The effect of land use change from paddy to vegetable field on the residues of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) was investigated. Soil residues of OCPs were analyzed in vegetable fields which had been converted from paddy fields for 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 year in Yixing, China in 2003. The mean concentrations of OCPs followed a sequence of: ∑DDTs (13.7 μg kg−1) > ∑HCHs (8.6 μg kg−1) > > HCB (2.09 μg kg−1) > α-endosulfan (1.30 μg kg−1) > endrin (1.08 μg kg−1) > PCNB (0.76 μg kg−1) > dieldrin (0.58 μg kg−1). The mean residues of OCPs especially DDTs increased significantly with vegetable planting time after land use change in the first 15 years, then decreased from 20 to 30 years and increased a little afterward. The time under anaerobic and aerobic conditions was suggested to control mainly the change of the residues of OCPs. 相似文献

Results of surveys on Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) and organochlorine insecticides (HCH and DDT) in fish and shellfish from Lake Biwa were summarized from 1987 to 1996. In 1975, fish and shellfish in Lake Biwa were highly contaminated with PCB, HCH and DDT but recently in 1992–1996 the concentrations of these chemicals were very low and nearly constant. In the composition of HCH isomers, β‐HCH was dominant in all kinds of fish and shellfish. In the composition of DDT and DDT metabolites, pp'‐DDE was similarly dominant in all kinds of fish and shellfish. Further, the data in Lake Biwa were compared with those in Lake Michigan and Lake Baikal. 相似文献

This paper reports a study of the distribution of organo-chlorine pesticides (DDT and HCH) between rice plants and the soil system by spraying before the heading stage at four different dosage levels – control, normal dosage (15 kg ha–1 of 6% HCH and 7.5 kg ha–1 of 25% DDT), double dosage and four times dosage. Soil and plant samples were taken respectively at the 1st h, 3rd, 10th, 20th, and 40th day after spraying and at the harvest time. The results indicate that less than 5% of HCH and 15% of DDT were absorbed by the surface of rice leaves for normal dosage. Most of both pesticides moved into the soil in solution after spraying. Compared with DDT, HCH was degraded and run off more easily. HCH residues in the surface soil layer (1–3 cm) were already below 6.4 g kg–1 at the mature stage, lower than Chinese Environmental Quality Standard for Agricultural Soils: HCH <0.05 mg kg–1. However DDT residues in the surface soil layer remained 172 g kg–1, higher than the national standard: DDT <0.05 mg kg–1. According to the test f OCP residues in rice seeds, it can be concluded that the OCP sprayed onto the surface of rice leaves can move into rice plants and accumulate in the seeds at the mature stage. HCH residues in rice seeds of the double and four times dosage treatments, and DDT residues in all treatments, exceeded the Chinese National Food Standard (HCH <0.10 mg kg–1, DDT <0.20 mg kg–1). 相似文献

在历史上受某六六六(HCH)生产企业污染的场地采集土壤样品,分析和研究土壤中HCH的污染水平和污染分布趋势.结果表明,∑HCH值最大为271.72 mg·kg-1,HCH污染主要集中在表层(深度:0~20 cm)、亚表层(深度:20~40 cm)土壤,表层、亚表层土壤中HCH含量远高于深层(深度:40~150 cm)土壤中HCH含量;β-HCH含量最高,远高于其他3种异构体;通过Kriging法插值,画出表层土壤中∑HCH的等值线图,可清晰地看出HCH的分布趋势.本污染场地表层的硬化阻止了雨水的浸润作用,使HCH向下迁移缓慢,HCH含量随深度增加而降低,HCH污染深度较浅. 相似文献

