将曝气生物滤池用于分散型污水处理,分析了反应器在不同水力负荷条件下对污染物的去除效果,同时从动力学角度对反应器作了浅析,总结出一个动力学模型.实验证明,该模型对出水水质预测和水力负荷条件的确定具有一定的工程实践指导作用.     

Characterization of municipal and dairy wastewaters with 30 quality parameters and potential wastewater treatment by biological trickling filters

This study aimed to characterize raw municipal and dairy wastewaters. The quality of the collected wastewaters was determined by measuring 30 quality parameters, such as phenols, oxidation-reduction potential, oil and grease, total organic carbon (TOC), manganese, total viable count of bacteria (TVC), salinity, and biodegradability. Results were compared with wastewater disposal standards. This study also aimed to describe the potential application and performance of biological trickling filters (BTFs) in municipal and dairy wastewater treatment. Detailed reviews of trickling filter models were explained. Results revealed that two wastewater samples exceeded standard limits. The raw municipal and dairy wastewaters need treatment prior to disposal to the natural environment. Additionally, BTFs are efficient municipal and dairy wastewater treatments.     

Effects of long-term land use on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and glomalin-related soil protein

The maintenance of soil health and productivity is a central aim of sustainable agriculture. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are soil biota fundamental for soil fertility and plant nutrition, which may be used in the evaluation of the impact of agronomic practices on soil quality. In the present study we evaluated the influence of three different land uses on AMF populations and correlated glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP) content with AMF biomass parameters, such as spore density and biovolume. Among the differently managed sites – maize monoculture, grassland and poplar grove – maize soil showed the lowest AMF spore number and GRSP content. The same morphological taxa were found in the three sites, except for one additional morphotype in poplar grove. A good correlation between GRSP and spore biovolume was found, suggesting that GRSP may represent a useful biochemical parameter for the assessment of biological soil fertility in sustainable agriculture.

SBR生物除磷工艺的研究

采用人工合成废水,考察了SBR生物除磷工艺的除磷效果和影响除磷效果的一些因子。试验结果表明,序批式生物除磷活性污泥法是一种有效的生物除磷工艺,在本试验设定的运件条件下,磷的去除率最高可达98％。DO、碳磷比、运行周期和停留时间,温度、pH,NO_3~-等因子都对除磷效果产生明显影响。
