采用一次培养实验方法,研究了Cr(Ⅵ)污染物对海洋浮游植物生长的影响.结果表明高浓度Cr(Ⅵ)对8种浮游植物的生长普遍有抑制作用,而较低浓度Cr(Ⅵ)则易促进旋链角毛藻、青岛大扁藻及中肋骨条藻的生长.并且在Logistic生长模型的基础上结合Lorentz方程和GaussAmp方程,引入Cr(Ⅵ)污染物浓度项,建立Cr(Ⅵ)污染物条件下海洋浮游植物生长动力学模型,来描述Cr(Ⅵ)存在条件下海洋浮游植物的生长过程,其中Lorentz方程可描述Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的变化对浮游植物生长速率参数的影响,而GaussAm  相似文献

铁氧化物改性黏土对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用铁氧化物对黏土进行了包覆改性,采用静态吸附法对该改性黏土吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的特性进行了研究,并考虑了反应时间、pH、浓度、温度对吸附的影响。实验结果表明,整个吸附过程基本在3h内完成;改性黏土对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量随溶液初始pH的增大而明显减小;随着溶液初始浓度和温度的增大而增大。同时,在初始pH为3.0的条件下,研究了改性黏土吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的动力学和热力学特性,结果表明,改性黏土对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附能较好地符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温式。由Langmuir等温式得出,在293K、初始pH为3.0条件下的单层饱和吸附量为12.91 mg•g-1。确定了改性黏土吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的热力学参数,表明该吸附过程是一个吸热的自发过程。与原土的对比实验表明,改性黏土对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力大大增强。  相似文献

采用铁碳微电解方法对己内酰胺生产废水进行深度处理,探讨了pH值、停留时间、铁碳质量比对处理效果的影响。在pH为4、停留时间为120 min、铁碳质量比为4的最佳处理条件下,COD去除率可达57.8%,色度去除率可达68.4%。微电解对己内酰胺废水的作用主要通过铁的絮凝作用,处理过程中的酸性条件、微电解的氧化还原和电场作用,从而提高其去除效率。  相似文献

The aim of the present work was to produce a polyaluminium ferric silicate chloride (PAFSiC) coagulant from acidic and alkaline wastewater of purifying graphite by roasting, and subsequently to evaluate coagulation efficiency of the reagent by treating surface water from the Yellow River as well as municipal wastewater in comparison with the conventional coagulant polyaluminium chloride (PAC). The PAFSiC coagulant was prepared by co-polymerization. The effects of (Al+Fe)/Si molar ratio, OH/(Al+Fe) molar ratio (i.e., value), coagulant dosage and pH value of test suspension on the coagulation behavior of FAFSiC and the stability of the PAFSiC were also examined. Results showed that PAFSiC performed more efficiently than PAC in removing turbidity, chemical oxygen demand (COD), and total phosphate (TP). The PAFSiC with a value of 2.0 and (Al+Fe)/Si ratio of 5 (PAFSiC 2.0/5) showed excellent coagulation effect for both turbidity and COD, while PAFSiC 1.0/5 was the best for TP. The optimum coagulation pH range of PAFSiC 2.0/5 was 5.0–9.0, slightly wider than that of PAC (6.0–8.0). The process can be easily incorporated into high-purity graphite production plants, thereby reducing wastewater pollution and producing a valuable coagulant.  相似文献

This study compares the accumulation of Cr(VI) and biochemical changes (total chlorophyll, carotenoid, protein, malondialdehyde (MDA) and cysteine contents) and roles of antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase (SOD), guaiacol peroxidase (GPX), ascorbate peroxidase (APX)) in tolerance to metal induced stress in Cucumis utillissimus L. grown in Cr contaminated soil (CS) with garden soil (GS). Furthermore, Cr bioavailability was enhanced by ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid (EDTA) addition to the soil to forecast the plant’s accumulation pattern at elevated Cr environment. Accumulation of Cr in the leaves of the plant increased with increase in substrate metals concentration. It further increased with the addition of EDTA by 1437% and 487% in GS and CS, respectively at the highest treatment level. The lipid peroxidation increased proportionately with increase in Cr accumulation in the leaves. All the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, GPX and APX) and the level of cysteine increased with dose dependant manner. SOD and cysteine were observed to be higher in the GS than in CS, but APX and GPX were found to be higher in CS than in GS. The increase in GPX and APX activities with the increase in Cr concentration could be assumed that these two enzymes have a major role in the defense mechanism towards stress induced by Cr in C. utillissimus.  相似文献

