The literature on noise annoyance emphasizes that acoustical factors cannot totally explain the annoyance felt by a population exposed to community noises, and that some non-acoustical factors have an effect on annoyance. This research paper deals with the annoyance caused by combined noises coming from road traffic and an industrial site. This type of combination has been very little studied to date. An in situ study was conducted in an area of a French town exposed to these two noise sources. To investigate the annoyance caused by these combined noises, the work involved both a mapping of the industrial and road traffic noises present in the survey area and a questionnaire designed to evaluate the noise annoyance experienced by residents and to identify the factors that probably influence noise annoyance. The results highlight the link between the noise levels measured and the annoyance felt by the respondents. They also show that certain non-acoustical factors have an impact on annoyance felt. Indeed, the results highlight a positive correlation between fear of industrial sites and the annoyance expressed. They also show correlations between some items to evaluate noise sensitivity and the annoyance expressed. No significant correlation has been found between annoyance and the other non-acoustical factors such as age, sex and length of residence. Finally, several total annoyance models were tested for this noise combination. Two of them, namely the strongest component model and a proposed perceptual version of the mixed model, were able to better predict total annoyance than the other tested models.  相似文献

"一带一路"战略的目的在于促进亚洲、欧洲和非洲之间的往来联系,加强区域之间的经济合作与人文交流,从而达到各国共赢的可持续发展。"一带一路"战略目标是要建立一个政治互信、经济融合、文化包容的利益共同体、命运共同体和责任共同体。然而,由于东道国资源环境和生态环境等环境因素的不同以及限制性,在为企业带来一定的投资机遇的同时,使得企业在对外投资过程中面临的挑战日益增多。针对企业"走出去"时可能面临的环境风险,本研究建立了影响企业对外投资的环境影响因素指标体系,运用主成分分析法分析了中国企业在"一带一路"战略沿线国家的环境风险状况。根据研究分析,得出"一带一路"战略沿线国家环境风险指数,相关的资源限制和生态限制因素。最后,结合环境风险状况及以往的合作内容,总结了适宜沿线国家发展的投资类型,并提出相应的对策与建议。本研究通过对"一带一路"沿线国家环境风险评估,为我国在一带一路沿线国家规避环境和投资风险提供依据,推动绿色化"一带一路"建设,与沿线国家分享可持续发展成果。  相似文献

Effects of traffic-related nitrogenous emissions on purple moor grass (Molinia caerulea (L.) Moench) transplants, used here as a new biomonitoring species, were assessed along 500 m long transects orthogonal to roads located in two open areas in the Maurienne valley (French Alps). Leaves were sampled during summer 2004 and 2005 for total N-content and 15N-abundance determination while nitrogen oxides (NO and NO2) concentrations were determined using passive diffusion samplers. A significant and negative correlation was observed between plant total N-content, and 15N-abundance and the logarithm of the distance to the road axis. The strongest decreases in plant N parameters were observed between 15 and 100 m from road axis. They were equivalent to background levels at a distance of about 800 m from the roads. In addition, motor vehicle pollution significantly affected vegetation at road edge, as was established from the relationship between leaf 15N-abundance, total N-content and road traffic densities.  相似文献

监测重庆市主城区道路旁居民住宅不同楼层昼间交通噪声等效声级,并分析其垂直分布规律。结果表明,随测点与地面高差的增加,噪声呈先增加后减小的趋势。隔声效果监测结果表明,隔声屏在重庆典型山城的地理环境下隔声效果较差,隔声窗具有较好的隔声效果,且测点距离越近隔声效果越明显。  相似文献

随着天然气管道逐渐被纳入综合管廊,天然气舱的安全运营引起广泛关注,但目前针对天然气舱及设备间等场所进行危险区域详细划分,以及事故发生后的现场气体监测设备布置,尚缺少相应的标准和设计规范。因此,从爆炸性气体区域划分、危险气体泄漏量及持续时间、通风效果等方面进行计算和分析,提出天然气舱和设备间的危险区域划分依据;在设备间设置为安全区域的前提下,提出一种本质安全兼隔爆型监控系统的设计思路,进而实现天然气舱内气体的可靠连续监测,为事故发生后的监测提供技术支持。  相似文献

为准确预测隧道塌方风险等级,基于塌方相关理论和工程实际,建立塌方风险等级评价因子体系,借助云理论中云雾化现象检验采用综合权重方法确定的评价因子权重,利用物元可拓理论与联系云模型实现评价因子定性与定量之间的转换,提出1种基于可拓联系云的隧道塌方风险等级评价方法。计算待评价物元与联系云模型间的综合确定度,结合模糊等级特征值确定塌方风险等级,并引入距离相似性判断风险的演变趋势。研究结果表明:可拓联系云模型评价结果与实际塌方风险等级一致,模型可以较好地适用于隧道塌方风险等级评价。  相似文献

针对地铁单面坡隧道连续下坡距离长、提升高度大的特点,以国内某城市地铁线路为研究对象,构建列车火灾通风排烟数值计算模型,并采用1:20模型实验对数值计算精确度进行验证,通过考虑列车起火位置、风机开启模式和隧道断面形式等因素,对火灾烟气扩散过程、疏散平台上方烟气温度和气体浓度进行分析。研究结果表明:列车起火后,单洞单线隧道2端车站应各开启2台隧道风机,单洞双线隧道除开启射流风机外,2端车站应各开启4台隧道风机执行相应的排烟和送风模式进行烟气控制;由于单洞双线隧道中热损失和空气卷吸量较大,火灾烟气温度、CO和CO2浓度均低于单洞单线隧道;采用纵向通风控制烟气逆流的同时,下风向区域的烟气沉降作用较为明显,防排烟设计中应充分考虑列车中部火灾下风向车厢区域的危险性,合理确定应急响应模式。  相似文献

Three-dimensional turbulent flow and dispersion of gaseous pollutants carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in a road tunnel was modeled using the standard kε turbulence model and solved numerically using the finite volume method. Vehicle emissions were estimated from the measured traffic flow rates and modeled as banded line sources along the tunnel floor. The effects of fan ventilation and piston effect of moving vehicles on the airflow and pollutant dilution were examined. The numerical results reveal that a peak velocity exists near the tunnel floor due to the piston effect of vehicles. The cross-sectional concentrations of air pollutants are non-uniformly distributed and concentrations rise with downstream distance. The piston effect of vehicles can alone provide 25%–34% dilution of air pollutants in the tunnel, compounded 43%–70% dilution effect according to the ventilation condition.  相似文献

In urban conditions, car exhaust gases are often emitted inside poorly ventilated street canyons. One may suppose however that moving cars can themselves produce a certain ventilation effect in addition to natural air motions. Such ventilation mechanism is not sufficiently studied so far. A similarity criterion relating the vehicle- and wind-induced components of turbulent motion in an urban street canyon was proposed in 1982 by E. J. Plate for wind tunnel modelling purposes. The present study aims at further evaluation of the criterion and its applicability for a variety of wind and traffic conditions. This is accomplished by joint analyses of data from numerical simulations and wind tunnel measurements.  相似文献
