为了保证利用双氧水氧化氯丙烯直接环氧化制备环氧氯丙烷新工艺的安全开发,针对此工艺涉及的混合危险物料,利用C80量热仪对混合物料热稳定性进行了测试,获得了混合物料热扫描曲线;利用AKTS软件处理得到了混合物料热特性参数和分解动力学数据,在此基础上结合HYSIS软件进行了预防气相燃爆方面的安全分析。结果表明:混合物料初始pH值为8左右,其pH值随放置时间延长而降低;混合物料TD24值为21.3℃,混合物料发生失控的可能性等级为高;混合物料中双氧水分解受温度影响较大,在30℃和60℃下,混合物料分别经过1.3 h和0.8 h就会分解释放出达到氧含量报警值的氧气。  相似文献

Using a dry dust removal system used for aluminium dust collection presents a dust explosion risk, whereas a wet dust removal system presents a risk of hydrogen fire and explosion. Neither system can attain a sufficient level of safety for use at aluminium processing sites. In this paper, soybean isoflavone, a non-toxic and environmentally sustainable flavonoid, was investigated to inhibit hydrogen production from aluminium dust and water. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to characterize aluminium particles before and after the reaction. Soybean isoflavone was found to inhibit hydrogen production from aluminium dust and water. At a soybean isoflavone solution concentration of 2.1 g L−1, a dense protective film resulting from chemical adsorption on the surfaces of the aluminium particles isolated the aluminium particles from water molecules. This film blocked the reaction pathway between the aluminium particles and water to suppress hydrogen generation. This fundamental study addresses the problems of hydrogen fires and explosions in wet dust removal systems for aluminium dust collection and provides a novel, safe and effective method for aluminium dust removal.  相似文献

对非甲烷总烃自动连续监测系统进行示值误差、响应时间、零点漂移和量程漂移等性能测试,对非甲烷总烃便携式分析仪进行检出限、精密度、准确度等性能测试。性能测试满足相关要求后同时利用便携式催化氧化-氢火焰离子化检测器法(催化氧化-FID)、便携式气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器法(GC-FID)和实验室气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器法(GC-FID)对固定污染源非甲烷总烃自动连续监测系统进行现场比对测试。测试结果表明,在工况变动较大的情况下,便携式FID法与实验室GC-FID法测试结果相对误差为19. 6%~35. 1%,具有很好的可比性。以实验室GC-FID法为参比方法时,自动连续监测系统相对准确度为64. 1%,不满足《固定污染源废气非甲烷总烃连续监测系统技术要求及检测方法》(HJ 1013—2018)的要求。以便携式FID为参比方法时,自动连续监测系统相对准确度分别为28. 6%和35. 3%,相对《固定污染源废气总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃的测定气相色谱法》(HJ 38—2017)方法一致性更好,均能满足《HJ 1013—2018》的要求。提出,应推进便携式方法在自动连续监测系统验收和质控比对中的应用。  相似文献

CPC/CaO_2氧缓释复合材料的制备及其释氧性能探讨   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
利用过氧化钙(CaO2)遇水释放氧气的特性,采用混合法将CaO2载入到磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)中,并通过挤出-滚圆造粒方法制备出CPC/CaO2氧缓释复合材料,旨在为污染地下水的好氧生物修复技术提供一种长期、高效的供氧源。由X射线衍射(XRD)分析可知,通过固相反应制取的CPC主要成分为Ca5(PO4)3(OH)和Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2,具有较快的固化时间和固化效果;CPC/CaO2氧缓释复合材料分3个阶段进行释氧,其中2、3阶段分别符合一级和零级释氧动力学特征,且其释氧速率和释氧周期得到明显改善。本研究成果可用于实际地下水修复工程,解决污染地下水原位生物修复过程中溶解氧(DO)的输送问题。  相似文献

通过对硫氰酸汞分光光度法和离子色谱法测定空气中氯化氢含量的对比发现,两种方法对实验室质控样和实际样品的分析测定均能达到要求,且F检验法分析表明实测结果没有显著性差异。然而,硫氰酸汞分光光度法的测试过程操作繁琐,误差较大,稳定时间较长,且硫氰酸汞具有剧毒,危害操作人员的健康,残液也难以处理。离子色谱法分析操作简单,过程安全可靠,能够有效降低样品受污染的可能性并保证分析质量。  相似文献

