运用综合主成分分析对监测数据进行处理,集成径向基函数人工神经网络(RBF-ANN),参考国家环境质量评价标准设定RBF的学习样本,从而构建区域环境质量综合评价模型,对安徽省合肥市新站综合开发试验区进行环境质量综合评价。实例分析结果表明,运用综合主成分法可以精准的统计出一个区域的环境综合数据,而且在matlab环境下运用RBF-ANN模型既可以准确,客观的评定环境质量的等级,又可以表现其环境污染的具体程度,能在同一评价等级内对不同环境质量的评价对象进行更加细微的污染程度的比较。结果表明,合肥市新站综合开发试验区环境综合质量介于轻度污染和中度污染的标准极限值之间,属于中度污染。 相似文献

选择最优的空间插值方法对土壤重金属空间分布特征的反映和污染评价具有重要的意义.以湖北省恩施市典型区表层土壤重金属As和Cd为例,选取常用的反距离权重法(IDW)、径向基函数法(RBF)、局部多项式法(LPI)和普通克里格法(OK)进行空间插值,对比分析了不同插值方法的插值精度及结果差异.同时采用地累积指数和指示克里格法(IK)评价了土壤重金属污染状况.结果表明,不同插值方法对于同一种元素的预测误差相差较小,但对土壤重金属含量的空间分布特征存在明显差异,其中LPI法表现出明显的平滑效应,OK法次之,而IDW法和RBF法极大地保留了元素含量的极值信息,插值结果较详尽.为准确了解局部高背景区土壤重金属的空间分布状况,应优选IDW法或RBF法进行插值.以湖北省深层土壤重金属含量算术均值作为背景值,地累积指数污染评价结果显示:As和Cd的超标样点分别占5.5%和99.0%,研究区Cd污染程度较高.IK法污染评价显示:Cd中度-强污染以上的高概率污染区域主要位于研究区的中部,应重视土壤Cd污染分布,并对其有效治理与修复. 相似文献

All major mining activity particularly opencast mining contributes to the problem of suspended particulate matter (SPM)directly or indirectly. Therefore, assessment and prediction are required to prevent and minimize the deterioration of SPM due tovarious opencast mining operations. Determination of emission rate of SPM for these activities and validation of air quality models are the first and foremost concern. In view of the above, the study was taken up for determination of emission rate for SPMto calculate emission rate of various opencast mining activitiesand validation of commonly used two air quality models for Indianmining conditions. To achieve the objectives, eight coal and three iron ore mining sites were selected to generate site specific emission data by considering type of mining, method of working, geographical location, accessibility and above all resource availability. The study covers various mining activitiesand locations including drilling, overburden loading and unloading, coal/mineral loading and unloading, coal handling orscreening plant, exposed overburden dump, stock yard, workshop, exposed pit surface, transport road and haul road. Validation of the study was carried out through Fugitive Dust Model (FDM) and Point, Area and Line sources model (PAL2) by assigning the measured emission rate for each mining activity, meteorologicaldata and other details of the respective mine as an input to the models. Both the models were run separately for the same set ofinput data for each mine to get the predicted SPM concentrationat three receptor locations for each mine. The receptor locationswere selected such a way that at the same places the actual filedmeasurement were carried out for SPM concentration. Statisticalanalysis was carried out to assess the performance of the modelsbased on a set measured and predicted SPM concentration data. The value of coefficient of correlation for PAL2 and FDM was calculated to be 0.990-0.994 and 0.966-0.997, respectively, which shows a fairly good agreement between measured and predicted values of SPM concentration. The average index of agreement values for PAL2 and FDM was found to be 0.665 and0.752, respectively, which represents that the prediction by PAL2 and FDM models are accurate by 66.5 and 75.2%, respectively. The market rate of return on private investment is often used as the discount rate when conducting cost-benefit analysis (CBA) of public projects. I argue that the decision to invest pits current consumption against future consumption, both of which accumulate to the private decision maker. Public projects, on the other hand, provide benefits that accrue to society in general. To examine the appropriateness of discount rates based on returns to private investment, this paper considers lab experiments designed to test whether individuals discount personal and social benefits at different rates. Personal benefits are captured through personal monetary payments, while social benefits are captured through anonymous donations to charitable organizations. I jointly elicit time and risk preferences and find that subjects discount charitable contributions at significantly lower rates than personal payments. 相似文献

Two emission validation methods are presented. The first method focuses on the precision of the emission factors and the accuracy of modelled traffic flows. Emission factors derived from the COPERT II methodology are compared with on-board emission measurements and modelled traffic flow rates are compared with observations. The second validation method focuses on the completeness of the inventory, i.e. coverage of all sources. The method compares measured pollutant fluxes in the urban plume with the downwind transported and dispersed emissions integrated over plume width and mixing height. Both methods seem to indicate that traffic emission factors used in the urban emission inventories show large uncertainties. Besides the lack of measurement precision this is mainly induced by external influence factors like driving behaviour and vehicle maintenance. 相似文献

A field study was established to investigate the chemical composition of atmospheric aerosols in Chicago, IL. One goal of
this study was to determine the influence of precursor trace gases and local meteorology on concentrations of secondary aerosol
ionic species. This paper describes the method details, shows the method is analytically valid, and reports overall as well
as some specific results found during the field study. Two particulate air samples were collected per day onto quartz fiber
filters at the Loyola University Chicago Air Station during the summer months in 2002–2004. In parallel, mixing ratios of
ozone and nitrogen oxides were monitored and weather parameters were recorded. Particulates were extracted from the filter
substrates and the subsequent solutions were analyzed by ion chromatography for anions, including low molecular weight organic
acids, and cations. A washing procedure was implemented to reduce the high background values of the quartz fiber filters.
Method validation showed that the collection method was efficient for all ions with exception of nitrate, whose efficiency
of 70% indicated losses caused by volatilization. The extraction method also proved efficient for both field and laboratory
samples, and the repeatability of the method was high with relative standard deviations less than 10% for all ions. Reproducibility
of the results was determined by comparison of sulfate to sulfur analyzed by total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometry
and proved to be high as well. Concentrations differed significantly between the three summer studies due to varying levels
of precursor species as a consequence of distinct temperatures and wind direction profiles. 相似文献
