研究了电化学法处理含盐染料废水的可行性及其处理效果.结果表明,电化学法对废水的色度和COD具有良好的去除效果,电解过程中余氯的产生对色度和COD的去除有决定性作用.实验确定的高浓度含盐废水电化学处理条件为:电流密度0.017A/cm2,电压10.3V,平均电导率12.35ms/cm,电解60min,色度和COD的去除率分别为85%和99.8%.电解过程无难以继续反应的中间产物生成.  相似文献

研究了各种水溶性阴离子染料在新生态MnO2表面的脱色作用。结果表明,9种不同模拟染料废水(包括直接染料、酸性媒介染料、活性染料)的脱色效果均十分显著.且脱色过程受pH的影响较大。另外。通过CHN元素分析、差热分析、紫外光谱及滴定分析等测试手段.初步认为在酸性介质下.新生MnO2质子化的表面可以吸附阴离子型染料,从而将其去除。  相似文献

用累托石做吸附剂来处理铬渣淋滤液制铬黄过程中产生的过量Pb^2-。当pH为5.6~7.3,反应时间90min,吸附剂与水量比为24g/L.pbe^2 浓度由2.5mg/L降到0.05mg/L,Pb^2 的去除率最高可达98%,外排废水符合GB8978—1996一级标准。  相似文献

在最佳工艺条件下,采用NDA-804树脂对邻甲苯胺生产废水进行吸附-脱附实验。原废水经吸附处理后,邻甲苯胺去除率和CODcr去除率均大于99%.树脂脱附率接近100%。高浓度脱附液可以回收邻甲苯胺,达到了废水治理与资源化的效果。  相似文献

Experiment on microbial degradation with two kinds of biological process, hydrolytic acidification-aerobic process and aerobic process was conducted to treat the anthraquinone dye wastewater with CODc, concentration of 400 mg/L and chroma 800. The experimental result demonstrated that the hydrolytic-aerobic process could raise the biodegradability of anthraquinone dye wastewater effectively. The effluent CODc, can reach 120-170 mg/L and chroma 150 which is superior to that from simple aerobic process.  相似文献

The relationship between adsorption behavior and photocatalytic mechanism of the two dyes was investigated. Adsorption isotherms showed that the adsorption of cationic pink FG was Langmuir type behavior, while the reactive brilliant red k-2G was Freundlich type behavior. The increasing pH favored the adsorption of FG but have little effect on the photodegradation. The increasing pH favored the adsorption and the photodegradation of k-2G. The presence of scavenger of hvb^ and OH. radical potassium iodide inhibited the degradation of k-2G, free radicals scavenger tetranitromethane inhibited the photodegradation of FG. These results indicated that the photodegradation of FG mainly via free radicals in solution, and the photodegradation of k-2G was mainly on the catalysts surface or near the interface of solid and solution by react with hvb^ and surface-bound OH.. The different effect of SO4^2- , HCO3^- on the adsorption and photodegradation of two dyes confirmed these results.  相似文献

A procedure to optimize the design of a Permeable Adsorptive Barrier (PAB) for the remediation of a contaminated aquifer is presented in this paper. A computer code, including different routines that describe the groundwater contaminant transport and the pollutant capture by adsorption in unsteady conditions over the barrier solid surface, has been developed. The complete characterization of the chemical–physical interactions between adsorbing solids and the contaminated water, required by the computer code, has been obtained by experimental measurements. A case study in which the procedure developed has been applied to a tetrachloroethylene (PCE)-contaminated aquifer near a solid waste landfill, in the district of Napoli (Italy), is also presented and the main dimensions of the barrier (length and width) have been evaluated. Model results show that PAB is effective for the remediation of a PCE-contaminated aquifer, since the concentration of PCE flowing out of the barrier is everywhere always lower than the concentration limit provided for in the Italian regulations on groundwater quality.  相似文献

The present review article deals with the information on the dye‐yielding plants of India. Dyes are intensively coloured compounds that are applied to a substrate such as fibre, paper, cosmetics, hair, etc. to give colours and can be extracted from the roots, fruits/berries, bark, leaves, flowers, and stem/wood, fungi, and lichens by various processes of extractions. In addition to their dye‐yielding characteristics, many of these plants possess medicinal values and can be used for multiple other purposes. Plant derived‐colours have an important role in human life because of their safe and eco‐friendly nature. But due to the availability of economically cheaper synthetic dyes, the indigenous knowledge of extraction, processing, and proper utilisation has been diminished. Nowadays, the demand for natural dyes has been increased worldwide due to awareness about their beneficial properties. It has been essential that proper documentation and measure of conservation should be undertaken to preserve these natural dye‐yielding plants. This review article is an aid to a collective inquiry into Indian dye plants.  相似文献

采用过硫酸钠(PDS)直接氧化和催化活化氧化脱色罗丹明B(RhB),分别考察了PDS剂量、pH、催化剂、Cl-浓度对RhB脱色的影响.结果表明,PDS在无外加催化剂下能够有效脱色RhB,pH越低,脱色率越高;当pH 2.4,PDS用量为3.5 g·L-1,在120 min内RhB的脱色率可达92%;自由基淬灭实验表明,酸性条件下主要为PDS直接氧化脱色RhB,并存在小部分硫酸根自由基(SO44·-)作用.在pH 5.6、pH 8.0条件下,外加活性炭纤维(ACF)、四氧化三铁(Fe3O44)、Fe3O44负载型催化剂(ACF/Fe3O44)可促进PDS对RhB脱色;在pH 2.4条件下,外加ACF对RhB脱色的促进作用较小,Fe3O44、ACF/Fe3O44对RhB脱色有一定抑制作用.不同pH和催化剂处理下,低浓度Cl-(0.01、0.04 mO4l·L-1)对RhB脱色速率都呈现抑制作用,高浓度Cl-(0.08 mO4l·L-1)相对于低浓度Cl-处理都呈促进作用.不同浓度Cl-处理在反应前60 min RhB脱色速率差异较大,而反应120 min后脱色率差异较小.提出Cl-通过调控SO44·-脱色RhB途径来影响RhB脱色速率的机理,Cl-竞争消耗SO44·-降低RhB脱色速率,但经一系列反应生成的Cl2·-能与RhB快速反应而提高RhB脱色速率;Cl-对RhB的脱色反应速率的影响存在抑制-促进双重机制,且与Cl-浓度相关.研究结果为基于PDS直接氧化和催化氧化处理含盐染料废水的研究和应用提供了一定的理论依据.  相似文献
