本文利用静态实验室水生微宇宙的方法研究了轻、中、重三类五种稀土混合物(La,Ce,Sm,Gd,Y)在富营养水体、底泥、浮萍、大型蚤、螺蛳和金鱼中的分布和富集。结果表明,稀土在水生微宇宙各组分中的分布和积累的趋势为轻稀土>中稀土>重稀土。稀土元素在水体中6h后基本趋于平衡,其大部分为底泥所吸附;不同生物对稀土的分布和富集存在着较大的差异,其趋势为浮萍>大型蚤>螺蛳>金鱼。  相似文献

挥发性有机物是我国污染场地地下水中高频检出的污染物,在地下水中多以非水相液体(NAPL)形式存在,成为持久的污染源,具有较高的环境和健康风险。监测自然衰减技术以成本低,扰动小,无二次污染等特点越来越受到关注。概述了目前国外主要的地下水挥发性有机污染物自然衰减能力评价方法。60个污染场地的应用情况表明,污染物浓度趋势分析和水文地球化学指标方法的应用频率最高,简单的污染场地使用这两种方法可以准确评价地下水挥发性有机污染物的自然衰减能力,复杂的污染场地需要综合多种手段(微生物学方法,微宇宙实验,稳定同位素分析等)提高自然衰减评价结果的可靠性。稳定同位素分析方法既能指示污染物的降解途径,也能量化自然衰减的速率,是目前地下水挥发性有机污染物自然衰减评价研究最受关注的技术。  相似文献

将分离出的一株降解氯苯的高效土著菌Acinetobacter calcoaceticus和自然材料组成微宇宙系统,通过改变系统组成、重金属和营养物添加水平、悬浮物浓度以及温度,研究了系统中氯苯的去除机制.结果表明,微宇宙系统中氯苯的去除主要是加入菌株的降解作用;加入降解菌后,8d内系统中氯苯的去除率可达到98.3%.底泥和光照对微宇宙系统中氯苯的去除具有明显的促进作用(p0.05).悬浮物在实验前期对氯苯的去除产生明显的促进作用.微宇宙系统中氯苯的去除率随着温度的升高而增加,30.0℃条件下培养7d后,氯苯的去除率可达95.4%;10.0℃和15.0℃下培养14d后,氯苯的去除率分别为43.4%和68.5%.营养盐加入比例达1.0%时,可明显促进氯苯的去除.Cd2+和Hg2+浓度达到10.0mg·L-1时,可对系统中氯苯的去除率产生显著(p0.05、p0.01)降低作用.研究结果可为突发性事故造成的氯苯污染水体的微生物修复提供基本的理论和实践依据.  相似文献

健康湿地是面源污染生态修复的有效途径.以浙北下渚湖湿地为研究对象,同步开展上覆水及底泥磷素野外调查;模拟湿地枯水季节设计微型静态湿地水柱试验,揭示上覆水-底泥界面磷素交换规律、磷库特征及其潜在水质响应机制.结果表明,下渚湖湿地底泥总磷(TP)含量范围为0.187~0.591 mg·g-1,属于中度富磷;全年水体TP浓度为0.022~0.718 mg·L-1;水体磷素,即TP、溶解性磷(DP)及颗粒磷(PP)浓度大小的季节性特征为冬季>夏季>春季>秋季.在上覆水磷素浓度梯度(0.0~10.5 mg·L-1)胁迫下,微型静态湿地水柱模拟表明,湿地底泥吸附上覆水磷素依次呈现缓冲吸附过程、快速吸附过程、及慢速吸附过程等3个特征性过程.在上覆水DP为1.0 mg·L-1的胁迫下,枯水季节湿地底泥磷库增量分配代表性比例分别为:弱结合态磷0.0%、铁/锰结合态磷(Fe-P)19.9%、碱可提取磷66.3%[其中铝结合态磷(Al-P)58.0%;碱可提取有机磷(OPAlk)8.3%]、钙结合态磷(Ca-P)1.9%及闭蓄态磷(Res-P)11.3%.在枯水期可以通过补充铝盐的技术手段增加下渚湖湿地底泥对水体磷素的净化容量.  相似文献

