联合应用高效雾化器、缝式石英管火焰原子吸收法,采用萃取富集技术测定砷,使砷的灵敏度改善267倍,同时消除了大量盐类的干扰,避免了钠、铝等对石英管的损坏。考察了溶液酸度、碘化钾用量、共存离子等因素对实验的影响。该方法的线性范围为0~25μg/L,检出限为。3μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.2%,回收率为97.8%~101.0%,用于环境水样中痕量砷的监测,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Abstract

Glyphosate is the main herbicide currently used in the world due to wide applicability and efficiency in controlling weeds in many crops. However, its overuse may lead to undesirable impacts on the environment and to human health in the long run. This present study aimed to optimize and validate solid phase extraction (SPE) using an anionic resin for the simultaneous and direct determination of glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) in water samples using high-performance liquid chromatography combined with inductively coupled plasma with triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (HPLC-ICP-MS/MS). The results showed that recovery percentage and relative standard deviation were 103.9?±?7.9 and 99.40?±?9.9% for glyphosate and AMPA, respectively. The validation certified that the method was precise, accurate, linear, and selective, with a limit of quantification of 1.09 and 0.29?μg L?1 for glyphosate and AMPA, respectively. The optimized methodology reached the concentration factor of 250 times and was successfully applied to analyze water samples from hydroponic cultivation of the eucalyptus seedlings. The results showed that the exudation process occurs at glyphosate doses starting from 2?L ha?1.  相似文献

建立了液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱(LLE -GC/MS)同时测定饮用水中的6种酞酸酯类化合物、百菌清和联苯胺的方法。选用3种有机溶剂进行萃取,筛选出回收率高、操作简单的前处理方法,萃取后经气相色谱-质谱分析。方法表明:8种物质线性良好,相关系数为0.9978~0.9995,用二氯甲烷萃取回收率最佳,回收率在90.1%~118%之间,相对标准偏差在0.24%~7.21%之间。  相似文献

红外分光光度法测定水中石油类,可用S-316(六氯四氟丁烷)作提取剂,测定了以S-316为溶剂配制的正十六烷,姥鲛烷和甲苯溶液的校正系数,并对该校正系数作了检验,比较了S-316和CCl4的本底值和萃取率,结果表明S-316可作为红外法测定水中石油类的提取剂,并具有毒性小,萃取率高等特点。  相似文献

采用气相色谱法毛细管色谱柱分离、电子捕获检测器检测土壤中残留的六六六含量。索氏提取和超声波提取2种方法的研究结果表明,索氏提取法加标回收率在86.93%~98.54%之间,相对标准差为1.78%~9.59%;超声波提取法加标回收率在90.23%~103.29%之间,相对标准差为2.32%~9.33%。两种方法均准确、灵敏,超声波提取法时间短、效率高。  相似文献

Construction waste such as road pavement and concrete is estimated to constitute about 50% of the total industrial waste in Japan, and the recycling of such material has recently become a prominent topic among construction engineers. It has also been suggested that various types of industrial waste be utilized as components of construction materials. This paper investigates the environmental safety of certain materials in terms of the elutions and genotoxicities of these substances. The substances extracted from some materials, such as emulsifier, ash, and sediment, were found to have genotoxic characteristics. White lupin is an annual crop that has been used for phytostabilization of acidified multicontaminated (heavy metals and As) soils from the Aznalcóllar spill-affected area, Southern Spain. One of the most important factors for successful phytostabilization is monitoring the pollutant bioavailability in the soil. The aim of this work was to determine the best-suited method for assessing the bioavailability of heavy metals together with As in the Aznalcóllar spill-affected area, by means of a systematic comparison between different extraction methods (Ammonium bicarbonate-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (AB-DTPA), CaCl2, NaNO3, BCR, (NH4)2SO4 and rhizo). Both AB-DTPA and the first step of the BCR method were found to be unsuitable for assessing the bioavailability of heavy metals and As to plants growing in acidic soils. However, CaCl2-extractable As, Cu, and Zn and NaNO3-extractable As and Zn were well correlated with their concentrations in plant organs. Rhizo and (NH4)2SO4, with the highest determination coefficients, were the most recommended simple extraction methods to assess the bioavailability of As, Cu, Fe, Mn, and Zn in acidified multicontaminated soils using white lupin as an excluder model plant.  相似文献

In this work the development of a process for the recovery of copper from contaminated industrial soils is presented. Experimental tests on a standard soil contaminated with a solution of copper chloride were carried out. The metal was extracted from the contaminated soil by flushing with a 0.1 M aqueous solution of an ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) sodium salt. A maximum copper extraction efficiency of about 60% was observed. Copper was then separated from the extracted solution by precipitation with sodium hydroxide after addition of ferric sulfate.  相似文献
