In this study, we applied Bayesian networks to prioritize the factors that influence hazardous material (Hazmat) transportation accidents. The Bayesian network structure was built based on expert knowledge using Dempster-Shafer evidence theory, and the structure was modified based on a test for conditional independence. We collected and analyzed 94 cases of Chinese Hazmat transportation accidents to compute the posterior probability of each factor using the expectation-maximization learning algorithm. We found that the three most influential factors in Hazmat transportation accidents were human factors, the transport vehicle and facilities, and packing and loading of the Hazmat. These findings provide an empirically supported theoretical basis for Hazmat transportation corporations to take corrective and preventative measures to reduce the risk of accidents. 相似文献

We present the results of a parametric sensitivity analysis of a widely used model for atmospheric dispersion of toxic gases, in order better to understand the influence of user-adjustable parameters on model outputs. We have studied 60 min continuous release scenarios for three different products (nitric oxide, ammonia and chlorine), chosen to cover a range of physical characteristics and storage conditions. For each product, we have broken down base-case scenarios into a number of sub-scenarios corresponding to different release conditions which determine physical phenomena (flow rate, release angle, release elevation and atmospheric stability class). The use of statistical tools to analyze the results of a large number of model executions allows us to rank model parameters according to their influence on the variability of a number of model outputs (distances and concentrations), on a per-scenario and per-product basis. Analysis of the results allows us to verify our understanding of the modeling of cloud dispersion. 相似文献

在公共场所应急疏散的过程中,应急疏散人员往往需要更多地依靠自身经验,而非传统的完全理性决策。为解决这一问题,提出一种具有引导者的多主体系统人员应急疏散交互模型,对模型中的Agent进行分类,建立单独Agent、结伴Agent和引导者Agent三类群体Agent,对疏散人员在引导者的指挥和控制作用下进行模拟。仿真结果表明在应急管理中设置引导者,可以在疏散初始阶段引领疏散人员快速明确疏散目标,减少迂回现象;疏散过程中合理疏导人群利用疏散出口,避免某一出口过度拥堵;引导者在疏散过程中进行密度控制,可以使整个疏散过程更合理有序,整体提高疏散效率。 相似文献

为了研究在信息不确定情况下,应急物资需求量和应急时间为区间数的物资调度问题,基于灰色系统理论构建多目标规划模型,结合实例并采用灰色区间数求解方法,计算物资调度方案。结果表明:应急物资调度与区间参数取值无关,相关调度模型与算法对应急初期的实际物资调度具有参考意义;运用灰色区间数描述调度中的不确定因素,有助于提高实际物资调度过程中的准确性。 相似文献

以废手机面板为试验材料,利用热重分析仪(TGA)研究热处理失重特征,同时利用气相色谱仪-质谱仪联用(GC-MS)对管式炉试验系统焚烧产物进行分析. 结果表明:废手机面板焚烧失重温度为128.3~558.1 ℃,最大失重温度为357.4 ℃;焚烧废手机面板导致面板组成材料液晶、偏光片和取向剂等发生化学反应,焚烧产物除CO2外,还含有醛、酮、联苯酚、苯胺等芳香族化合物和少量的苯并吡喃、萘、菲、吡啶等多环芳烃(PAHs). 由于焚烧产物中绝大多数是有毒有害物质,部分可致癌,故废手机面板不宜焚烧处理,如与其他固体废物混合焚烧,必须采取相应的污染控制措施. 相似文献

Traceability issues are of increasing concern in all fields where chemical measurements form the basis for decisions. The concepts of accuracy and traceability as applied to environmental analysis are, however, still prone to misunderstandings, which has been recently illustrated by controversial discussions among the analytical community with respect to accuracy and traceability issues in the area of speciation analysis. Analytical techniques used for the determination of chemical species (speciation analysis) are generally based on a succession of steps (e.g. extraction derivatisation, separation, detection) which are all prone to various sources of systematic errors. Many speciation measurement techniques have been studied within the last decade through interlaboratory studies and certification of reference materials. These collaborative efforts have been understood as being directed towards strive for accuracy (trueness and precision). It has been recognised recently that the achievements actually enabled mostly to establish reference points (e.g. certified values in reference materials) which does not necessarily correspond to 'true values' but rather offer a mean for laboratories to compare their data internationally and, hence, achieve traceability. This ambiguity still generates confusion and misunderstandings among the scientific community. This communication discusses this issue, focusing on analytical measurements only. Extending discussions on general traceability issues would imply an examination of steps prior to laboratory work (sampling, storage, etc.) which is beyond the scope of this contribution. 相似文献

A protocol for risk assessment at inactive hazardous material disposal sites has been developed by using mathematical modeling and estimation techniques. Compared with ranking models, the protocol yields quantitative results with a minimum of input data that may be used to select among management, scientific, or engineering alternatives for the site. This article reviews the background, presents the protocol, illustrates the application of the protocol, and demonstrates the use of the protocol in conjunction with thecritical environmental area concept. 研究了一种新型纳米级不定形碳对水中四环素的吸附作用.结果表明,在Li-Na-K碳酸盐的共熔体系中生成的碳粉对四环素表现出了良好的吸附性能.在298K下,碳粉对四环素的吸附行为更符合拟二级动力学模型和Freundlich吸附等温线,最大吸附容量达到127.76 mg·g-1.热力学计算结果表明,吸附过程是吸热的、自发的,以化学吸附为主.吸附行为表现出明显的p H依赖性,当溶液的起始p H在2~11,p H为4时碳粉对四环素的吸附量最大.溶液中的阳离子对吸附有一定的影响,但影响不大,随着阳离子浓度的增加,吸附量在一定程度上逐渐减小.离子交换作用可能是吸附的原理之一,还可能同时存在静电引力、氢键等作用.分别使用0.25 mol·L-1的Ca Cl2和Na Cl溶液进行解吸实验,解吸效率在7.42%~25%,解吸效率较低,说明吸附的化学作用较强. 相似文献
