配制气体样品是异味测试及相关研究的基础工作,配气稳定性直接影响测试结果准确度。三点比较式臭袋法使用微量进样针量取并转移液体标准物质到3L无臭气袋的传统配气方法。对于异味阈值较小物质或样品浓度处于较低范围时,为了降低取样体积波动对配气精度和稳定性的影响。提出先将标准注入100mL玻璃注射器,充分挥发混匀后再转移部分气体到无臭气袋的两步式配气方法。结果表明,2种配气方法的准确度不存在显著差异,但两步式配气法的配气稳定性明显优于传统方法。此外,研究还发现,常见异味物质在被注人气袋后3min内便能完全挥发并混合均匀。除一些挥发性和吸附性极强的物质外,气袋内的异味物质气体浓度能在配好后20min内基本保持不变。 相似文献

A method for trace analysis of two plasticizers, di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) and di-2-ethylhexyl adipate (DEHA), contaminated in packaged curry paste were investigated by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector (GC-FID). Curry paste samples were extracted by ultrasonic and solid phase extraction using Florisil® cartridge. Analysis by the GC-FID system provided limits of detection for DEHA and DEHP at 12 and 25 μ g L? 1 and a linear dynamic range between 25 μ g L? 1 to 60 mg L? 1 with a coefficient of determination (R2) greater than 0.99. High recoveries were obtained, ranged from 91 to 99% and 88 to 98% for DEHP and DEHA with RSD lower than 7 and 10% respectively. The method detection limit and limits of quantitation were ranged from 27 to 30 and 90 to 100 μ g L? 1. The analysis of curry paste samples showed concentrations of DEHP and DEHA in the range of 4.0 ng g? 1 to 0.61 μg g? 1. 相似文献

Plants contain a wide variety of chemicals, some of which may have similar chromatographic behavior to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). During solid phase extraction (SPE) with Si-gel for instance, the co-elution of carotene-like colored compounds with PAHs has been observed. In this paper, liquid–liquid extraction was applied for the separation and subsequent analysis of PAHs from plant extracts. PAHs containing 2–6 rings, which include naphthalene, phenanthrene, pyrene, benzo[a]pyrene and benzo[ghi]perylene, were used as representative target chemicals. Carotene-like compounds extracted from Komatsuna (Brassica campestris) shoot by acetone followed by Si-gel treatment were incorporated as undesired components in the model matrix. Results showed the feasibility of employing either acetonitrile or 2% (w/v) KOH–methanol as solvents for high PAHs recovery and low extraction of colored fraction. For acetonitrile, 86.9–93.5% of each PAH could be recovered after three extraction cycles (relative standard deviation, RSD < 1.6%) with only about 10% co-extraction of colored fraction. For 2% KOH–methanol, PAHs recoveries ranging from 79.3% to 83.1% after five cycles (RSD < 1.5%) were achieved while the percent extraction of colored fraction was also low at 10%. The relatively higher selectivity of the solvents for PAHs over the colored fraction as well as the solubility of the matrix solution in the solvent may have contributed to these results. On this basis, liquid–liquid extraction is very useful for the pre-treatment of plant extracts for PAHs analysis. 相似文献

Carlisle in northwest England suffered its worse floods for more than 180 years in 2005. A study, reported here, was undertaken to assess the health and social impacts of these floods via in‐depth, taped individual and focus‐group interviews with people whose homes had been flooded and with agency workers who helped them. Respondents spoke of physical health ailments, psychological stress, water health‐and‐safety issues related to the floods, and disputes with insurance and construction companies, which they felt had caused and exacerbated psychological health problems. Support workers also suffered from psychological stress. Furthermore, it was found that people had low expectations of a flood and were not prepared. The findings are presented in five sections covering flood risk awareness, water contamination issues, physical health, mental health, and impact on frontline support workers. The discussion focuses on the implications of the findings for policy and practice vis‐à‐vis psychological health provision, contamination issues, training and support for frontline support workers, matters relating to restoration, and preparation for flooding. 相似文献

Transboundary haze pollution from smoke from land preparation fires has become a perennial problem in Indonesia, especially
in the last 10 years during the dry season. Most of that smoke originates from illegal land preparation fires for oil palm
and industrial forest plantation as well as from shifting cultivation, which is usually blamed for the smoke. In order to
understand the role of fire in shifting cultivation areas dominated by peat soils, research was conducted during the dry season
of 2001 on land belonging to the community of Pelalawan village, Pelalawan district, Riau province, Indonesia. The research
showed that burning did not affect all peat areas equally. No peat was burned on a fibric site, while burning on a hemic site
varied in depth from 6.0 cm to 12.6 cm, and on a sapric site from 15.4 cm to 31.9 cm. Further, on the fibric site only phosphorus
increased significantly following burning, while on the hemic only the base saturation increased; on the sapric site, however,
both base saturation and phosphorus increased compared to the condition before burning. These data show that if fire is continues
to be used for land preparation in peat areas, peat becomes critically endangered. 相似文献
