广西龙江鱼类镉含量分布特征及生物积累特性分析 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
突发镉污染事件能引起江河水体恶化,破坏水生态环境和威胁人类健康.本研究为证实突发镉污染事件引起生态环境风险,以不同类型鱼类以及鱼类不同组织器官为研究对象,分别前后6次对龙江进行采样调查,并对各鱼类根据水层和食性进行分类及分析.调查结果表明,前3次调查鱼类肌肉镉含量显著高于后3次调查鱼类肌肉镉含量;草食性,肉食性和杂食性鱼类不同组织器官镉的含量大小均可排序为:肾肝肠鳃卵鳞≈肌肉,且3种类型肾的镉含量均显著高于其他任何组织器官(P0.05);鱼类同一组织器官镉的含量根据不同水层鱼类依次为:底层鱼类中下层鱼类中上层鱼类.不同食性鱼类肌肉中镉平均富集系数BAF从大到小依次为杂食性,肉食性和草食性,分别为8.32、6.33和5.15;不同生活水层鱼类肌肉中镉平均富集系数大小排序为:底层鱼类(8.18)中下层鱼类(7.70)中上层鱼类(4.99). 相似文献

The ability of surface flow and subsurface flow simulated wetlands to remove heavy metals from a NaCI-enriched wastewater was examined, employing bulrush (Scirpus validus) and cattail (Typha angustifolia) plants, and two organically amended substrates (mixtures of mushroom compost and leaf litter,with topsoil) with a limestone liner. A simulated wastewater solution containing Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn as chloride salts was added to the wetlands at a rate of 0.3 l h–1. During 12 weeks of surface flow, Fe was retained most efficiently (74%), and Mn the least (24%). Most metal retention occurred in residual forms, primarily in the upper 5 cm of the substrate. A subsequent 10 week subsurface flow treatment exhibited greater removal efficiencies for all metals, probably due to increased contact with the highly buffered lower substrate. During both treatments, bioaccumulation occurred in plants, but accounted for a very small portion of the total metal removal. Plant species did not significantly influence wetland performance with respect to metal retention. Although mercury (Hg) mining in the Almadén district ceased in May 2002, the consequences of 2000 years of mining in the district has resulted in the dissemination of Hg into the surrounding environment where it poses an evident risk to biota and human health. This risk needs to be properly evaluated. The uptake of Hg has been found to be plant-specific. To establish the different manners in which plants absorb Hg, we carried out a survey of Hg levels in the soils and plants in the most representative habitats of this Mediterranean area and found that the Hg concentrations varied greatly and were dependent on the sample being tested (0.13–2,695 μg g−1 Hg). For example, the root samples had concentrations ranging from 0.06 (Oenanthe crocata, Rumex induratus) to 1095 (Polypogon monspeliensis) μg g−1 Hg, while in the leaf samples, the range was from 0.16 (Cyperus longus) to 1278 (Polypogon monspeliensis) μg g−1 Hg. There are four well-differentiated patterns of Hg uptake: (1) the rate of uptake is constant, independent of Hg concentration in the soil (e.g., Pistacia lentiscus, Quercus rotundifolia); (2) after an initial linear relationship between uptake and soil concentration, no further increase in Hgplant is observed (e.g., Asparagus acutifolius, Cistus ladanifer); (3) no increase in uptake is recorded until a threshold is surpassed, and thereafter a linear relationship between Hgplant and Hgsoil is established (e.g., Rumex bucephalophorus, Cistus crispus); (4) there is no relationship between Hgplant and Hgsoil (e.g., Oenanthe crocata and Cistus monspeliensis). 利用盆培实验,对种子分别来源于污染区和非污染区的两个酸模种群在Cu2 胁迫下的抗性和生物蓄积性进行了比较研究。在Cu2 胁迫下,来源于污染区的酸模种群根长和生物量受到的抑制作用明显地低于非污染区种群。当Cu2 处理浓度≥250μmol·L-1时,污染区种群的抗性指数显著高于非污染区种群(P<0.01)。在Cu2 处理浓度为50、250、500μmol·L-1时,污染区种群地上部分的铜质量分数均显著低于同处理组中的非污染种群(P<0.05)。这些结果表明酸模的污染区种群较非污染区种群对铜有着更强的抗性,并且污染区种群存在限制Cu2 向地上部分运输的机制,而这种限制运输的机制可能对提高铜的抗性起到重要作用。 相似文献

