机器学习结合多源遥感数据反演土壤水分含量(SMC)是目前SMC研究的热点,因较少考虑温度、蒸散等重要SMC影响因子,反演结果存在一定的不确定性。利用Sentinel-1影像、MODIS产品和SRTM数据,提取雷达后向散射系数等32个SMC影响因子,经相关分析选择27个显著的SMC影响因子(P<0.05)作为反演因子,并设计三组因子组合。这三组因子组合分别与随机森林、支持向量回归、BP神经网络三种机器学习方法结合,发现基于随机森林结合所有因子的方案,其SMC反演精度最高,该组合均方根误差RMSE为0.039 m³/m³,将该方案被用于反演2017年生长季锡尔河流域中下游平原区农田SMC。结果表明:从上部至下部SMC总体呈逐渐增加的态势,但存在显著时空差异,春季和秋季SMC较高而夏季较低。SMC差异主要由土壤质地、热量条件和地表植被状况差异引起。春季平原区下部农田SMC要高于上部,SMC的主控因子是土壤质地和地表植被状况;在夏季,土壤水分的主控因子是热量条件,农田灌溉弥补了热量条件差异对土壤水分的影响,导致空间上平原上部和下部土壤SMC空间差异不显著;秋季SMC的主控因子植被状况抵消地表温度和土壤质地差异对SMC的影响,使得秋季SMC空间差异不显著。本文采用的研究方法在一定程度上克服了因考虑SMC影响因子不足而获取更高SMC精度的限制。  相似文献

CO_2地质封存技术是实现碳减排的有效措施,对鄂尔多斯盆地马家沟组马五_1亚段地层水特征进行研究,是下一步实施工程化CO_2封存的首要前提。本文依据对深部钻井取样的直观观察与实验测试,采用单项指标分类评价和多项指标综合评价的方法深入分析了马家沟组马五_1亚段地层水的物理性质、化学性质、地层水类型和水化学特征参数。结果表明:马家沟组马五_1亚段地层水密度较大、矿化度极高,属于卤水,含量最多的离子是Cl~-,其次是Ca~(2+),地层水是CaCl_2型。钠氯系数、氯镁系数、脱硫系数和镁钙系数的分析表明马五_1亚段地层水封闭性极好,处于较强的还原环境。综合分析认为马家沟组马五_1亚段地层水具备实施CO_2封存的良好条件,非常适宜进行CO_2封存。  相似文献

Tuberous sclerosis (TSC) is a frequent autosomal-dominant condition (affecting 1 in 6000 individuals) caused by various mutations in either the hamartin (TSC1) or the tuberin gene (TSC2). This allelic and non-allelic heterogeneity makes genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis difficult, especially as a significant proportion of TSC cases are due to de novo mutations. For this reason the identification of the disease causing mutation is mandatory for accurate counseling, yet current mutation detection methods such as single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) or denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) are labor intensive with limited detection efficiency. Denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) is a high-throughput, semi-automated mutation detection system with a reported mutation detection rate close to 100% for PCR fragments of up to 800 bp. We used a recently described DHPLC assay allowing the efficient detection of mutations in TSC1 to analyze the DNA extracted from a chorion villus sample in order to perform a prenatal diagnosis for TSC. The fetus was found not to have inherited the deleterious mutation and the DHPLC diagnosis was confirmed by haplotype analysis. Summary. The sex pheromone of Ostrinia orientalis (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) was analyzed by gas chromatography–electroantennographic detection (GC–EAD), GC–mass spectrometry and a series of bioassays. Three EAD-active compounds were detected in the female sex pheromone gland extract, and identified as tetradecyl acetate (14:OAc), (Z)-11-tetradecenyl acetate (Z11-14:OAc) and (E)-11-tetradecenyl acetate (E11-14:OAc). The titers (ratio) of 14:OAc, Z11-14:OAc and E11-14:OAc in 3-day-old virgin females were 0.49 ng (10), 4.86 ng (98) and 0.10 ng (2), respectively. In a wind-tunnel bioassay, the 98:2 blend of Z11- and E11-14:OAc, but not Z11-14:OAc alone, elicited the same male behavioral responses as virgin females and crude gland extracts. 14:OAc was inactive by itself, and did not show any synergistic effect on the binary blend. Field trapping experiments also confirmed the attractiveness of the binary blend to O. orientalis males. Based on these results, we concluded that the sex pheromone of O. orientalis is a 98:2 mixture of Z11-14:OAc and E11-14:OAc. This sex pheromone is very similar to that of the Z-type European corn borer, O. nubilalis. The present finding raises the question of whether O. orientalis , which is indistinguishable from O. nubilalis based on external morphology, is a biologically distinct species independent from O. nubilalis.  相似文献

