以氯化-1-烯丙基-3-乙烯基咪唑离子液体为反应单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过自由基聚合先合成聚离子液体预聚物,并将其与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚乙二醇(PEG)进一步共混反应,以制备聚离子液体/PVDF共混铸膜液.然后将该铸膜液在聚丙烯(PP)微孔膜表面进行涂覆成膜,以制备具有互穿网络结构的聚离子液体/PVDF荷电复合膜.采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、Zeta电位计等对复合膜表面的化学结构、形貌及荷电性能等进行分析,并采用水通量测定仪对复合膜的纯水通量及蛋白质和染料的分离性能等进行了研究.结果表明,该复合膜表面具有较好的荷电性能,且随聚离子液体的加入可以有效提高膜的亲水性和抗污染性,复合膜M2的纯水通量可达到101.7 L·m-2·h-1,该膜对溶菌酶和染料罗丹明6G的截留率分别为88.0%和94.1%,该分离膜经清水反冲洗后通量恢复率分别达到72.5%和91.8%. 相似文献

The theoretical development for one-dimensional, coupled migration of solutes with different ionic mobilities through clay soils that behave as ion-restrictive membranes, referred to as clay membrane barriers (CMBs), is presented. The transport formulation is based on principles of irreversible thermodynamics and accounts explicitly for coupling effects of hyperfiltration (ultrafiltration) and chemico-osmotic counter-advection associated with clay membrane behavior in the absence of electrical current. Since, by definition, no solute can enter a "perfect" or "ideal" membrane, the concept of an implicit coupling effect, such that the effective salt-diffusion coefficient, Ds* approaches zero as the chemico-osmotic efficiency coefficient, omega approaches unity is introduced. The theoretical development also illustrates that, even in the absence of membrane behavior, traditional advective-dispersive transport theory based on a constant value of Ds* for the solutes may not be appropriate for simulating transient transport in reactive (ion exchanging) systems. This potential limitation is illustrated through simulations for solute mass flux involving the migration of a binary salt solution (KCl) through a clay barrier with exchange sites saturated with a single exchangeable cation (e.g., Na+) that enters the pore solution upon ion exchange with the salt cation (K+). 相似文献

选择DF10、DF30、DF90 3种纳滤膜对无机盐(NaCl和CaCl_2)、微量有机物(药物及个人护理品)、富里酸溶液进行纳滤实验,考察具有不同物理化学特性的膜对不同种类溶质的截留能力差异.结果表明,膜孔大小和带电量共同决定了纳滤膜对无机物的截留率,而微量有机物和天然有机物的截留率主要由膜孔径决定.膜活性层厚度很大程度上影响了膜的透水系数;膜的透水系数与NaCl截留率呈现负相关;膜的截留分子量越小,其对有机物的截留率越高;脱盐(NaCl)能力不一定正相关于有机物截留率,也不正相关于CaCl_2截留率.研究发现,DF30具有低无机物截留、高有机物截留的特性,这与其截留分子量适中、膜表面电荷密度低、活性层厚度小等物化性质密切相关. 相似文献

选择21种酚类化合物作为模型污染物,分别测定了三种不同纳滤膜对酚类化合物的截留率.结果表明,酚类化合物截留率受到取代基位置、种类和膜特性的影响.对NF270膜和NF膜而言,截留率从大到小的次序为邻位>间位>对位,而NF90膜的截留率为邻位>对位;供电子取代基有增大截留率的趋势,吸电子取代基有减小截留率的趋势;孔径小、荷电量大的纳滤膜截留率更大.通过基于遗传算法的偏最小二乘回归法(GA-PLS),建立了纳滤膜对酚类化合物截留率的定量构效关系模型,通过分析回归方程,可以看出酚类化合物的pKa值对截留率影响最大,影响较大的还有偶极矩等参数. 相似文献

This paper presents pilot‐scale membrane treatment results performed on biologically treated effluents from fermentation industry and ozone oxidation on concentrates from the same membrane treatment system. The results obtained from the ultrafiltration (UF) and/or the reverse osmosis (RO) systems indicate that membrane treatment are very effective for COD, Color, NH3‐N and conductivity removal. Ozone oxidation of the membrane concentrates was tested to increase biodegradability of the wastes. The effects of lithium (Li) supplementation on lipid profile and fluidity of cerebrum and cerebellum membranes in aluminum (Al)-treated rats were investigated. A significant decrease in the levels of total lipids and cholesterol was observed in both the regions following Al exposure, which however were significantly increased following Li supplementation. Further, glycolipids and gangliosides contents were significantly decreased in cerebrum, but increased in cerebellum following Al treatment. Interestingly, Li supplementation reversed the trends and regulated the levels of glycolipids and gangliosides. Al treatment also elevated conjugated diene formation and phospholipid levels in both cerebrum and cerebellum membranes, which however were decreased upon Li supplementation. The cholesterol/phospholipid ratio however was decreased after Al treatment and Li supplementation was able to enhance the ratio in both cerebrum and cerebellum. Further, Al treatment significantly increased the fluorescence polarization, anisotropy and order parameter, which however were normalized following Li supplementation. The levels of Al were also found to be significantly elevated in cerebrum and cerebellum after Al treatment and normalized in cerebellum following Li treatment. Besides its effects of the genetic material and function, chromate also immediately affects the structure and function of cell membranes. With human erythrocytes, chromate produces alterations in cell size and shape, it impairs the anion transport function, and it causes modifications in membrane constituents. The proteins have been analysed by one‐ and two‐dimensional gel electrophoresis and by fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC). The main chromate effects are the crosslinking of proteins including the membrane protein bands 1 and 2 (spectrin) and haemoglobin. Furthermore, a 40.000 D membrane protein fraction is modified. Chromate may react directly with membrane constituents but evidence also points to the formation of reactive oxygen compounds which in turn may react with proteins and lipids of the cell membrane. 相似文献