To determine the effects of concentration history on slow sorption processes, desorption kinetic profiles for trichloroethene (TCE) were measured for a soil at 100% relative humidity subject to different exposure concentrations and exposure times. Exposure concentrations ranged from 1% to 80% of the saturation vapor pressure (Ps) for TCE, and exposure times (i.e., time allowed for sorption before desorption begins) ranged from 1 to 96 days. A spherical diffusion model based on a gamma distribution of sorption rates and a gamma distribution of desorption rates was developed and applied to the data. At 80% P/Ps, the entire gamma distributions of sorption and desorption rates were available for TCE. In accordance with a micropore filling mechanism, the fraction of these distributions available for TCE sorption decreased with decreasing P/Ps. Experimental results are consistent with a micropore-filling mechanism, where the amount of slow desorbing mass decreased with decreasing exposure time, and the fraction of slow desorbing sites filled decreased with decreasing exposure concentration. Simulation results suggest that diffusion limits the rates that micropores fill, and that rates of sorption and desorption for soil contaminated at smaller values of P/Ps are, on average, less than those at larger values of P/Ps (i.e., slow desorption rates are a function of exposure concentration). Simulation results also suggest that the model adequately describes the effects of exposure concentration and exposure time on the rates of sorption and desorption, but not on the capacity of the slow sites for TCE. This work is important because contaminant concentrations in the subsurface vary in space and time, and the proposed model represents a new and mechanistically based approach to capture the effects of this heterogeneity on slow desorption.  相似文献

In order to assess the effects of detergents on a microcosm system several types of detergents (anionic, cationic, nonionic, and amino acid detergents) were tested. Data showed growth perturbations in the microcosm, indicating that these detergents affected the microcosm. The potential use of growth perturbations of microcosm by addition of detergents as a biomarker of exposure is described.  相似文献

通过建立微型生态系统,研究了不同养殖密度和处理时间条件下,背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana)对大宗淡水鱼养殖水体理化指标和营养盐的影响及净化特征。研究结果表明,背角无齿蚌对水体pH、CODMn和NH4+-N的影响不明显;电导率、总固溶物、NO2--N、DTP、PO43--P和DOC呈升高的趋势;DO随蚌养殖密度和时间的增加而降低;能够显著降低水体的浊度、Chl-a、TN、NO3--N和TP含量(P3和15.35 d、25 ind./m3和10 d时,对NO3--N、TP的去除率可进一步提升至42.6%和35.0%。本研究表明,背角无齿蚌可以用于养鱼水体的水质净化。  相似文献

Aerosol plays a key role in determining radiative balance, regional climate and human health. Severe air pollution over Northeast China in recent years urges more comprehensive studies to figure out the adverse effects caused by excessive aerosols. In this study, column aerosol measurements over urban Harbin, a metropolis located at the highest latitude in Northeast China, during May 2016 to March 2017 were conducted using a CIMEL sun-photometer to analyze local aerosol properties and its variation from different aspects. According to the observations, aerosol optical depth at 440 nm (AOD440) ranges from 0.07 up to 1.54, and the large variability in both AOD440 and Angstrom Exponent (AE440–870) indicates the frequent change of aerosol types due of different emission sources. Coarse mode particles dominated Harbin during the studying period because of the long-range transported dust and probably the suspended snow crystals in winter. As the wavelength increases, relatively consistent decrease trends of single scattering albedo (SSA) and asymmetry factor (ASY) were observed in spring, autumn, and winter, indicating the presence of absorbing polluted aerosols. Mixed type (MIX) aerosol dominated the study region with a total percentage of 34%, and biomass burning and urban industry (BB/UI), clean continental (CC), and desert dust (DD) aerosols were found to be 31%, 27%, and 8%, respectively. The current work fills up the optical characteristics of aerosols in Harbin, and will contribute to the in-depth understanding of local aerosol variation and regional climate change over Northeast China.  相似文献

Bench-scale packed zeolite columns were set up and operated to investigate the continuous removal of ammonium ions from compost leachate. The effects of hydraulic retention time (HRT), and particle size of the zeolite on the ammonia adsorption capacity were studied. For both the coarse particle and the powdered zeolite columns, higher ammonia removal efficiencies were achieved with longer HRT (i.e., lower influent flow rate) tests. At the same HRT, ammonia removal efficiencies from tests with powdered zeolite were generally 20% higher than tests with the coarse particle zeolite. A HRT of 6 hours was found appropriate for efficient ammonia removal, and an operating capacity of 1.31 mg N/g zeolite was obtained. Over 98% of the ammonia input from the influent was consistently removed for over 5 bed volumes (BV) of compost leachate flowing through the zeolite column. Zeolite proved to have a great potential as a medium for ammonia removal in treating composting leachate.  相似文献

采用液液萃法取提取水中的灭蚁灵,经浓硫酸净化,用双柱双ECD检测器-气相色谱法进行测定。当取样体积为100ml时,ECD1(色谱柱DB-35ms)和ECD2(色谱柱HP-5)的检出限分别为0.051μg/L和0.038μg/L,六组水样加标回收率为81.6%和78.4%,相对标准偏差3.74%和2.32%。该方法一次进样可得到两组数据来进行灭蚁灵的定性和定量分析,排除了假阳性产生的可能性,因此定性更准确、定量更精确。  相似文献