Intention, Goal, Scope, Background Following the introduction of automobile catalytic converters the platinum group metals (PGM) platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd)
and rhodium (Rh) gain on increasing interest in environmental research as these metals are emitted with exhaust fumes into
the environment. Consequently, elevated PGM levels were found in different environmental matrices uch as road dusts, soils
along heavily frequented roads, sediments of urban rivers etc. Accordingly, the effects of increasing PGM emissions on the
biosphere are controversially discussed.
Objective This paper summarizes the present knowledge on the biological availability of PGM to plants and animals. As biological availability
is one of the most decisive factors determining the toxicologi-cal potential of xenobiotics, this information is very important
to evaluate the possible threat of the noble metals to ecosystems.
Results and Discussion The availability of soluble as well as particle bound PGM to terrestrial plants was demonstrated in several studies. Experimental
investigations revealed uptake of Pt, Pd and Rh also by aquatic plants. Additionally, the biological availability of the noble
metals for animals has been verified in experimental studies using soluble metal salts, catalytic converter model substances,
sediments of urban rivers, road dust or tunnel dust as metal sources. These studies refer mainly to aquatic animals. Beside
of free living organisms, in particular worms parasitizing fish demonstrated a high potential to accumulate PGM. This could
be of great interest in respect of biomonitoring purposes. Generally, for plants as well as for animals Pd turns out to be
the best available metal among the PGM. Compared to other heavy metals, the biological availability of PGM from road dust
to zebra mussels(Dreissena polymorpha) ranged between that of Cd and Pb.
Conclusion Especially chronic effects of PGM on the biosphere can not be excluded due to (1) their cumulative increase in the environment,
(2) their unexpected high biological availability and bioaccumulation and (3) their unknown toxicological and ecotoxicological
potential. However, it appears that acute effects on ecosystems due to anthropogenic PGM emission are not likely.
Recommendation and Outlook Research on environmental PGM contamination of the biosphere, especially the fauna, and on long-term toxiciry of low PGM concentrations
is highly appreciated. These studies require very sensitive analytical techniques to determine PGM even in low sample amounts.
Research has to be done in particular on reliable determination of (ultra) trace levels of Pd and Rh as the lack of data on
these two metals is mainly due to analytical problems. 相似文献

Contamination of aquatic ecosystems with heavy metals has been receiving increased worldwide attention due to their harmful e ects
on human health and other organisms in the environment. Most of the studies dealing with toxic e ects of metals deal with single
metal species, while the aquatic organisms are typically exposed to mixtures of metals. Hence, in order to provide data supporting
the usefulness of freshwater fish as indicators of heavy metal pollution, it has been proposed in the present study to investigate the
bioaccumulation and depuration of chromium in the selected organs of freshwater fingerlings Cirrhinus mrigala, individually and in
binary solutions with nickel. The results show that the kidney is a target organ for chromium accumulation, which implies that it is also
the “critical” organ for toxic symptoms. The results further show that accumulation of nickel in all the tissues of C. mrigala is higher
than that of chromium. In addition, the metal accumulations of the binary mixtures of chromium and nickel are substantially higher
than those of the individual metals, indicating synergistic interactions between the two metals. Theoretically the simplest explanation
for an additive joint action of toxicants in a mixture is that they act in a qualitatively similar way. The observed data suggest that C.
mrigala could be suitable monitoring organisms to study the bioavailability of water-bound metals in freshwater habitats. 相似文献

Accumulation of heavy metals from various oxides with adsorbed cadmium by wetland plant Phragmites australis was studied to evaluate the fate of heavy metals in the sediment of constructed wetlands. Hoagland solution was used as nutrition supply, and single metal oxide with adsorbed cadmium was applied as contaminant to study the accumulation characteristics of cadmium and the substrate metals by P. australis. After 45-d treatment, the bioaccumulation degree in root followed the order: Al(OH)3 > Al2O3 > Fe3O4 > MnO2 > FeOOH.
