AMS方法在大气气溶胶来源研究中的应用

在我国自己建立的加速器质谱计（ＡＭＳ）技术的基础上,利用＾１４Ｃ的特征的生物来源示踪性能,将ＡＭＳ技术运用于我国大气气溶胶来源的研究,我们建立了大气气溶胶采样－－石墨碳制备－ＡＭＳ测定的全部样品处理过程,对北京市中关村地区、东单地区在采暖期和非采暖期的气溶胶样品和湖南南岳、山东青岛的气溶胶及这些地区的地表土进行了ＡＭＳ测定,将多元统计方法与ＡＭＳ方法相结合,从中分析这些样品中微量元素组分和含碳 分     

难降解有机物标准溶液的研制

介绍了难降解有机物标准溶液研究、制备方法，进行了均匀性检验、稳定性检验，统计计算了检验结果，基本确定主要参数。检验结果表明： 按该法配制的标准溶液均匀，在一年保存期间内稳定，标准溶液符合国家标准，可用于海洋环境监测。     

Early prenatal diagnosis of an infratentorial arachnoid cyst: Association with an unbalanced translocation

Arachnoid cysts are an uncommon central nervous system malformation, representing only 1 per cent of all intracranial masses. We report the second-trimester prenatal diagnosis of a posterior fossa arachnoid cyst, associated with an unbalanced X;9 translocation.     

电极流动分析仪的研制和应用

采用固定电极测试状态的方法，将流动技术引入到离子电极直接电位分析法中，设计并试制了电极流动分析仪。配用市售硝酸根电极、钠电极、氟电极、氯电极和氨电极进行了环境样品的测定。结果表明，电极流动分析仪法的分析速度比直接电位法提高２－３倍，变异系数，２．９％－５．０％之间，回收率在９０％－１０５％之间；直接电位法变异系数在２．３％－６．７％之间，加收率在９０％－１０９％之间。     

BOD微生物传感器的研究

本实验从活性污泥中分离筛选出一株对广泛底物具有外源呼吸的假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.A_4)。用该种菌株制成的BOD微生物传感器可在15min内完成一个样品BOD的测定。该法与传统方法有较好的相关性,可连续使用六周以上。     

First-trimester prenatal diagnosis of severe alpha-thalassemia

By means of chorion biopsy together with restriction endonuclease analysis of fetal DNA, first trimester diagnoses were successfully made in 33 fetuses at risk for Bart's hydrops fetalis. Seven pregnancies with Hb H or hydrops fetalis were therapeutically terminated before 4 months of gestation. Of the 26 pregnancies intended to continue, 18 have come to term with normal deliveries; one with threatened abortion was terminated at the end of the first trimester and, seven are progresssing normally.     

45,X/46,XY chromosome mosaicism detected by midtrimester amniocentesis in amniocyte clones

Amniocyte clones from a mid-trimester pregnancy disclosed 45,X/46,XY sex chromosome mosaicism. Because of the uncertainty concerning the phenotype of the fetus, the parents elected to terminate the pregnancy. Mixed (asymmetrical) gonadal dysgenesis was not found. The fetus appeared to have a normal male uro-genital system. No malformations of any type were detected, although as expected, the fetus did have 45,X/46,XY mosaicism.
