关于《安全生产法》的几点思考

《安全生产法》是我国安全生产领域的第一部基本法,其颁布实施意义深远。本文就《安全生产法》不尽完善的地方,提出了自己的看法,并提出立法建议,旨在今后进一步完善《安全生产法》,以及做好实施《安全生产法》的相关配套和细化的立法工作。

TAS-986型石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定绿茶中的微量硒

利用加入基体改进剂NiNO3，采用TAS-986型石墨炉原子吸收光谱法，对绿茶中的微量硒进行测定分析，结果RSD〈5．0％，回收率在99．0％-100．2％之间。该法简便、快速，测定结果准确可靠。     

Prenatal diagnosis of Fabry's disease by direct analysis of chorionic villi

Six pregnancies of three carriers for X-linked Fabry's disease, were monitored by chromosome and enzyme analysis. Two affected male fetuses were detected by the demonstration of α-galactosidase deficiency in amniotic fluid cells and chorionic villi respectively. The use of chorionic villi enabled a diagnosis within a few hours after sampling in the ninth week of pregnancy whereas the use of amniotic fluid cells in the earlier case required two weeks of culturing after amniocentesis in the 16th week. Four female fetuses were found; heterozygosity was demonstrated in one by analysis of clones in the primary amniotic fluid cell culture.     

β-Glucuronidase deficiency as a cause of prenatally diagnosed non-immune hydrops fetalis

We describe a case of β-glucuronidase deficiency presenting as a non-immune hydrops fetalis diagnosed at 26 weeks of gestation. The deficiency was disclosed on cultured amniotic fluid cells and in fetal plasma and was confirmed post-abortion. In a second pregnancy, a normal β-glucuronidase activity was found in extracts of chorionic villi obtained at 10 weeks of gestation. The pregnancy is continuing uneventfully. We conclude that it is of great importance to verify the presence of metabolic disease whenever the major causes of hydrops fetalis have been excluded.     

构建环保信用档案势在必行

黄土高原降水的季节性指标及其与作物水分亏缺的关系

黄土高原位于我国东部季风区与西部非季风区之过渡地区,属弱季风区,降水相对较集中。为分析本区降水的时空分布,文中采用矢量合成方法计算了黄土高原296个站的降水季节性指标值及降水季节,前者变化于0.44—0.64 之间,后者集中于7月中、下旬至8月上旬,自东南向西北推迟。降水的季节性指标与降水季节直接影响到作物水分的亏缺量,全区小麦严重缺水100—200mm 不等,玉米缺水30—50mm,而谷子生育期中水分需求基本可以得到满足。最后,讨论了本区降水与土壤水分含量的关系,指出本区水分不足,认为有的作者提出的该区尚有80％的水分潜力没有得到发挥的见解是错误的。     

青海平安富Se土壤区环境及人体Se含量调查

通过对平安区三合镇祁新庄、骆驼堡、三合村3个村庄内土壤、饮用水、人体毛发、人体尿液的采样调查分析,并以乐都城台乡坝口村和山城村2个村庄作为Se背景区进行对比研究,认为平安三合富Se土壤产生了明显的生态效应,Se通过土壤-粮食-人体等生物链进行迁移积累,致使人发、人尿中Se水平与土壤Se呈正相关关系,人体Se水平良好响应环境Se状况。     

Prenatal diagnosis of glutathione synthase deficiency

Prenatal diagnosis for glutathione synthase (EC 6·3.2·3) deficiency in two pregnancies of an at-risk couple was performed on amniotic fluid taken at 16 weeks' gestation. 5-Oxoproline (pyroglutamic acid) levels were 970 and 790 μmol/l compared with the normal mean value of 29 μmol/l (range 13–51 μmol/l). The pregnancies were terminated and the diagnosis in one case was subsequently confirmed by assay of glutathione synthase in cultured fetal fibroblasts. In the other, post-mortem tissue samples failed to grow.     

Prenatal analyses in a pregnancy at risk for β-mannosidosis

Prenatal analyses were performed in the pregnancy of the mother of a patient with β-mannosidase deficiency. Partial deficiency of β-mannosidase activity in the chorionic villi indicated a heterozygous fetus and this first-trimester diagnosis was subsequently confirmed by amniocentesis.
