龟石水库夏季富营养化状况与蓝藻水华暴发特征 总被引:3,自引:4,他引:3
龟石水库是贺州市主要的饮用水源,2014年夏季第一次暴发大规模的蓝藻水华.本研究通过分析水体的富营养化时空变化规律、外源污染来源以及浮游藻类群落结构动态变化特征,进而评价水体的富营养化状况,并提出合理的防控措施.结果表明,水库的氮磷浓度逐年升高,TN含量已远超过地表水Ⅱ类标准,部分样点的TP含量也超过Ⅱ类标准,且主要来源为规模化养殖和农业面源污染.水华期间浮游藻类细胞密度变化范围为8.60×10~6~5.36×10~8cells·L~(-1),水华优势种为惠氏微囊藻,密度最高达到5.36×10~8cells·L~(-1)以上,叶绿素a浓度最高为74.48μg·L~(-1),惠氏微囊藻细胞密度随时间推移呈现逐渐降低的趋势,并且垂直方向集中分布在表层及水下2 m处.水华期间浮游藻类总细胞密度与TN、TP、NO_3~--N和高锰酸盐指数呈现显著正相关,与透明度呈显著负相关.微囊藻毒素监测结果表明龟石水库水质未受到微囊藻毒素的污染.综合分析,对于中营养水平的龟石水库而言,蓝藻水华的防控既要关注气候和气象条件,更要尽量削减氮、磷营养盐入库量,维持较低营养盐水平是防范蓝藻水华的关键. 相似文献

大伙房水库属于全国城市供水九大重点水源地之一,作为辽宁省重要的饮用水水源地,库区水质直接影响该区域人民饮水安全及身体健康。对大伙房水库表层水体、沉积物和鱼类样品中全氟化合物(PFAS)的赋存特征及可能的来源进行分析,并运用健康风险商值法评估PFAS的潜在健康风险。结果表明,库区表层水体中ρ(ΣPFAS)为1.18~8.19 ng/L,主要污染物为全氟辛酸及其盐类化合物(PFOA)和全氟戊基羧酸(PFPA),其浓度水平随时间呈下降趋势;沉积物中只检出3种污染物,分别为PFOA、全氟十一烷基羧酸(PFUnA)和全氟十二烷基羧酸(PFDoDA),ω(ΣPFAS)为0.16~0.48 ng/g;不同鱼类样品中ω(ΣPFAS)由高到低依次为:武昌鱼(2.49 ng/g)>鲤鱼(2.30 ng/g)>白鲢(2.02 ng/g)>花鲢(2.01 ng/g),主要污染物均为PFPA。基于主成分分析与相关性分析可知,大伙房水库库区的PFAS主要来自采矿、电镀、涂料等工业污染废水和生活污水;健康风险评估结果表明,表层水体和鱼类样品中的PFAS不存在健康风险。 相似文献

在小浪底水库坝上约10 km处主航道上设置采样垂线,采集水体不同深度的样品,采用冷原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了样品中汞、砷、铅、镉、铬、铜、锌、锰、镍等元素的质量浓度.结果表明,在所有样品中,铬、镉、锌、铅均未检出,汞、铜和砷的质量浓度分别为(0.95±0.44) ng/L、(0.35±0.07) μg/L和(1.12±0.20)μgL,锰和镍的质量浓度分别为(0.14±0.06) μg/L和(0.59±0.09)μg/L.汞质量浓度随水深增加逐渐升高,至水深7.5m处达到最大值,然后逐渐降低,在接近底层时重新升高,达到次峰值.其他重金属质量浓度呈现随水深增加而升高的趋势.健康风险评价结果表明,致癌物质砷引起的健康危害较高,风险值为10-6~10-5 a-1,底层水中砷的风险值接近国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受风险水平;非致癌物质汞、铜、镍和锰引起的健康风险分别为1.43×10-2a-1、0.31×10-10 a-1、0.13×10-10 a-1和0.45×10-12 a-1,均远低于ICRP推荐的最大可接受水平. 相似文献

重金属镉(Cd)是三峡水库蓄水后消落带土壤中主要的重金属污染物之一.为研究三峡水库反季节调蓄条件下溶解性有机质(DOM)对有效态Cd在土壤固-液相间释放行为及其再补给过程的影响,以三峡水库香溪河消落带为研究对象,分别于2019年10月和2020年10月采集土壤样品,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、三维荧光光谱技术和荧光区域积分法分析土壤DOM光谱特性,同时结合梯度扩散薄膜技术(DGT)和土壤扩散通量模型(DIFS)综合探究土壤有效态Cd及其释放动力学过程.此外,测定了消落带土壤基本理化特性以及土壤中Cd含量和赋存形态.结果表明,研究区土壤DOM以富里酸为主,腐殖质特征较弱,具有陆源为主和内源较弱的混合特征,与2019年相比,2020年土壤DOM中富里酸类物质占比更高;2019年和2020年土壤ω(Cd)平均值分别为(0.474±0.301) mg·kg-1和(0.249±0.058) mg·kg-1,土壤中Cd的赋存形态均以非残渣态为主;DGT测定结果显示2020年土壤中有效态Cd含量较2019年呈下降趋势,进一步通过DIFS模型拟合结果表明,土壤中Cd的吸附速率大于解吸速率,土壤对有效态Cd的再补给能力较弱,表明三峡消落带土壤中有效态Cd的潜在释放风险较低,低分子量DOM和DOM中富里酸类物质是抑制土壤中有效态Cd释放的重要因素.研究结果揭示了三峡水库水文情势变化下DOM对重金属Cd环境地球化学行为的影响,为三峡库区重金属污染防治提供科学理论依据. 相似文献