采用菱铁矿催化过氧化氢-过硫酸钠双氧化剂体系去除地下水中的1,2-二氯乙烷,通过研究菱铁矿催化机理以及氧化剂浓度两方面探讨双氧体系较单氧体系有较高去除率的原因,探讨了双氧体系1,2-DCA降解动力学和氯离子平衡。研究结果表明,菱铁矿催化双氧体系可以有效去除溶液中的1,2-DCA,本体系条件下去除率可达到95%以上。其较低的pH,较高Fe2+浓度,较高自由基生成量和氧化剂浓度,使得双氧体系较Fenton-Like体系有较高1,2-DCA去除率。菱铁矿催化双氧体系去除1,2-DCA反应过程中有中间产物生成,但最终完全脱氯,没有中间产物残留。  相似文献

采用水热晶化法合成了不同含铜量的Cu—SBA-15介孔分子筛,并且用XRD、N2吸附、TEM以及uV—vis对所合成的样品进行表征。以Cu—SBA-15为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,催化湿式过氧化水溶液中的罗丹明B,主要考察H2O2浓度、催化剂用量、处理温度、初始pH等因素对罗丹明B氧化效果的影响。结果表明,在同样的处理条件下罗丹明的脱色率明显高于TOC去除率,处理温度、初始pH对罗丹明B的脱色与氧化有重要影响。在罗丹明B初始浓度100mg/L,H2O2初始浓度1.8g/L,催化剂量0.3g/L,温度60℃,pH为7.0,处理时间100min时,罗丹明B的脱色率为98.6%,TOC去除率为62.8%。  相似文献

Cadmium (Cd) stress may cause serious physiological, ultramorphological and biochemical anomalies in plants. Cd-induced physiological, subcellular and metabolic alterations in two transgenic cotton cultivars (BR001, GK30) and their parent line (Coker 312) were evaluated using 10, 100 and 1000 μM Cd. Germination, fresh biomass of roots, stems and leaves were significantly inhibited at 1000 μM Cd. Root volume tolerance index significantly increased (124.16%) in Coker 312 at 1000 μM Cd. In non-Cd stressed conditions, electron micrographs showed well-configured root meristem and leaf mesophyll cells. At 1000 μM Cd, greater ultramorphological alterations were observed in BR001 followed by GK30 and Coker 312. These changes were observed in nucleus, vacuoles, mitochondria and chloroplast. Dense precipitates, probably Cd, were seen in vacuoles, which were also attached to the cell walls. A considerable increase in number of nuclei, vacuoles, starch granules and plastoglobuli was observed in the electron micrographs of both roots and leaves at 1000 μM Cd. MDA contents were higher in roots of BR001 at 1000 μM Cd. Mean values of SOD activity in leaves of both BR001 and GK30 at 1000 μM Cd significantly increased as compared to the controls. POD activity in roots of BR001 and Coker 312 was greater at all Cd (10, 100, 1000 μM) levels over the control. Regarding APX, highest percent increase (71.64%) in roots of GK30 at 1000 μM Cd was found. Non-significant differences in CAT activity were observed at all levels of Cd stress in leaves of BR001 and GK30. Both transgenic cotton cultivars and their parental line invariably responded towards Cd stress. However, Coker 312 showed Cd-resistant behavior as compared to its progeny lines (BR001 and GK30).  相似文献

This on-site survey study was performed to determine the concentrations and emissions of aerial contaminants in the different types of swine houses in Korea and then to present beneficial information available for Korean pig producers to manage optimal air quality in swine house. The swine houses investigated in this research were selected based on three criteria; manure removal system, ventilation mode and growth stage of swine. Mean concentrations of aerial pollutants in swine houses were 8 ppm for ammonia, 300 ppb for hydrogen sulfide, 2 mg m−3 for total dust, 0.6 mg m−3 for respirable dust, 4 log(cfu m−3) for total airborne bacteria and 3 log(cfu m−3) for total airborne fungi, respectively. Mean emissions based on pig (liveweight; 75 kg) and area (m2) were 250 and 340 mg h−1 for ammonia, 40 and 50 mg h−1 for hydrogen sulfide, 40 and 50 mg h−1 for total dust, 10 and 15 mg h−1 for respirable dust, 1.0 and 1.3 log(cfu) h−1 for total airborne bacteria and 0.7 and 1.0 log(cfu) h−1 for total airborne fungi, respectively. In general concentrations and emissions of gases were relatively higher in the swine houses managed with deep-pit manure system with slats and mechanical ventilation mode than the different swine housing types whereas those of particulates and bioaerosol were highest in the naturally ventilated swine houses with deep-litter bed system.  相似文献
