Alloy dust generated from automobile wheel hub grinding, after entering the wet dust collector, will react with water to produce hydrogen, thus exposing the entire ventilation and dust removal system to potential hydrogen explosion. In this paper, the inhibition mechanism and kinetic characteristics of different concentrations of L-Aspartic acid (L-Asp) on the reaction of Al0.9Mg0.1 alloy with water were studied with respect to adsorption morphology, chemical kinetic modeling and molecular dynamics (MD), using L-Asp as the environmentally-safe hydrogen inhibitor. The results show that within a given temperature interval, the hydrogen production rate of Al0.9Mg0.1 alloy dust decreases with increasing L-Asp concentration. When the L-Asp concentration exceeds 1.0g/L, the hydrogen evolution rate is almost zero. The calculated results of chemical kinetics agree with the Langmuir adsorption model, confirming that L-Asp is an ideal monolayer physical adsorption system on the surface of alloy particles. The FTIR and MD simulation results show that –NH2 and –COOH groups in L-Asp molecules contribute greatly to the adsorption. The research results of this paper can help fundamentally avoid hydrogen generation in wet dust collectors and guarantee intrinsic safety. 相似文献

The steady-state kinetics for complete oxidation of benzene over has been investigated by the external recycling reactor. The kinetics equation was described by the L-H model of adsorption of benzene and oxygen with the inhibition of carbon dioxide. 目的研究Al涂层修复对DD5合金性能的影响。方法采用化学气相沉积技术(CVD)在二代单晶镍基高温合金DD5上制备了Al涂层,通过化学方法完全退除基体上的涂层,采用HB 5258进行1100℃热冲击试验,通过试验过程中试样质量变化来评价涂层的热态结合力,并且通过高温持久、高温瞬时拉伸等力学实验来评价涂层退除再涂覆后对基体合金的力学性能的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析涂层退除前后表面形貌。结果DD5合金试样和Al涂层试样在退除溶液中退除60 min后,涂层/合金界面微观组织形貌、成分基本不变;退除再涂覆后Al涂层在“空冷”条件下进行1100℃试验,热冲击次数大于2000次,涂层试样表面没有出现明显的涂层剥落;涂层退除再涂覆对合金的力学性能不造成明显影响。结论Al涂层修复对Al涂层和DD5合金性能基本无影响。 相似文献

The catalyst of CuOx/Al2O3 was prepared by the dipping-sedimentation method using γ-Al2O3 as a carrier. CuO and Cu2O were loaded on the surface of γ-Al2O3, characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In the presence of CuOx/Al2O3, the microwave-induced chlorine dioxide (ClO2) catalytic oxidation process was conducted for the treatment of synthetic wastewater containing 100 mg/L phenol. The relationships between removal percentage and initial ClO2 concentration, catalyst dosage, microwave power, contact time, initial phenol concentration and pH were investigated and the results showed that microwave-induced ClO2-CuOx/Al2O3 process could effectively degrade contaminants in a short reaction time with a low oxidant dosage, extensive pH range. Under a given condition (ClO2 concentration 80 mg/L, microwave power 50 W, contact time 5 min, catalyst dosage 50 g/L, pH 9), phenol removal percentage approached 92.24%, corresponding to 79.13% of CODCr removal. The removal of phenol by microwave-induced ClO2-CuOx/Al2O3 catalytic oxidation process was a complicated non-homogeneous solid/water reaction, which fitted pseudo-first-order by kinetics. Compared with traditional ClO2 oxidation, ClO2 catalytic oxidation and microwave-induced ClO2 oxidation, microwave-induced ClO2 catalytic oxidation system could significantly enhance the degradation efficiency. 研究了钯/铝双金属体系对水相中3-氯酚的催化脱氯降解效果,通过置换沉积制备了钯/铝双金属颗粒,考察了该双金属颗粒的稳定性以及溶液pH和钯负载量对脱氯效果的影响。结果表明,pH在4.0以下的酸性条件,钯负载量在1.43%时,可实现水相中3-氯酚的有效脱氯,反应30 min后0.389 mmol/L的3-氯酚转化率可达99%以上,产物主要为苯酚,而钯/铝颗粒在重复测试中能保持较好的稳定性,这与铝基材表面自发形成的氧化膜有关。钯/铝材料表征的结果表明,钯颗粒高度分散在铝基材表面,并极大地提高了铝基材的表面积,从而有助于后续的脱氯反应。 相似文献
