业的应急管理体系顶层设计、具体构建和管理实践提供参考和借鉴。     

Effects of Cd2+ and Pb2+ on the substrate biofilms in the integrated vertical-flow constructed wetland
