The technology of steady combustion in a new type of rotary incinerator is firstly discussed. The formation and control of HCI,NOx and S02 during the incineration of sampled municipal organic solid waste are studied with the incinerator. NOx emission abatement catalysts V2O5 supported on various TiO2 including anatase, rutile and mixture of both were investigated with various physico-chemical measurements such as BET, NH3-TPD, NARP, XRD and so on, and the effect of TiO2 surface properties on the SCR (selective catalytic reduction) activity of V20s/TiO2 catalysts was studied. It was found that the TiO2 surface properties had strong affect on the SCR activity of V2Os/TiO2 catalysts. 利用水热共沉淀法制备了铈钨钛复合氧化物催化剂,考察了H2O2络合修饰对其催化脱硝转化频率(TOF)的影响;并借助傅里叶原位红外光谱仪研究了H2O2络合修饰后铈钨钛复合氧化物的催化脱硝机理.结果表明:H2O2络合修饰可增强铈钨钛复合氧化物表面Brønsted酸位强度,提高其表面NH3低温吸附和中低温NH3-SCR脱硝性能,400℃时其NOx催化脱除频率TOF高达0.658s-1;NH3和NOx在H2O2络合修饰后铈钨钛复合氧化物表面存在竞争吸附,其表面催化脱硝反应主要为吸附态NH3、NH2和NH4+与气态NO+O2的反应,其低温NH3-SCR反应机理遵循Eley-Rideal(E-R)机理. 相似文献

基于中国2013~2015年27个省(区、市)平板玻璃企业的逐生产线基础信息、活动水平及污染物控制技术等数据,建立了平板玻璃主要大气污染物SO2、NOx排放量计算方法和排放清单,使用蒙特卡洛法进行了不确定性分析.统计了平板玻璃产量、燃料使用量、燃料结构以及污染物控制技术,分析了排放特征与空间差异.结果表明:中国平板玻璃行业以天然气/煤气为主要燃料,平均单位产品能源消耗量为13.2kg标煤/重量箱,山西、内蒙古等省份较高;37%和42%的生产线分别安装了脱硫、脱硝设施,技术以烟气循环流化床、双碱法、SCR为主;SO2排放量先升后降,2014年达到16.84万t,2015年下降至13.67万t,湖北、浙江、河北、广东排放量较大;NOx排放量持续下降,从2013年的37.47万t下降至2015年的28.38万t,河北、湖北、山东、广东排放量较大;SO2排放强度西南部地区高于其他地区,且有上升趋势,其他地区SO2排放强度整体下降;NOx排放强度中西部地区较高.应加强高能耗、高排放以及高强度地区的污染控制力度. 相似文献

We have investigated a fabric-filter-supported catalyst for removing harmful solid and gaseous compounds simultaneously from
municipal incinerator exhaust gas. We studied the ways in which the efficiency of NO

removal is influenced by filter temperature, gas flow rate, and catalyst content. The reduction of the catalyst content by
mechanical reverse washing was investigated, and the state of the catalyst supported in the fabric filter was also observed
using a scanning electron microscope. The catalyst supported by the fabric filter showed a removal efficiency above 75% when
the filter temperature was 200°C, the gas flow rate was 1 m/min, and the catalyst content of the fabric filter was above 300 g/m2. The catalyst was supported uniformly on the fibers of the fabric filter, and fine catalyst particles remained on the fibers
after mechanical reverse washing.

NOx, nitrate and sulphate emissions from a typical European passenger car diesel engine have been measured testing eight different fuels under five steady operating conditions (reproducing modes of the European transient urban/extraurban certification cycle). It is confirmed that nitrogen species compete with sulphur compounds to be adsorbed by diesel particulate matter (DPM) before being emitted into the atmosphere. This competition is found to increase with engine load, and is explained on the basis of the different specific surface and adsorption capacity of soot particles under different operating modes. When a high specific surface is available, as occurs in low load modes, both nitrates and sulphates are adsorbed by soot particles. On the contrary when a small surface is accessible, like in high load modes, sulphates are selectively adsorbed. This is specially important since sulphates are responsible for hydrocarbon retention in DPM due to the scrubbing effect. 相似文献
