Research evolution on intelligentized technologies for arc welding process

This paper presents some new evolutions of research works in the IRWTL at SJTU on intelligentized technologies for arc welding dynamic process and robot systems, including multi-information sensing of arc welding process, such as characteristic extraction of weld pool image, voltage, current, and sound, arc-spectral features; multi-information fusion algorithms for prediction of weld penetration; intelligentized modeling of welding dynamic process; intelligent control methodology for welding dynamic process; intelligentized technologies for robotic welding, such as guiding and tracking seam technology and intelligent control of weld pool and penetration in robotic welding process; and development of autonomous welding robot system for the special environment. The ideas of intelligentized welding manufacturing technology (IWMT) and intelligentized welding manufacturing engineering (IWME) are presented in this paper for systematization of intending researches and applications on intelligentized technologies for modern welding manufacturing. The studies of intelligentized welding presented in this paper establish the foundation work of intending researches and applications on intelligentized technologies for modern welding manufacturing.     

一台储氧球罐焊缝表面裂纹成因分析及处理方法

对武钢-400m~3氧气球罐在1994、1995、1996年逐年进行了检验。通过1994及1995年的检验发现了大量焊缝表面裂纹,通过硬度试验、金相检验及声发射监测,发现裂纹产生的主要原因是容器制造时焊接工艺控制不当。严格按正确的焊接工艺补焊之后消除了隐患。     

焊接作业中尘毒的危害与对策

介绍了焊接作业中有害气体对作业人员身体的危害,同时论述了有害气体烟尘的来源、种类及危害情况,介绍了防护措施。     

Analysis of welding fumes: A short note on the comparison between two sampling techniques

It is well established that welding fumes contain toxic substances, and that its composition is dependent on multiple factors, such as nature of the welding process and chemical compositions of the welding consumables and base materials. In order to prevent accidents and, thus to contribute to the safety of protection of welders, the establishment of a database on welding fume components is considered as essential. This has led to the development and upgradation of sampling techniques of welding fumes. Up to now, few standard techniques exist in this area. This study describes the results of the analysis of welding fumes, in terms of heavy metals, for a set of welding electrodes commonly used in carbon steel manufacture. Sampling was done by two different techniques: using the one currently known as “fume box” and common techniques in workplace atmospheres.     

铁路货车制造企业焊接烟尘治理探讨

为改善焊接作业环境、保护职工健康,基于某铁路货车企业的生产工艺和焊接烟尘治理难点,从完善焊接烟尘治理技术方案、优化焊接方法和焊接结构、改造厂房加强换气通风等方面总结治理措施,提出了焊接烟尘综合治理的新方向,即融入绿色设计思维、提高工艺制造水平、结合智能制造和采取综合治理方案.     

嵌入式厚壁翻边补强接管的结构优化工艺技术

本文首先介绍大型煤化工核心设备锁斗的功能、结构及技术特征,通过制造规范和技术要求及各项工艺评定试验,对设备嵌入式人孔加强法兰与简体焊接结构适用性进行说明并进行改进,采用分段加工制造,降低锻造材料难度,节省制造成本;并对与壳体对接坡口进行优化,使坡口加工和焊接过程便于操作和过程控制,保证设备焊接质量,顺利完成设备制造任务.     

新型电焊防护装置的研究和设计

现有的电焊防护装置主要防止强电焊弧光对电焊操作者眼睛的伤害 ,没有考虑电焊弧光对电焊无关人员的伤害。笔者对现有电焊防护装置的使用方式、安全人机学和美学三方面进行了分析 ,提出一种新的电焊防护设计。它不仅可以保护电焊工人 ,而且还能保护与焊接操作无关的人员 ,使他们免受电焊弧光伤害。新型电焊防护装置还具有防止焊渣飞溅、体积小、使用方便、制作成本低等特点。该防护装置能充分满足人的生理和心理需求 ,体现了以人为本的设计理念。
