Runaway reactions by organic peroxides have occurred throughout the world. In this study, we used 1,1,-Di(tert-butylperoxy) cyclohexane (CH) 70 mass% as the main material, which was extensively employed as initiator for styrene in polymerization. Fire extinguishers are the first fire-fighting apparatus when fires occur. If a fire extinguisher has sat idle for a long time, which would cause the extinguishing agent to damp, it cannot achieve the desired effect and be properly handled at the start of the accident, thereby causing more casualties and property losses. CH 70 mass% was employed to mixed with monoammonium phosphate (MAP) for understanding the phenomenon by applying differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Safety parameters also were carried out for more deeply understanding the basic characteristics for preventing an accident from occurring, in terms of applying CH 70 mass% as the initiator in the manufacturing process.  相似文献

为考察高效反硝化细菌及其包埋填料对低温、低底物浓度的适应性和恢复性,实验采用2个条件(适宜、不利)、3个阶段(D_1、D_2、D_3),探究二者的反硝化能力,即:将初始适宜条件下培养的高效反硝化细菌[300 mg·(L·h)~(-1)]置于不利条件下运行(D_1),反硝化性能稳定后将其包埋,仍置于不利条件下运行(D_2),90 d后恢复到适宜条件(D_3).结果表明分别经过17d和16 d的运行,反硝化细菌和包埋填料在D_1、D_2阶段的速率最终稳定在5.4 mg·(L·h)~(-1)、4.8 mg·(L·h)~(-1),说明细菌及其包埋填料能够适应低温、低底物的不利条件;在D_3阶段发现,经过12 d运行填料的反硝化速率就可达到300mg·(L·h)~(-1),表明其具有快速的自我恢复能力.利用扫描电镜分析包埋填料的内外结构,发现其内外结构均利于细菌生长代谢和传质.高通量测序分析结果表明,D_2阶段的优势菌属仍为具有反硝化功能的Pseudomonas、Thauera、Gelidibacter,因而证明了细菌在不利条件的适应性;D_3阶段包埋填料的优势菌属Thauera、Petrimonas、Pseudomonas,与初始适宜条件下培养的高效反硝化细菌的优势菌属完全相同,这也充分证明了细菌包埋填料具有良好的恢复能力.  相似文献

This paper reviews recent achievements in sustainability science and discusses the research core and framework of sustainability science. We analyze and organize papers published in three selected core journals of sustainability science: Sustainability Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, and Sustainability: Science, Practice, & Policy. Papers are organized into three categories: sustainability and its definition, domain-oriented research, and a research framework for sustainability science. First, we provide a short history and define the basic characteristics of sustainability; then we review current efforts in the following research domains: climate, biodiversity, agriculture, fishery, forestry, energy and resources, water, economic development, health, and lifestyle. Finally, we propose a research framework for sustainability science that includes the following components: goal setting, indicator setting, indicator measurement, causal chain analysis, forecasting, backcasting, and problem–solution chain analysis. We emphasize the importance of this last component for improving situations and attaining goals.  相似文献

In this paper a non-layer-based additive manufacturing (AM) process named computer numerically controlled (CNC) accumulation process is presented for applications such as plastic part repairing and modification. To facilitate the CNC accumulation process, a novel three-dimensional (3D) laser scanning system based on a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) device is developed for in situ scanning of inserted components. The integration of the scanning system in the CNC accumulation process enables the building-around-inserts with little human efforts. A point processing method based on the algebraic point set surface (APSS) fitting and layered depth-normal image (LDNI) representation is developed for converting the scanning points into triangular meshes. The newly developed 3D scanning system is compact and has sufficient accuracy for the CNC accumulation process. Based on the constructed surface model, data processing operations including multi-axis tool path planning and motion control are also investigated. Multiple test cases are performed to illustrate the capability of the integrated CNC accumulation process on addressing the requirements of building-around-inserts.  相似文献

温度、SO_2浓度、颗粒大小、石灰石类型和样品的微观结构影响着直接硫酸化反应过程。这一反应过程能用缩芯模型来描述,并对SO_2具有一级反应特征。本征反应和产物层扩散控制反应的活化能分别是85.2kJ/mol和41.5kJ/mol。在800℃、2000ppmSO_2和反应101min的条件下,Igzlaberga和Forsby石灰石的CaCO_3转化率分别可达84%和72%。在初始2min内已煅烧石灰石(CaO)的硫酸化反应速率与石灰石的反应速率稍高,随后二者基本相同。  相似文献

The objectives of this research were to examine the physical characteristics of activated carbons made of different materials, thereby suggest a preferable approach to obtaining the optimal estimation of the parameters for the activated carbons by the statistical techniques. After the appropriate pretreatments, the apparent and true densities of activated carbon, adsorption isotherms of argon, nitrogen and mercury, and the adsorptive capacity of benzene were determined by using the recommended approaches. The results showed that the shapes of hysteresis loop indicated that the pores were probably slit‐shaped or formed by plate‐like particles, which could be confirmed by the SEM examination. It was noted that the apparent density used for pore volume calculation presented a higher possibility of underestimation. Through the use of the statistical techniques, such as factor analysis (FA) and correspondence analysis (CA), the principal physical parameters on adsorption phenomena could be characterized. Finally, the optimal methods for obtaining the surface area and pore volume of activated carbons were suggested.  相似文献

Abstract

In the last few years, marked progress has been made in the development of methods for evaluating the mutagenic and carcinogenic potential of pesticide chemicals. The correlation of genetic and related biological activity in short‐term tests with carcinogenic activity in whole animals allows the utilization of short‐term mutagenicity bioassays to prescreen chemicals for effects related to mutation induction and presumptive carcinogenicity. In addition, bioassays now available can measure directly the chemical transformation of normal cells in culture into cells capable of producing tumors when injected into animals.

This paper will review briefly the major types of relevant short‐term tests and will develop a rationale for a phased approach to the evaluation of the mutagenic and carcinogenic potential of environmental chemicals. This approach involves the sequential application of bioassays which are organized into a three‐level matrix emphasizing first detection, then confirmation, and finally hazard assessment. Chemicals demonstrating positive results in the short‐term detection systems and confirmatory bioassays are pursued in higher level whole animal tests. A core battery of tests is proposed to operationally define a negative result. The phased approach should facilitate a cost effective utilization of limited testing resources and provide protection for human health in proportion to the anticipated hazard.

Results obtained in evaluating a series of thirty‐eight pesticide chemicals according to the phased approach are discussed in detail.  相似文献

针对带压作业过程中闸板防喷器胶芯易失效的问题,以现场使用的带压作业闸板防喷器胶芯为研究对象,通过实验确定了橡胶基体的本构关系,利用ABAQUS软件对比研究了4种不同井筒压力对胶芯的疲劳失效与密封失效的影响。结果表明:分析结果与现场应用胶芯的失效位置相符,验证了分析的正确性;胶芯的疲劳失效位置集中在橡胶基体与闸板上下部的4个尖角接触区域,上部区域失效严重;井筒压力的大小影响橡胶基体密封面上的接触应力分布,但对耐磨块密封面上接触应力分布影响不显著。建议在橡胶基体与闸板上下部的4个尖角区域补强以增加胶芯寿命。  相似文献