通过转座子介导同源重组的方法,将甲基对硫磷水解酶基因mpd导入到六六六降解菌BHC-A的染色体上, 构建了能同时降解六六六和甲基对硫磷的基因工程菌BHC-A-mpd. 对其生长特性和降解特性的研究表明, 工程菌在LB培养基中的生长特性与原始菌株没有差别, 生长至对数期A600nm值都可达到2.5;对六六六的降解特性和原始菌株相同, 可在10h内将5mg/L的六六六完全降解. mpd基因在BHC-A-mpd中稳定表达,BHC-A-mpd可以降解多种有机磷类农药.该基因工程菌的构建为六六六和甲基对硫磷复合污染环境的生物修复奠定了基础. 相似文献

Contaminated groundwater and a riverine sediment core heavily affected by the same industrial point source were analysed for
hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCH) and its degradation products. A detailed quantification by GC/MS revealed contamination levels
up to 730 μg/L and 396 ng/g in sum for the water and sediment samples, respectively. The isomer pattern differed significantly
in both compartments. The ground water samples were depleted in γ-HCH, whereas a significant loss of α-HCH was evident in
the sediments as compared to the technical composition. The data obtained revealed interesting insights into the transformation
behaviour and fate of HCH mixtures in anaerobic environmental compartments. In the affected groundwater system an ongoing
microbial degradation was pointed out by the identification of indicative anaerobic metabolites. On the contrary in the sedimentary
system a high environmental stability or rather a hindered degradation was observed as indicated by unaltered concentration
levels as compared to production rates as well as by the absence of metabolites. Interestingly, the environmental fate of
HCH in subaquatic sediments as well as in anaerobic ground water differs highly in contrast to the behaviour in anaerobic
soil or surface water systems. Further on, it has to be stated, that the knowledge about the long-term behaviour of HCH residues
in sedimentary material under anaerobic conditions is rather limited so far. 相似文献

Organochlorine Pesticides and PCBs pollution levels were determined in sediment samples taken from three sites along the Yangtse River (Nanjing part). The concentrations of various pesticides were in the range of 1.42–8.06 ng/g (t‐HCH), and <0.01–4.12ng/g (t‐DDT), while the concentrations of PCBs were below detection limit at all three sites. The contamination by Organochlorine Pesticides and PCBs in sediments from the Yangtse River was not significant when compared with that reported in the literature from some other countries’ rivers, which may be due to the high flow velocity and water amount of the Yangtse River. 相似文献

Residue levels of organochlorine pesticides (DDTs, HCHs, HCB and chlordane compounds) were determined in core samples collected from Nile River near by Cairo and Manzala Lake, Egypt in 1994. Regional difference and vertical profiles were discussed in view of historical reconstruction of environmental pollution by these chemicals. On the basis of estimated sedimentation rate (0.5 to 0.7 cm/year) in Manzala Lake, it seems that discharge of DDTs and CHLs into Egyptian environment increased rapidly from early 1960's and the maximum discharge was recorded in 1980's. However, concentration of HCHs increased continuously up to the present in spite of decreasing of DDTs and CHLs after 1980's. It was revealed that vertical profiles of organochlorine pesticides in sediment core from Manzala Lake are useful to estimate a temporal trend of pesticide use in Egypt. 相似文献

Biodegradation of α, β, γ and δ hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) isomers was studied in broth medium and soil microcosm by Bacillus circulans and Bacillus brevis isolated from contaminated soil. Degradation of α and γ isomers by both the bacterial isolates was higher than thermodynamically stable β and δ isomers. However, B. circulans was found more effective than B. brevis for β and δ isomers. Maximum rate of degradation was recorded at 150 mg/L followed by 100 and 50 mg/L. Soil microcosm study revealed maximum degradation of HCH isomers in the treatment containing natural soil, pesticide and bacterial inocula than the treatment having sterilised soil, pesticide and bacterial isolates. Chloride release was positively co-related with HCH degradation in broth medium as well as in soil microcosm, suggesting that B. circulans and B. brevis hold promising potential by having efficient enzyme(s) required for dechlorination of HCH from contaminated sites. 相似文献