A number of studies have observed differences in the evaluation of visual, aesthetic stimuli between those with and without professional training in art and design. If exposure to design training underlies such differences it follows that evidence of training effects should be observable when comparing subjects at different stages of design training, and not observable when comparing subjects at different stages of non-design training. In addition, this evidence should be consistent with directional predictions. The study reported in this paper investigated this question using a sample of 192 trained and untrained subjects in an evaluative task. Subjects were from two departments (Design and Computer Studies) of the same educational establishment and comprised balanced groups of lecturers, 1st, 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students. The results obtained demonstrated evaluative differences and patterns of association both within and between the subject groups consistent with a training hypothesis.  相似文献

How do people think about the physical setting in the world around them? Part of the answer to this question may be in terms of the behaviors that occur there. To explore people's knowledge of behavior—place associations, twenty places (shown via color photographs) were assessed in five ways: (a) ratings of the place's suitability for each of eleven behaviors, (b) ratings of the expected frequency of occurrence of the eleven behaviors, (c) free listings of reasons for going to each place, (d) free listings of activities-while-there and (e) free listings of activities associated with the place. Results showed that people can distinguish places on the basis of behaviors, that the behavioral component of place meaning is composed of distinct aspects, and that knowledge of behavior is related to a global, overall representation of a place.  相似文献

结合砂尘的产生和运动机理,对砂尘试验箱的设计原理和应用特点进行了说明,着重对吹砂程中空气的温度和湿度、砂尘颗粒直径比例进行了分析,对气固两相流中颗粒浓度的均匀性进行了探讨。基于砂尘的运动特性,国内应用较普遍采用的闭式循环吹砂试验设备,无法实现砂的有效分离,导致吹砂试验箱试验过程中颗粒直径比例不满足GJB 150.12A要求。在MIL-STD-810H中,已经取消了对吹砂试验相对湿度≤30%的要求。基于吹尘和吹砂引起的不同环境效应,结合吹尘和吹砂试验设备原理和国内已有设备的现状,对现有试验方法和校准规范的完善、砂尘试验箱的改进设计提出了建议和意见。同时文中也介绍了国外开式、闭式循环、可变循环等几种不同类型的砂尘试验箱作为参考,基于砂尘试验的破坏机理提出了砂尘试验箱的分类和选型建议。  相似文献

为对含蜡原油管道中的蜡沉积厚度进行准确预测,在函数cot(x2)变换的基础上,结合平移变换思想,利用cot(x2+c)变换建立新的改进GM(1,1)模型。以现场管道结蜡数据和室内环道结蜡数据为例,对比改进GM(1,1)模型、基于函数cot(x2)变换建立的GM(1,1)模型及传统GM(1,1)模型之间的预测精度,并分析平移量c对改进GM(1,1)模型预测精度的影响。结果表明:改进GM(1,1)模型的预测精度最高,其次是基于函数cot(x2)变换建立的GM(1,1)模型,而传统GM(1,1)模型的预测精度最低;随着平移量的增大,改进GM(1,1)模型的平均相对预测误差呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,因此合理的平移量有助于模型精度的提高。应用改进GM(1,1)模型来预测管道蜡沉积厚度是可行的,该方法可为含蜡原油管道蜡沉积厚度的准确预测提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献
