The adsorption behaviors of phenol and aniline on nonpolar macroreticular adsorbents(NDA100 and Amberlite XAD4) were investigated in single or binary batch system at 293K and 313K respectively in this study. The results indicated that the adsorption isotherms of phenol and aniline on both adsorbents in both systems fitted well Langmuir equation, which indicated a favourable and exothermic process. At the lower equilibrium concentrations, the individual amount adsorbed of phenol or aniline on macroreticular adsorbents in single-component systems was higher than those in binary-component systems because of the competition between phenol and aniline towards the adsorption sites. It is noteworthy, on the contrast, that at higher concentrations, the total uptake amounts of phenol and aniline in binary-component systems were obviously larger than that in single-component systems, and a large excess was noted on the adsorbent surface at saturation, which is presumably due to the cooperative effect primarily arisen from the hydrogen bonding or weak acidbase interaction between phenol and aniline.  相似文献

针对钛凝胶(titanium xerogel,TAX)对三价砷[As(Ⅲ)]的吸附容量高(254 mg·g-1)但速率慢的问题,通过浸渍法,将TAX负载到活性炭、海绵及树脂材料制备负载型吸附剂,并评价其除砷性能.除海绵外,活性炭和树脂均能成功负载TAX,其中活性炭基材料的钛负载量在1.4%左右,树脂基材料在5%左右.树脂和活性炭的负载均提高了TAX的除砷速率,且树脂基材料提高的程度更明显.对于初始质量浓度为1.0 mg·L-1的As(Ⅲ)溶液,树脂基材料(TAX@D201)的吸附速率为0.85mg·(g·min)-1,是未负载TAX吸附速率[0.04 mg·(g·min)-1]的21倍.在处理实际含砷地下水的柱实验中,TAX@树脂的有效床体积(BV)达560 BV,是相同金属负载量载铁树脂材料的2.8倍(199 BV).本文结果表明将TAX负载于大孔树脂是一条有效的策略,为TAX应用于含砷地下水的净化提供了新思路.  相似文献

在研究RH大孔吸附树脂吸附和解吸性能的基础上,以RH树脂处理炼油厂的碱渣进行了试验。结果表明,RH树脂可用于碱渣脱酚,在一定条件下,树脂的吸酚量可达130mg/ml,吸附饱和后的树脂,解吸后可重复使用,碱渣中的硫不会树脂中毒而降低吸酚量。  相似文献

应用浸渍法制备了硅胶负载氧化锆除氟吸附剂,研究了焙烧温度、硅胶粒度、浸渍时间、浸渍温度、浸渍液浓度、浸渍固液比和浸渍次数等制备参数对吸附剂吸附容量的影响.实验发现焙烧温度有较大影响,450℃焙烧有最大的吸附量,再升高温度吸附量迅速下降.浸渍可在2h内达到平衡.浸渍温度越高,浸渍液浓度越高,则吸附容量越大.采用较高浓度一次浸渍优于低浓度多次浸渍.硅胶粒度和浸渍固液比也影响吸附量,粒度越大吸附量越小,粒度小于0.25mm后吸附量趋于稳定.  相似文献

This work presents efficient tetracycline (TC) antibiotics adsorption using a functional porous phosphate/carbonate composite (PCC). The PCC was fabricated by anion-exchange of phosphate on the surface of vaterite-phase calcium carbonate particle scaffolds. The PCC, having dense nanoporous network coverage with large surface area and pore volume, exhibited excellent TC adsorption in solution. Its adsorption isotherm fitted well to the Freundlich model, with a maximum adsorption capacity of 118.72 mg/g. The adsorption process was spontaneous, endothermic, and followed pseudo-second-order kinetics. From the XPS analysis, the hydrogen bonding and surface complexation were the key interactions in the process. In addition, a colorimetric TC detection method was developed considering its complexation with phosphate ions, originating from PCC dissolution, during adsorption. The method was used to detect TC in mg/L concentrations in water samples. Thus, the multifunctional PCC exhibited potential for use in TC removal and environmental remediation.  相似文献

The diffusion pathways of porous sandstone were examined by a three-dimensional (3-D) imaging technique based on X-ray computed tomography (CT) using the SPring-8 (Super Photon ring-8 GeV, Hyogo, Japan) synchrotron radiation facility. The analysis was undertaken to develop better understanding of the diffusion pathways in natural rock as a key factor in clarifying the detailed mechanism of the diffusion of radionuclides and water molecules through the pore spaces of natural barriers in underground nuclear waste disposal facilities. A cylindrical sample (diameter 4 mm, length 6 mm) of sandstone (porosity 0.14) was imaged to obtain a 3-D image set of 450(3) voxels=2.62(3) mm(3). Through cluster-labeling analysis of the 3-D image set, it was revealed that 89% of the pore space forms a single large pore-cluster responsible for macroscopic diffusive transport, while only 11% of the pore space is made up of isolated pores that are not involved in long-range diffusive transport. Computer simulations of the 3-D diffusion of non-sorbing random walkers in the largest pore cluster were performed to calculate the surface-to-volume ratio of the pore, tortuosity (diffusion coefficient in free space divided by that in porous rock). The results showed that (i) the simulated surface-to-volume ratio is about 60% of the results obtained by conventional pulsed-field-gradient proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) laboratory experiments and (ii) the simulated tortuosity is five to seven times larger than the results of laboratory diffusion experiments using non-sorbing I(-) and Br(-). These discrepancies are probably attributed to the intrinsic sample heterogeneity and limited spatial resolution of the CT system. The permeability was also estimated based on the NMR diffusometry theory using the results of the random walk simulations via the Kozeny-Carman equation. The estimated permeability involved an error of about 20% compared with the permeability measured by the conventional method, suggesting that the diffusometry-based NMR well logging with gradient coils is applicable to the in-situ permeability measurement of strata. The present study demonstrated that X-ray CT using synchrotron radiation is a powerful tool for obtaining 3-D pore structure images without the beam-hardening artifacts inevitable in conventional CT using X-ray tubes.  相似文献
