SDS改性沸石吸附结晶紫 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对沸石进行改性,改性后的沸石对结晶紫溶液进行吸附,以紫外可见分光光度计分析最佳吸附条件。实验结果表明,在30℃,SDS改性沸石投入量为0.25g;吸附平衡时间为1h;pH为8的条件下,对含50mg/L结晶紫染料的去除率可达到92.6%,吸附量达到4.63mg/g。SDS改性沸石吸附结晶紫的等温吸附曲线与Henry型和Freundlich型均拟合较好。热力学参数计算结果表明,吸附符合自发吸热过程。 相似文献

采用十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)复配修饰十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(BS-12)修饰的两性修饰膨润土,以批处理法研究了不同修饰比例、温度、pH和离子强度下,SDS对两性修饰膨润土吸附Cd2+的影响,并从吸附等温线、温度效应和热力学角度探讨了吸附机制.结果表明,SDS复配修饰显著增强了两性修饰膨润土对Cd2+的吸附能力,修饰土对Cd2+的吸附量呈现BS+150SDS(BS-12+150%SDS)>BS+100SDS(BS-12+100%SDS)>BS+50SDS(BS-12+50%SDS)>BS+25SDS(BS-12+25%SDS)>BS(BS-12)>CK(原土)的顺序.修饰土对Cd2+的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型.SDS复配修饰后,温度效应由CK和BS两性修饰土的增温正效应逐渐向BS+150SDS两性复配修饰土的增温负效应转变.pH对修饰土吸附Cd2+影响不大.离子强度增加,修饰土对Cd2+的吸附能力下降,但SDS修饰比例增加可以减弱离子强度对修饰土吸附Cd2+的影响.热力学参数结果表明,修饰土对Cd2+吸附是熵增控制的自发性过程,当SDS复配修饰比例<100%CEC时,修饰土对Cd2+吸附为焓增、熵增过程;当SDS复配修饰比例≥100%CEC时,修饰土对Cd2+吸附为焓减、熵增过程. 相似文献

选择阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作为污染物,以近海底栖双壳贝类菲律宾蛤仔为受试生物,研究了SDS胁迫对菲律宾蛤仔的急性毒性效应以及长期暴露后菲律宾蛤仔抗氧化酶(SOD,POD,CAT)活性的变化。结果表明,(1)随着SDS浓度的增加,对菲律宾蛤仔的毒性越强表现出"剂量-效应"关系,SDS对菲律宾蛤仔96 h的半数致死浓度LC50=1.466 mg/L;(2)SDS胁迫引起菲律宾蛤仔的SOD、POD、CAT活性显著变化,低浓度SDS对三种酶的活性均具有诱导作用,高浓度SDS对三种酶的活性均具有抑制效应,中浓度组的SOD和POD酶活性呈现先升后降的趋势,而CAT活性受到抑制;(3)不同组织的抗氧化酶活性对SDS的敏感性表现出一定的差异性,对于SOD与CAT,三种组织敏感性为内脏团>外套膜>肌肉组织,而POD敏感性为外套膜>内脏团>肌肉组织。 相似文献

Abstract Human serum transferrin (HSTF), human serum albumin (HSA) and rat serum were compared for their interaction with AlCl3 , in a Tris‐HCl buffer solutions (pH 7.4). The AlCl3 was tested in series of concentrations in the range of 50 μM up to 500 μM . HSTF, HSA and their 1:1 mixture and rat serum were incubated at 37°C with series of AlCl3 concentrations. The protein profile of the incubated solutions were compared to control using SDS‐PAGE and FPLC tests. The results indicated that HSTF was more specifically responsive to AlCl3showing a characteristic increase in its UV absorption, peak and area dimensions. Simultaneously, HSA was less affected, but it showed a significant shift with an increase in molecular weight accompanied with a change in its profile. The respective bands of transferrin and albumin in rat serum behaved similarly. The SDS‐PAGE and FPLC data coincided and confirmed the preferential affinity of HSTF to bind with Al3+ . These results support the suggestion of using HSTF for monitoring levels of Al3+ in human blood samples of exposed population. The importance of further developing such a biomarker is the increased demand for early detection of the hazardous levels of Al3+ in relation to its long term neurotoxic adverse effects. 相似文献

利用泡沫分离技术,对胶团强化超滤(MEUF)工艺处理含SDS和Cd2 所得渗透液中SDS的回收进行了研究,考察了影响表面活性剂SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)和金属Cd2 去除率,富集率及夹带率的操作参数(空气流速、泡沫高度、液面高度),溶液体系性质(表面活性剂SDS进料浓度、pH值、离子强度和乙醇的添加量)等因素对分离效果的影响.实验结果表明,当胶团强化超滤废水中初始SDS和Cd2 的浓度为1440 mg·L-1和50 mg·L-1时,排出的渗透液中含SDS和Cd2 浓度分别为500 mg·L-1和10 mg·L-1,在最佳的工艺条件下(曝气头孔径为10μm,空气流速为100L·h-1,液体流速为5L·h-1,泡沫高度为66cm,液面高度为45cm),SDS和Cd2 的去除率分别达52%和99.35%,SDS富集比为3.1.Cd2 出水浓度低于0.1 mg·L-1,达到GB8978-1996国家污水排放标准. 相似文献

The conventional “ pump-and-treat“ technology for subsurface remediation of groundwater contaminated with volatile organic compounds(VOCs) such as 1,1, l-trichloroethane(TCA), a common chlorinated organic solvent, has hmitation of prohibitively long treatment time due to extremely low water solubility of the VOCs. Surfactant-based soil remediation has emerged as the effective technology that substantially reduces the treatment time. In order to make the whole process economical, the surfactant used in soil washing has to be recovered and reused. This study examined the recovery of anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS), from soil remediation fluids containing TCA, using a bench-scale membrane pervaporation unit. The effects of high TCA concentration, surfactant dosage, and flow rate on permeationflux and selectivity( a value) of the process were evaluated. In general, higher surfactant concentration yielded lower TCA flux and constantwater flux, resulting in declining a values; higher flow rate of TCA feed stream results in higher VOC flux and selectivity, an indication of the effect of concentration polarization; higher TCA feed concentration produces higher TCA permeation across the membrane, however, the seletlvity was virtually unchanged unless the total TCA concentratinn exceeded 2000 ppm. 相似文献

胶团强化超滤是基于表面活性剂的双亲分子结构特性去除水中金属离子的新方法.重金属离子废水经胶团强化超滤处理后的浓缩液中含有高浓度的重金属离子,需进一步处理.采用电解法回收胶团强化超滤浓缩液中的Cd2+,考察了电极种类、电压、电解时间、pH、SDS与Cd2+浓度比等5个条件对电解效率的影响.研究发现,表面活性剂对电解有一定的阻化作用.实验得到最佳条件为:不锈钢(阳极)-石墨(阴极),U为2.8 V,电解时间为100 min,pH为4,[SDS]/[Cd2+]=5([SDS]=8.5 mmol/L恒定).在此条件下,浓缩液中的Cd2+的回收率达到了50.26%. 相似文献
