Transboundary air pollution balance in the new integrated European environment

Ten out of the 12 new EU members, used to belong to the so-called “former eastern block”, with a post WWII environmental policy radically different from the tendencies followed in Western Europe. The lack of conservation regulations has resulted in a rather harmful industrialization, regarding natural resources and environmental quality. While air pollution transfer is a phenomenon of transboundary level, there is a particular interest in examining the contribution of the new EU member states to the environmental pressure faced by the older member states and vice versa. The current study utilises the official data for almost 20 years published by the European Monitoring and Evaluation Program concerning the transboundary transfer of NO_x and SO₂ in order to analyse the situation and discuss the present and future environmental policy regarding air pollution.

BCO分光光度法快速测定含铜三氯化铁蚀刻废液中的铜

采用双环已酮草酰二腙 (简称BCO)光度法 ,对含铜三氯化铁蚀刻废液综合利用过程中铜的快速测定进行了研究。重点对铁基体对于铜测定的干扰情况进行了研究。在选择的最佳分析条件下 ,测定三氯化铁蚀刻废液综合利用过程含铜浓度为 0 4 6g L的还原液时 ,其相对标准偏差和加标回收率分别为 1 0 5 %、99 2 1%、10 0 2 %。本方法简单快速 ,测定 1～ 2个样品仅需 30min。

通过对公众参与建设项目环境影响评价进行简要分析,针对公众参与“环境影响评价”工作中存在的问题提出相应的对策与建议。进一步探索如何提高“环境影响评价”公众参与的有效性,由此阐述公众参与在建设项目环境影响评价中的重要性。

阿尔山——柴河旅游区环境本底情况、主要污染物种类、排放水平及污染防治对策

文章根据柴河旅游区自然地理概况及环境质量现状调查以及一些现场调研。结合阿尔山市市区环境大气、哈拉哈河、绰尔河水质监测数据，对柴河旅游区污染物种类、排放进行全面详细分析。并提出了污染防治对策。     

尿氚的分析测量和氚人体半排期的实验研究

用液体闪烁计数法测定了本所老点核退役过程中直接和间接接触氚工作人员的尿样几十个 ,氚浓度在 1 0 2 ～ 1 0 5 Bq/L ,最大氚浓度为 2 7× 1 0 5 Bq/L ,折合剂量当量约为 0 1 9mSv。短期观测 2 3名人体氚半排期 ,其范围为 5 5～ 1 4 8d ,中期观测 5名人体氚半排期 ,其范围为 7 6～ 9 4d。 2 8名人员半排期不仅与理论值 1 0d接近 ,而且与国内外的观测值十分符合。

应用照相法估算高架点源的污染物浓度

应用流体力学基本原理，导出了烟流扩散新模式，讨论了利用照相法估算烟流污染物浓度的方法及步骤，以高架点源烟流扩散为例，应用新模式结合照相法估算烟流污染物浓度，并与利用高斯模式计算的烟流污染物浓度进行比较，结果表明两者吻合较好．
