为评估由我国大气中α HCH所导致的人体健康风险,利用CanMETOP 模拟的2005年日均α HCH大气浓度,基于吸入因子和致癌风险进行研究。结果表明年吸入因子呈东部>西部,北部>南部的特征,东中和东北部地区的吸入因子分别主要由人口密度和α HCH大气浓度贡献,东中和东南部地区的个体健康损失小于东北地区,东中和东南部地区年内逐月吸入因子分配较为均匀,而东北地区主要集中的夏季,东北地区个体致癌风险系数明显高于中部和南部。推测由其它污染物所形成的暴露风险具有类似的时空分布。加之夏季东北地区集中降水所形成的湿沉降以及气温升高等因素,使摄食暴露和皮肤接触暴露增大,东北地区人群的复合暴露风险将显著大于其它地区 相似文献

The genotoxicity of chromium chloride was investigated in cells of D7 strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae harvested either from logarithmic or stationary growth phase. A weak induction of mifotic gene conversion and point reverse mutation was obtained when the incubations were performed using phosphate buffer. No genetic effect was observed when the incubations were performed using Tris‐HCl buffer. The experiments with 51Cr radiotracer demonstrated that Cr3+ ion enters the yeast cells and binds to DNA even if the incubation mixture was performed with Tris HCl buffer. This behaviour could be due to the highest concentration of CrCl3 that cause some damages to cytoplasmatic membrane. 相似文献

为了解土壤重金属形态转化及其有效性对生物质炭修复措施的响应,以Cd、Cu、Pb和Zn复合污染水稻土为供试土样,添加不同粒径(1 mm和0.25 mm)和不同施用量(0、1%和5%)的竹炭(BB)、稻草炭(RSB)进行为期1年的恒温((25±1)℃)培养试验后,检测土壤p H、有效磷含量及重金属DTPA有效态含量的变化,并采用BCR连续浸提法分析生物质炭对土壤中重金属元素化学形态再分配的影响.结果表明:稻草炭的施用显著(p0.05)提高了土壤的p H值,且在RSB-5%(0.25 mm)处理下效果最显著;稻草炭的施用显著(p0.05)提高了土壤的有效磷含量,且5%用量比1%用量效果更明显;而竹炭的施用对土壤p H值和有效磷含量均无显著性影响;RSB-5%(0.25 mm)处理对降低土壤中Cd、Cu、Pb和Zn有效态含量的效果最佳,分别减少了34.5%、50.1%、52.5%和52.1%;在细粒径(0.25 mm)稻草炭处理下,酸溶态Cd和Cu向可还原态和可氧化态转化,酸溶态Zn向可还原态转化;在粗粒径(1 mm)竹炭处理下,酸溶态Cu和Zn向可还原态、可氧化态和残渣态转化;酸溶态Pb在稻草炭处理下向可还原态和可氧化态转化,且细粒径比粗粒径效果更佳;竹炭和稻草炭的施用改变了土壤中上述重金属各形态的分配,且5%用量比1%用量效果更明显. 相似文献

Although pesticide regulatory tools are mainly based on individual substances, aquatic ecosystems are usually exposed to multiple pesticides from their use on the variety of crops within the catchment of a river. This study estimated the impact of measured pesticide mixtures in surface waters from 2002 and 2008 within three important Portuguese river basins (‘Mondego’, ‘Sado’ and ‘Tejo’) on primary producers, arthropods and fish by toxic pressure calculation. Species sensitivity distributions (SSDs), in combination with mixture toxicity models, were applied. Considering the differences in the responses of the taxonomic groups as well as in the pesticide exposures that these organisms experience, variable acute multi-substance potentially affected fractions (msPAFs) were obtained. The median msPAF for primary producers and arthropods in surface waters of all river basins exceeded 5%, the cut-off value used in the prospective SSD approach for deriving individual environmental quality standards. A ranking procedure identified various photosystem II inhibiting herbicides, with oxadiazon having the relatively largest toxic effects on primary producers, while the organophosphorus insecticides, chlorfenvinphos and chlorpyrifos, and the organochloride endosulfan had the largest effects on arthropods and fish, respectively. Understanding the effects of oxalic acid(OA) on the immobilization of Pb(Ⅱ) in contaminated soils by phosphate materials, has considerable benefits for risk assessment and remediation strategies for the soil. A series of phosphate amendments with/without oxalic acid were applied to two anthropogenic contaminated soils. We investigated the immobilization of Pb(Ⅱ) by KH2PO4, phosphate rock(PR), activated phosphate rock(APR) and synthetic hydroxyapatite(HAP) at different phosphate:Pb(P:Pb) molar ratios(0, 0.6, 2.0 and 4.0) in the presence/absence of 50 mmol oxalic acid/kg soil, respectively. The effects of treatments were evaluated using single extraction with deionized water or Ca Cl2, Community Bureau of Reference(BCR) sequential extraction and toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP)methods. Our results showed that the concentration of water extractable, exchangeable and TCLP-Pb all decreased with incubation time. The concentration of water-extractable Pb after120 days was reduced by 100% when soils were amended with APR, HAP and HAP + OA, and the TCLP-Pb was 5 mg/L for the red soil at P:Pb molar ratio 4.0. Water-soluble Pb could not be detected and the TCLP-Pb was 5 mg/L at all treatments applied to the yellow-brown soil. BCR results indicated that APR was most effective, although a slight enhancement of water-soluble phosphate was detected at the P:Pb molar ratio 4.0 at the beginning of incubation. Oxalic acid activated phosphates, and so mixing insoluble phosphates with oxalic acid may be a useful strategy to improve their effectiveness in reducing Pb bioavailability. 相似文献

用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定剑湖表层及柱状沉积物钒(V)含量,采用改进BCR连续提取法提取V各形态,并对V空间分布特征和生态风险进行了分析,揭示了粒度对剑湖沉积物V及形态含量的影响.结果表明,剑湖表层沉积物和柱状沉积物颗粒均以粉砂粒和细砂为主,细颗粒V含量更高.表层沉积物V含量为(117.82±63.31)mg/kg,其水平空间分布差异较大.V可交换态、可还原态、可氧化态和残渣态含量分别为(8.91±8.91),(18.36±10.53),(7.67±7.67),(80.22±58.71)mg/kg,主要以残渣态形式存在,且黏粒和粉砂粒对V可还原态和残渣态影响较大.V垂直分布差异大,底层V含量高于表层,少部分区域受黏粒和粉砂粒影响.剑湖沉积物V污染程度小,大部分地区潜在生态风险较低,底层沉积物污染程度和潜在生态风险都高于表层. 相似文献

为研究半开敞空间内可燃气体爆炸过程,设计带有泄压面的气体爆炸室,并在此基础上构建一套可燃气体燃爆特性综合试验装置。运用该试验装置,研究预混塔内甲烷气体分层现象以及甲烷爆炸浓度与最小点火能之间的变化规律。甲烷分层试验结果表明:静置一段时间后,预混塔中甲烷浓度随高度的增加而增大。最小点火能试验结果显示,当甲烷的试验爆炸体积分数在10%~13%时,其浓度与点火能之间呈现比较平缓的变化关系,而当其体积分数小于10%或大于13%时,浓度稍微变化,其点火能将发生明显变化。 相似文献