The temporal distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was investigated in a sediment core from Lake Erhal in Southwest China using gas-chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method.The total organic carbon (TOC) normalized total PAHs concentrations (sum of US Environmental Protection Agency proposed 16 priority PAHs) ranged from 31.9 to 269 μg/g dry weight (dw),and were characterized by a slowly increasing stage in the deeper sediments and a sharp increasing stage in the upper sediments.The PAHs in the sediments were dominated by low molecular weight (LMW) PAHs,suggesting that the primary source of PAHs was low- and moderate temperature combustion processes.However,both the significant increase in high molecular weight (HMW) PAHs in the upper sediments and the vertical profile of diagnostic ratios pointed out a change in the sources of PAHs from low-temperature combustion to high-temperature combustion.The ecotoxicological assessment based on consensus-based sediment quality guidelines implied that potential adverse biological impacts were possible for benzo(ghi)perylenelene and most LMW PAHs.In addition,the total BaP equivalent quotient of seven carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (BaA,CHr,BbF,BkF,BaP,DBA and INP) was 106.1 ng/g,according to the toxic equivalency factors.Although there was no great biological impact associated with the HMW PAlls,great attention should be paid to these PAH components based on their rapid increase in the upper sediments.  相似文献

La-Co-Fe-Cu/HZSM-5在尾气碳颗粒燃烧中的催化性能   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用柠檬酸络合低温浸渍法制备分子筛负载钙钛矿型复合氧化物催化剂。采用XRD、SEM和H2-TPR等手段对催化剂性能进行表征,并在微型固定床反应器中对催化剂进行活性评价。结果表明,在钙钛矿型复合氧化物中进行B位离子掺杂,可以改善催化活性,碳颗粒燃烧温度降低。在20%LaCoO3/HZSM-5催化剂中用铁离子部分取代钴离子可以改善碳颗粒的燃烧性能,取代量增加碳颗粒燃烧温度降低,但是生成CO2的选择性也降低,以20%LaCo0.2Fe0.8O3/HZSM-5为催化剂,Tig、Tm和Tf分别为256℃、399℃和403℃,但生成CO2的选择性只有72.5%。在20%LaCo1-xFexO3/HZSM-5中的钙钛矿型复合氧化物B位离子中加入铜离子后,在碳颗粒燃烧反应中生成CO2的选择性得到明显改善,Sco2提高10个单位以上。以20%LaCo0.2Fe0.6Cu0.2O3/HZSM-5为催化剂,在碳颗粒燃烧反应中生成CO2的选择性可以达到94.7%,Tig、Tm和Tf分别为242℃、427℃和445℃。  相似文献

采用批式发酵法对厌氧产氢菌株Bacteria.P利用葡萄糖发酵,在底物浓度、初始pH值、接种比例等不同培养条件下的产氢能力进行了研究。结果表明:专性厌氧菌P是一种高效产氢的菌株,在葡萄糖质量浓度为10 g/L、初始pH为6.0、接种比例为1∶20时,发酵气体总产量和细胞干重达到最大值,分别为485 mL和0.836 g/L。  相似文献

在可见光照射下,采用吸附树脂负载铁酞菁催化过氧化氢降解硝基苯.考察了光照、催化剂投加量、双氧水投加量、温度及pH值等因素对催化效果的影响.结果表明,在功率为50W卤钨灯照射下,硝基苯溶液初始质量浓度为200 mg/L,初始pH值为3,催化剂投加量为1.5 g/L,双氧水投加量为1.0 mL/L,温度为35℃下反应10h,硝基苯去除率可达到79.9%.  相似文献

An organo-montmorillonite-supported nanoscale zero-valent iron material(M-NZVI) was synthesized to degrade decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209). The results showed that nanoscale zero-valent iron had good dispersion on organo-montmorillonite and was present as a core-shell structure with a particle size range of nanoscale iron between 30–90 nm, characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XRF, ICP-AES, and XPS. The results of the degradation of BDE-209 by M-NZVI showed that the efficiency of M-NZVI in removing BDE-209 was much higher than that of NZVI. The efficiency of M-NZVI in removing BDE-209 decreased as the pH and the initial dissolved oxygen content of the reaction solution increased, but increased as the proportion of water in the reaction solution increased.  相似文献
