研究了不同浓度异噻唑啉酮类化合物BIT(1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮)及其类似物X(N-丙酰基-1,2-苯并异噻唑啉酮-3-酮)对三角褐指藻生长的抑制效应.根据藻细胞生长、比生长速率、藻细胞密度比、藻细胞内色素含量变化结果表明,在实验所设定的浓度(0~3mg/L)范围内,BIT和X在高浓度下对三角褐指藻生长均具有一定的抑制效应,增加细胞生长的延滞期,但在低浓度下不明显,BIT的抑制效应优于X,但BIT和X的这种抑制作用均会随着处理时间的延长而减弱,藻细胞逐渐恢复快速增殖.根据Logistic曲线方程拟合获得的BIT和X对藻的96h半效应质量浓度(EC50)分别为1.95mg/L(R2=0.988, P=0.0013)和3.26mg/L(R2=0.908, P=0.0279),EC50值的大小进一步说明BIT比X对三角褐指藻的抑制作用强. 相似文献

为了解细颗粒物不同组分在心血管系统损伤中的毒性机制,以大同散煤为样品煤,提取燃煤PM2.5全颗粒物、无机组分及有机组分,分别对人脐静脉内皮细胞EA.hy926进行染毒,采用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及丙二醛(MDA)指标检测PM2.5不同组分对EA.hy926细胞氧化损伤程度的影响.结果表明,燃煤PM2.5各组分对EA.hy926细胞染毒24h后,随着染毒剂量的增加,细胞上清液中SOD活力均下降,与对照组相比差异显著,而相同剂量组比较,其抑制SOD活力能力依次为:有机组分>无机组分>全颗粒物,且相同剂量组不同组分间的比较均有统计学差异;GSH-Px活力均下降,具有剂量依赖性,引起GSH-Px活力下降程度基本具有无机组分>有机组分>全颗粒物的趋势,但统计学意义不显著;MDA含量分别有不同程度的增加,各组分所致的MDA含量大小存在低剂量组有机组分>全颗粒物>无机组分,高剂量组全颗粒物>无机组分>有机组分趋势,随着剂量增加,全颗粒物和无机组分引起MDA含量明显增加,而有机组分则变化趋于平缓.可见,燃煤PM2.5不同组分均对血管内皮细胞EA.hy926氧化损伤作用明显,SOD 、GSH-PX等抗氧化酶的活性降低. 相似文献

通过室内批次试验,研究了O3预处理耦合微生物降解技术对北京某焦化厂PAHs(多环芳烃)污染土壤的修复效果. 结果表明:在ρ(O3)为0.79、1.74、4.50 mg/L时,5 min内土壤PAHs迅速降解,去除率分别为11.01%、32.48%、34.65%,但随着降解时间的延长,土壤中PAHs降解逐渐放缓,60 min后土壤PAHs去除率分别为39.58%、52.84%、53.79%,土壤微生物菌落数量由原土的3.07×108 CFU/g分别降至1.73×106、1.02×105、1.49×103 CFU/g. 经ρ(O3)为1.74 mg/L预处理5、10 min,添加LB培养基分别耦合1周微生物降解后,土壤PAHs去除率达68.93%、63.32%,相比单一微生物降解分别提高35.34%、24.33%. 经ρ(O3)为1.74 mg/L预处理5 min,同时添加皂角苷及LB培养基优化降解4周后,土壤PAHs去除率为93.26%,相比仅添加LB培养基优化培养4周提高了7.00%. 研究发现,O3预处理耦合微生物降解技术中ρ(O3)最佳值为1.74 mg/L、最佳预处理时间为5 min,并且O3预处理耦合微生物降解技术降解土壤中PAHs的效率优于单一O3化处理或微生物降解处理. 相似文献