A Water Quality Index Applied to an International Shared River Basin: The Case of the Douro River 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A Water Quality Index (WQI) is a numeric expression used to evaluate the quality of a given water body and to be easily understood
by managers. In this study, a modified nine-parameter Scottish WQI was used to assess the monthly water quality of the Douro
River during a 10-year period (1992–2001), scaled from zero (lowest) to 100% (highest). The 98,000 km2 of the Douro River international watershed is the largest in the Iberian Peninsula, split between upstream Spain (80%) and
downstream Portugal (20%). Three locations were surveyed: at the Portuguese–Spanish border, 350 km from the river mouth; 180
km from the mouth, where the river becomes exclusively Portuguese; and 21 km from the mouth. The water received by Portugal
from Spain showed the poorest quality (WQI 47.3 ± 0.7%); quality increased steadily downstream, up to 61.7 ± 0.7%. In general,
the water quality at all three sites was medium to poor. Seasonally, water quality decreased from winter to summer, but no
statistical relationship between quality and discharge rate could be established. Depending on the location, different parameters
were responsible for the episodic decline of quality: high conductivity and low oxygen content in the uppermost reservoir,
and fecal coliform contamination downstream. This study shows the need to enforce the existing international bilateral agreements
and to implement the European Water Quality Directive in order to improve the water quantity and quality received by the downstream
country of a shared watershed, especially because two million inhabitants use the water from the last river location as their

Sources of water pollution and evolution of water quality in the Wuwei basin of Shiyang river, Northwest China 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Based on surveys and chemical analyses, we performed a case study of the surface water and groundwater quality in the Wuwei basin, in order to understand the sources of water pollution and the evolution of water quality in Shiyang river. Concentrations of major chemical elements in the surface water were related to the distance downstream from the source of the river, with surface water in the upstream reaches of good quality, but the river from Wuwei city to the Hongya reservoir was seriously polluted, with a synthetic pollution index of 25. Groundwater quality was generally good in the piedmont with dominant bicarbonate and calcium ions, but salinity was high and nitrate pollution occurs in the northern part of the basin. Mineralization of the groundwater has changed rapidly during the past 20 years. There are 23 wastewater outlets that discharge a total of 22.4 x 10(6)m(3)y(-1) into the river from Wuwei city, which, combined with a reduction of inflow water, were found to be the major causes of water pollution. Development of fisheries in the Hongya reservoir since 2000 has also contributed to the pollution. The consumption of water must be decreased until it reaches the sustainable level permitted by the available resources in the whole basin, and discharge of wastes must also be drastically reduced. 相似文献

Abstract: The PRMS_Storm model was built as a storm event, distributed hydrological model for studying the hydrological effects of forest composition and spatial distribution on storm‐flow volume and peakflow rates in the Xiangshuixi Watershed in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, in the Yangtze River Basin in southwestern China. We developed three simulation scenarios based on forest composition and their spatial arrangements across the watershed, including all mixed conifer‐evergreen broadleaf forests (Scenario 1), all mixed evergreen broadleaf forests (Scenario 2), and mixed conifer + evergreen broadleaf + shrub forests (Scenario 3). We examined 11 storm events observed during 2002‐2005. Compared with the existing forest covers, modeling results suggested that the amount of overland flow was reduced by 21, 23, and 22%, and the interflow increased by 16, 88, and 30%, for Scenarios 1, 2, and 3, respectively. During the same time, peakflow rates were reduced by 20.8, 9.6, and 18.9%, respectively. The reduction of peakflow rates was most significant when rainfall intensity exceeded 0.8 mm/min and events with a short duration and effect was minor when rainfall intensity was below 0.5 mm/min. In general, we found that Scenarios 1 and 3 were preferred for reducing storm‐flow volume and peakflow rates due to their higher interception rates, large soil water holding capacity, and higher soil infiltration capacity. The modeled results suggested soil properties are important in affecting the flow processes and thus forest composition and forest spatial distributions will affect storm‐flow volume and peakflow rates at the watershed scale. To maximize flood reduction functions of a watershed, high priority should be given to those forest types (Scenarios 1 and 3) in reforestation practices in the study region. This study suggests both forest composition and spatial pattern are important reforestation designs for flood reduction in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. 相似文献

基于黄家港水文站1954~2000年的日径流量资料,以1967年为节点,将47年水文序列划分为节点前的“近自然状态河流”和节点后的“人工干扰状态河流”两种水文情势。采用Richter提出的变动范围法,基于包含32个水文参数的水文改变指标体系,定量评估了黄家港水文站1967年前后水文情势的变化。根据分析,把1967年之前的各个水文参数的第1至第3四分位数间的数值范围设为管理目标。进一步分析了丹江口水库的修建对汉江中下游生态水文的影响。结果表明,1967年以后,丹江口水库的修建对汉江中下游水文情势的影响较为显著:极大地改变了径流的年内分配,使流量过程均化,使极值流量出现日期提前、历时缩短等等。在此基础上,结合汉江中下游河道生态系统的特点,以鱼类为指示生物,初步探讨了上述水文情势的变化对汉江中下游鱼类的生长、繁殖和越冬等带来的影响,并对如何降低不利影响提出了相应的改进措施. 相似文献
