大连湾陆源污染物排海总量控制信息系统概念设计

根据陆源污染物总量控制原理和沿海地区地方政府的经济条件，以大连湾为例，采用地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）技术，设计了排放入海湾的陆源污染物总量控制信息系统的概念模型，涉及系统建设的原则，数据类型，软件，硬件，用户界面和功能。为我国海湾污染物控制工作提供经济实用，先进的管理方法。     

Prenatal diagnosis for dystrophia myotonica using the polymerase chain reaction

The polymerase chain reaction has been used to detect an abundant class of short repeat DNA families of the form (dC-dA)n.(dG-dT)n, known as microsatellites. These units are found throughout the human genome and have been characterized for several loci including APOC2 on chromosome 19ql2-ql3.2. The locus APOC2 is linked to the gene for dystrophia myotonica and a microsatellite within this locus was used to derive polymorphisms in a family to predict the inheritance of the disease. Chorionic villus sampling (CVS) was performed at 151/2 weeks' gestation. Following DNA extraction from the CVS material and parental blood samples, microsatellite analysis was carried out by the polymerase chain reaction.     

Prenatal diagnosis of Opitz (BBB) syndrome in the second trimester by ultrasound detection of hypospadias and hypertelorism

Prenatal diagnosis in a kindred with the Opitz (BBB) syndrome is presented. The inheritance is consistent with either autosomal dominant inheritance with sex limited expression or X-linked inheritance. The abnormalities in the kindred consist of hypertelorism, hypospadias, ambiguous genitalia, urocolic fistula, imperforate anus, mental retardation, diaphragmatic hernia, and malrotation with volvulus. A male fetus at 19 weeks was found by ultrasound to have hypertelorism and hypospadias with a small phallus consistent with the syndrome. The diagnosis was confirmed by pathologic examination after pregnancy termination. This is the first report of prenatal diagnosis of Opitz syndrome by ultrasonographic demonstration of hypertelorism and hypospadias in the second trimester.     

主次波长新分光光度法测定天然水硝酸盐

在硫酸介质中,邻苯氨基苯甲酸与硝酸盐(NO_3~-)生成紫红色络合物.本文依据悬浮颗粒对光的吸收性质研究利用该灵敏反应测定 NO_3~—N 新光度法——(?)次双波长法,通过对样品分析,可提高分析灵敏度和精密度,回收良好,且操作简单快速,计算曲线稳定,适合于测定地下水,湖水等天然水体 NO_3~-—N.     

Global warming related carbon dioxide abatement proposals

The relationship between man-made CO2 emission and atmospheric CO2 concentration has been established. The factors that affect CO2 reduction allotment and the impacts on future energy demand and supply were discussed, in order to help energy policy makers both in developed countries and in developing countries for understanding the fundamental constraint on energy sector resulted from global warming related CO2 reduction, and hopefully in finding a common objective starting point to deal with global warming negotiation in energy sector, and to investigate the optimum stabilization goal and process acceptable to all sovereign countries that based on equity and applicability.     

城市生活垃圾焚烧对大气的污染问题

本文对我国城市有机混合垃圾经模化后,在过剩空气系数α?2,温度在700～900℃条件下焚烧的气态排放物进行了定性和定量分析.实验结果表明:烟气呈碱性,主要污染物NH_2的排放浓度最高.HCl次之,NO_x<100ppm,SO_x<1ppm,H_2S<10ppm.     

Prenatal diagnosis of GM2-gangliosidosis B1 variant

Prenatal diagnosis in a pregnancy at risk for a juvenile B1 variant of GM₂-gangliosidosis was carried out. The biochemical study of the cultured amniocytes and the affected fetal brain is reported. The results obtained show that the sulphated artificial substrate can be used in the diagnosis of B1 variant, but not the neutral one. The accumulation of GM₂-ganglioside in the fetal brain of the B1 juvenile form and an infantile form of GM₂-gangliosidosis (0 variant) was compared.     

重庆南山马尾松林衰亡与大气污染关系的讨论

重庆市南郊的南山是一个风景区,有林地约二万七千余亩,主要是马尾松林(Pinusmassoniana Lamb.),自八十年代起明显出现衰亡现象,目前约有85％马尾松植株受到不同程度的伤害,死亡率达35％左右.马尾松出现的症状是针尖坏死,针叶提早脱落,针长变短,树冠稀疏,枝条枯死,径向生长变弱等.     

Spontaneous abortion after transcervical chorionic villus sampling: A case report

A case of spontaneous abortion after transcervical CVS is presented. Despite no evidence of bacteria in the vagina and cervix prior to sampling and the prophylactic use of Metronidazole, pathological evidence of chorioamnionitis was found. The implications of this are discussed.     

Stability analysis of alkaline nitrobenzene-containing wastewater by a catalyzed Fe-Cu treatment process

Iron and copper bimetallic system (catalyzed Fe-Cu process) is a promising technology for alkaline nitrobenzene-containing wastewater treatment. However, little is currently known about the changes of treatment efficiency with time going. This research investigated the long-term performance of the catalyzed Fe-Cu process to reduce nitrobenzene (NB) in alkaline wastewater. In addition, the changes of the metal surfaces morphologies and matters before and after the reaction were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in conjunction with energy-dispersion spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). The results showed that the surface properties of copper almost remained unchanged after weeks of operation, which spelled its strong chemical stability and resistance to poisoning. Moreover, the results indicated that there were two reasons for the treatment efficiency decreasing with time. One was the gradual iron element consumption due to corrosion.
