对混凝微滤法处理制革废水进行了试验研究,通过大量试验,确定了最佳工艺条件。在最优控制的基础上,制革废水经混凝沉淀-微滤处理后,COD,BOD5,SS和色度的去除率分别为80%,87%,89%和92%左右,处理后废水可达到排放标准或回用于制革工艺。结果表明,在较低温度下,用硫酸亚铁作混凝剂仍能较好地完成混凝沉淀,验证了硫酸亚铁的低温混凝效果。因此,该工艺值得在北方寒冷地区大力推广。   相似文献

用同位素示踪法测定微生物的葡萄糖摄入量,可能检测废水中有毒物质的生物毒性。实验结果显示:TCC/TCS对废水处理系统中厌氧菌的葡萄糖摄入有抑制作用,其抑制率与接触剂量的对数呈线性关系,但与接触时间却没有明显的线性关系。由此可见,TCC/TCS对微生物葡萄糖摄入的影响是复杂的。当生物处理系统中的微生物未接触TCC/TCS时,10%有作用浓度(EC10)和50%有作用浓度(EC50)分别为1.71mg  相似文献

The amounts of harmful gas emissions from the process of composting swine waste were determined using an experimental composting apparatus. Forced aeration (19.2–96.1 l/m3/min) was carried out continuously, and exhaust gases were collected and analyzed periodically. With weekly turning and the addition of a bulking agent in order to decrease the moisture content and increase air permeability, the temperature of most of the contents rose to 70°C and composting was complete within 3–5 weeks. NH3, CH4, and N2O emissions were high in the early stage of composting. About 10%–25% of the nitrogen in the raw material was lost as NH3 gas during composting. The emission rate of NH3 mainly depended on the aeration rate, so that as the aeration rate rose, the level of NH3 emissions increased. The CH4 and N2O emissions could be kept lower with adequate treatment at more than 40 l/m3/min aeration. N2O may be mainly the result of the denitrification of NO x -N in the additional matured compost used as a composting accelerator. Received: September 11, 1998 / Accepted: November 8, 1999  相似文献

介绍除草剂2,4-D在4种不同有机碳含量、不同pH值的土壤中吸附常数的测定.结果表明,4种土壤对2,4-D的吸附等温线均符合非线形的Freundlich吸附等温式,其有机碳吸附常数的平均值为239.6.2,4-D的吸附常数与土壤有机碳含量呈正相关,土壤的pH值对2,4-D的吸附也有一定的影响.  相似文献

A co-culture consisting of Hydrogenophaga sp. PBC and Ralstonia sp. PBA, isolated from textile wastewater treatment plant could tolerate up to 100 mM 4-aminobenzenesulfonate (4-ABS) and utilize it as sole carbon, nitrogen and sulfur source under aerobic condition. The biodegradation of 4-ABS resulted in the release of nitrogen and sulfur in the form of ammonium and sulfate respectively. Ninety-eight percent removal of chemical oxygen demand attributed to 20 mM of 4-ABS in cell-free supernatant could be achieved after 118 h. Effective biodegradation of 4-ABS occurred at pH ranging from 6 to 8. During batch culture with 4-ABS as sole carbon and nitrogen source, the ratio of strain PBA to PBC was dynamic and a critical concentration of strain PBA has to be reached in order to enable effective biodegradation of 4-ABS. Haldane inhibition model was used to fit the degradation rate at different initial concentrations and the parameters μmax, Ks and Ki were determined to be 0.13 h−1, 1.3 mM and 42 mM respectively. HPLC analyses revealed traced accumulation of 4-sulfocatechol and at least four unidentified metabolites during biodegradation. This is the first study to report on the characterization of 4-ABS-degrading bacterial consortium that was isolated from textile wastewater treatment plant.  相似文献

Nonylphenol and octylphenol are persistent endocrine disrupters that are priority substances of the European Union Water Framework Directive. Their presence in the environment has caused increasing concern about their impact to human health. Infants are more sensitive to hormonal impacts of environmental chemicals than adults. The results of the present study indicate that nonylphenol is ubiquitous in foodstuffs for babies and toddlers commercially available in Germany, while octylphenol could only be determined in 80% of all food samples. The daily intakes based on consumption studies in μg nonylphenol kg−1 body weight per day for high consumers in the baby category (0.23-0.65 μg kg−1 bw d−1) were relatively high. 利用TiO2纳米管催化降解水中的4,4’-二溴联苯,对催化降解过程和影响因素进行研究。结果表明,TiO2纳米管对其有较高的催化降解效率且降解过程符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学模式。不同光源、4,4’-二溴联苯的初始浓度、纳米管添加量和pH值对催化降解过程都有较大影响,其中pH值的影响最为明显。反应液在中性状态下的降解率明显低于pH=1或11的情况。在pH=1时,4,4’-二溴联苯的降解率达86%。  相似文献

This paper focused on the factors affecting the respiration rate of the digestate taken from a continuous anaerobic two-stage process treating the organic fraction of municipal solid waste (OFMSW). The process involved a hydrolytic reactor (HR) that produced a leachate fed to a submerged anaerobic membrane bioreactor (SAMBR). It was found that a volatile solids (VS) removal in the range 40-75% and an operating temperature in the HR between 21 and 35 °C resulted in digestates with similar respiration rates, with all digestates requiring 17 days of aeration before satisfying the British Standard Institution stability threshold of 16 mg CO2 g VS−1 day−1. Sanitization of the digestate at 65 °C for 7 days allowed a mature digestate to be obtained. At 4 g VS L−1 d−1 and Solid Retention Times (SRT) greater than 70 days, all the digestates emitted CO2 at a rate lower than 25 mg CO2 g VS−1 d−1 after 3 days of aeration, while at SRT lower than 20 days all the digestates displayed a respiration rate greater than 25 mg CO2 g VS−1 d−1. The compliance criteria for Class I digestate set by the European Commission (EC) and British Standard Institution (BSI) could not be met because of nickel and chromium contamination, which was probably due to attrition of the stainless steel stirrer in the HR.  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为原料,空心微珠为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/beads光催化剂载体,然后浸渍法制备出H4SiW12O40/TiO2/beads表面负载修饰型复合光催化剂,并运用SEM、XRD、FT-IR和DRS对催化剂进行表征和分析.研究了H4SiW12O40/TiO2/beads对亚甲基蓝降解的光催化活性,考察了光强度、pH值、曝气量、底物浓度和催化剂用量等对催化效率的影响.实验结果表明,在中性条件下,H4SiW12O40/TiO2/beads催化剂的投加量为0.25 g/L,浓度为7.5 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液在250 W的紫外灯和600 W的可见光灯下光照60 min降解率分别可达到94.5%和55%.  相似文献
