青岛4个海水浴场微塑料的分布特征   总被引:9,自引:7,他引:2  
微塑料(microplastics,MPs)作为有毒有害物质的载体,会随洋流作用传播、被生物摄入并影响其生长代谢,已经成为全球性的环境问题.为揭示青岛近岸MPs分布规律和影响因素,利用表层现场采样、密度悬浮法分离、光学显微镜和荧光显微镜结合观察的方法,研究了青岛近岸4个典型海水浴场海水和沉积物中MPs丰度分布,分析了各海水浴场MPs的粒径范围、形状和化学成分.结果表明,4个浴场海水中MPs含量范围为5.05×10~3~1.25×10~4个·m~(-3);沉积物中MPs含量范围为1.91×10~3~4.35×10~3个·m~(-2),海水中MPs含量高的站位相应沉积物中含量也高.4种粒径范围MPs在海水及沉积物中皆表现为粒径大小与其含量成负相关,例如,海水中MPs含量最高的为0.05~0.1 mm(4.10×10~3个·m~(-3)),最低为1~5 mm(2.05×10~3个·m~(-3)).纤维状MPs在海水中和沉积物中均占比最高,分别为48.73%和37.51%,其次为颗粒和碎片型.用ATR-FTIR从海水中检测出8种塑料类型,含量由高到低为:PETPPPSPEPVC≈SBPA≈PMA;沉积物中检测出6种MPs,同海水相比,没有PMA和PA,含量较高的4种MPs类型与海水相同.沉积物中的MPs在粒径、形状及成分上与海水具有相似性,说明青岛近岸海水浴场的海水及沉积物可能有相同的污染源:包装行业、服装纺织业、旅游业.研究结果为揭示沿海旅游型城市海水浴场MPs的分布及来源、开展海岸带MPs污染研究与监督工作提供了基础数据.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Nutrient data from all available sources for the lower Mississippi River were examined for potential differences among sampling agencies and geographic locations for the period between 1960 and 1998. Monthly means grouped by parameter, sampling location and agency, were calculated and compared as paired sets, excluding those months where data were not available for both sets. Some significant differences were found between various agencies collecting nutrient data on the river, as well as between various stretches of river, especially in the case of phosphorus nutrient data. Results were used to synthesize data sets from which a history of nutrient loading in the Mississippi River was determined. General trends in nitrate+nitrite, total Kjeldahl nitrogen, orthophosphate, total phosphorus and silica loads, as well as changes in nutrient proportions and the specific limiting nutrient (by month) are reported. This study provides a useful summary of contemporary and historical nutrient data that may assist in the evaluation of Mississippi River water quality and its potential effect on the Gulf of Mexico.  相似文献

基于灰色系统理论中拓扑预测的理论方法 ,对新亚欧大陆桥新疆段环境灾害造成的受损长度进行了分析预测 .在对受损长度时序分布特征分析的基础上 ,给定一组阈值 ξi,并按不同的时间序列分别建立 GM(1.1)模型而得到模型群 .然后应用新亚欧大陆桥新疆段 38年(1959~1997年)的受损长度统计资料 ,对所建模型群进行了检验 ,并用此模型群对未来可能出现一定阈值范围内受损长度的年份进行了预测 .经检验 ,该模型群的原点误差范围为 0.090~6.520 ,精度范围为 72.658~ 97.134.结果表明 ,所建模型群精确度高 ,科学性较强 ,具有比较好的实用性 .  相似文献

The Humboldt squid is an important predator in the pelagic ecosystem of the central Gulf of California and the commercial catch of this species has increased over the past decade, probable due to a decrease of several top predators (sharks, large pelagic fish and the marine mammals) and the optimal feeding conditions in this area. Its high abundance and important position in the pelagic food web was quantified through two trophic models of the pelagic ecosystem of the central Gulf of California. Models represented conditions in 1980 and 2002, to document the decadal changes in ecosystem structure and function. The models were composed of 18 functional groups, including marine mammals, birds, fish, mollusks, crustaceans, and primary producers. Model results show direct negative effects on principal prey groups such as myctophids and pelagic red crab and positive effects on sharks, marine mammals and specifically sperm whales. It thus appears that the jumbo squid has an important role in the ecosystem and plays a central part in the overall energy flow as main food item for most top predators, and due to its predation of organisms on lower tropic levels.  相似文献

Alang-Sosiya situated on the Gulf of Cambay is one of the largest ship breaking yard in the world. The seasonal distribution and contamination levels of dissolved and/or dispersed total petroleum hydrocarbons (PHCs), total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals in seawater during high tide are investigated. The concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons and heavy metals are higher in the winter than in the monsoon and summer. The concentrations of total PHCs and PAHs are about three times higher in the winter and two times in the monsoon or summer at Along-Sosiya and about twice in all seasons at two stations one on either side 5 km away from it as compared to the reference station at Mahuva, 60 km away towards the south. Further, the levels of PHCs are correlated with salinity and compared with those of other regions. The concentration of all metals is the highest in the winter season followed by the monsoon and summer. We carried out the quantitative analysis of the possible relationships among 13 variables such as Al, Fe, Pb, Mn, Cu, Zn, Cd, Cr, Co, pH, NO3-, NO2 and PO4(3-).  相似文献

Based on a phenomenology that is rather frequent in the Gulf of Trieste (Northern Adriatic Sea), we analytically model the short time evolution of the temperature field inside a shallow layer of coastal water induced by a sudden offshore wind. In particular, we reproduce in a very simple way the unsteady surfacing of the isotherms forced by the marine current circulating in a vertical plane perpendicular to the coastline. The model is in agreement with the observations of a significant event recorded on 25 June, 2002 in the Gulf of Trieste.  相似文献