为了探讨盐酸小檗碱对小鼠的DNA损伤和氧化性损伤。随机选取30只小鼠分成对照组以及7.5,15,30,60与120 mg?kg-1实验组,处理后,应用小鼠脾细胞进行彗星实验与抗氧化酶实验。测定DNA损伤情况以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。对盐酸小檗碱的DNA损伤与氧化性损伤作用进行比较研究。研究结果表明:彗星实验中,随着盐酸小檗碱浓度的增加,尾部DNA含量、尾长与尾矩均增加,与阴性对照组相比差异有统计学意义(p<0.05或p<0.01),且呈剂量-效应关系;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随盐酸小檗碱剂量增加逐渐降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显下降,过氧化物酶(POD)活性在7.5 mg?kg-1时上升,而后逐渐下降。在60 mg?kg-1和120 mg?kg-1时,有极显著性差异(p<0.01)产生。由此可见,盐酸小檗碱对小鼠脾细胞有一定的损伤作用,能够引起小鼠脾细胞的DNA损伤和氧化性损伤。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of short-term consumption of oil and frying oil extracted from falafel patties, and then to study the long-term effect of consumption of falafel patties on rat liver gross morphology and serum liver enzymes. The frying oil quality was assessed using thiobarbituric acid reaction on rat liver homogenate. Frying oil and oil extracted from falafel patties were administered to male Wistar albino rats via gavage for 5 days. Blood samples were collected and the activities of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and bilirubin levels were determined. Livers were weighed and gross morphology was assessed. For the long-term effect of falafel consumption, rats were fed falafel patties for 30 days, and then blood samples were collected and assayed for the above-mentioned parameters. Short-term consumption of falafel extracts and frying oil did not cause any significant difference in the liver function tests and liver gross morphology. Whereas, long-term consumption of falafel patties caused a significant increase in ALP, ALT, bilirubin level and increased liver weight/body weight ratio denoting hepatotoxicity. This indicates that consumption of large amounts of falafel on daily basis might lead to hepatotoxicity. 相似文献

Inhibition of photosystem II (PSII) activity by atrazine was investigated in the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii during different states of the cell cycle. The algal cultures were maintained under continuous light or under light/dark cycle (16/8?h) to obtain homogenized cell cycle distribution. The cycle state of algal population was determined by the DNA content using flow cytometry and defined as newly divided cells before the initiation of DNA replication (G0/G1) and cells at the end of the replication cycle with fully duplicated DNA content (G2/M). Under different synchronized states of the cell population, the photosynthetic activity was investigated after treatment at 10, 100, and 1000?µmol?L?1 atrazine exposed for 24?h by using fluorescence parameters related to PSII activity measured with a plant efficiency analyzer and pulse-amplitude modulated methods. In this study, we found that the atrazine effect was different depending on cell cycle phases and the period of illumination. Algal cells under light–dark cycle showed inhibition of the PSII electron transport leading to an increase of heat energy dissipation by the PSII reaction center. Algal cells grown under continuous light was shown to be more resistant to atrazine than the cells grown under light–dark cycle. 相似文献

The insecticide formulation, dicofol (18.5% EC) was evaluated for its toxic potential in developing chick embryo. Fertilized eggs of Gallus domesticus on 4th day of incubation were immersed in aqueous emulsions of dicofol at concentrations of 250?mg?L?1, 500?mg?L?1, and 1000?mg?L?1 for 60?min at 37°C. These concentrations were corresponding to those used in plant protection practice (500?mg?L?1). Two control groups of eggs were used: one group was immersed in distilled water (vehicle) and the second group was kept as untreated to study background toxicity. On embryonic day 7; recovered embryos were evaluated for mortality rate, wet body weight, gross morphological malformations, and some biochemical changes. The result revealed that administration of dicofol did not result in significant changes in wet body weight of embryo but the survival rate of dicofol treated embryos were markedly reduced as compared with controls. Among the survivors, the number of malformations was exhibited by dicofol treated embryos in dose-dependent manner. Among biochemical changes, only total protein content of embryo significantly (p?≤?0.05) reduced to 500?mg?L?1 and 1000?mg?L?1. 为探讨化感胁迫对根边缘细胞的诱导效应,实验采用悬空气培养法培养豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)露白种子,在保留根边缘细胞和去除根边缘细胞状态下,选取相对根长、根边缘细胞数量及死亡率、果胶甲基酯酶(PME)等指标研究了豌豆根边缘细胞对不同剂量土荆芥挥发油化感作用的响应。结果表明:1)与对照相比,随着挥发油处理剂量增加,根的伸长被显著抑制(P<0.05)。2)每个处理时间内,随着土荆芥挥发油剂量增加,根边缘细胞数量整体表现出先增加后减少的趋势,在低剂量2μL处理中达极大值。3)土荆芥挥发油诱导豌豆根边缘细胞死亡,随着处理时间的延长和处理剂量的增加,这种毒害效应程度加剧,除去边缘细胞实验组中10μL挥发油处理24 h时,根边缘细胞死亡率达到100%。在较低剂量挥发油作用下,保留根边缘细胞组的根边缘细胞死亡率高于去除根边缘细胞组,而在高剂量挥发油处理情况则相反。4)在同一处理时间,随挥发油剂量增加,各处理组PME活性持续升高,去处边缘细胞组处理24 h后不同剂量处理皆显著高于对照,而根边缘细胞数量总体表现先增加后减少。综合以上结果,保留根边缘细胞的根尖根边缘细胞的数量减少量较少,说明根边缘细胞能缓解土荆芥挥发油的化感胁迫;去除根边缘细胞组的PME活性升高较多,表明土荆芥化感胁迫诱导了根边缘细胞的产生。 相似文献
