HSE管理体系在中海油深圳分公司的应用研究

中海油深圳分公司,是中国海洋石油上游的重要组成部分,也是国内最早建立完善HSE管理体系的企业之一.在HSE管理体系建设方面,体系框架包括了核心理念、HSE管理政策、HSE管理目标、相关体系文件、管理程序、应急计划及HSE管理的保障机制等构成部分.文章运用SWOT分析等多种手段对中海油深圳分公司HSE管理的现状进行了分析,总结了公司在HSE管理执行过程中的先进方法并阐述了积极作用和意义.     

国内外水泥工业大气污染物排放标准比较研究

新修订GB 4915-2013《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准》于2014年3月1日实施.该标准将成为水泥工业防治污染、减排总量、调整结构、优化布局的重要抓手.本文对我国、美国、欧盟、日本相关排放标准(或指令)进行了研究,对比了污染物项目、控制指标、限值严格程度、实施手段等方面的异同,提出了标准建议,为我国排放标准制修订工作提供参考,有助于提高环境管理和污染控制水平.     

基于 分析的余热发电对水泥熟料生产能源利用率影响评价

本文研究水泥熟料生产过程中各个生产系统的效率,并对余热发电前后每个系统的效率进行分析对比,从而得出各个系统的资源能源利用程度以及余热发电工程对每个系统能量利用率的影响,诊断水泥熟料生产过程的损失发生位置并发现系统的节能和余热回收利用的潜力,为管理者实施节能降耗的方案提供技术支持.研究表明,实施余热发电工程前,水泥熟料生产的原料制备系统、煤粉制备系统、回转窑系统的效率分别为4.5%、1.4%和33.7%;实施余热发电工程后,效率分别为7.8%、2.8%和38.1%.余热发电工程可回收回转窑系统总投入的3.7%,同时使原料制备系统、煤粉制备系统、回转窑系统的效率分别提高3.3%、1.4%和4.3%.     

Gas separation using porous cement membrane

Gas separation is a key issue in various industrial fields. Hydrogen has the potential for application in clean fuel technologies. Therefore, the separation and purification of hydrogen is an important research subject. CO2 capture and storage have important roles in ＂green chemistry＂. As an effective clean technology, gas separation using inorganic membranes has attracted much attention in the last several decades. Membrane processes have many applications in the field of gas separation. Cement is one type of inorganic material, with the advantages of a lower cost and a longer lifespan. An experimental setup has been created and improved to measure twenty different cement membranes. The purpose of this work was to investigate the influence of gas molecule properties on the material transport and to explore the influence of operating conditions and membrane composition on separation efficiency. The influences of the above parameters are determined, the best conditions and membrane type are found, it is shown that cementitious material has the ability to separate gas mixtures, and the gas transport mechanism is studied.     

中国水泥生产环境负荷研究

基于生命周期理论,采用CML环境影响评价方法对我国水泥生产的环境负荷进行了定量分析.结果表明,水泥生产的环境影响主要体现在温室效应、不可再生能源消耗和不可再生资源消耗,其环境负荷分别占对应环境影响类型世界总负荷的2.76%、2.34%和1.39%.2004年我国水泥生产的环境负荷约占世界总负荷的1.28%,其中,立窑生产工艺、湿法回转窑生产工艺和新型干法生产工艺的环境负荷分别为0.84%,0.12%和0.32%.通过行业结构调整,用新型干法生产工艺取代其它落后的生产工艺,可使我国水泥生产的环境负荷降至世界总负荷的1%左右.     

石化企业突发性环境污染事故的应急监测

介绍了在石化企业突发性环境污染事故应急监测中,如何进行布点、采样、确定监测项目、选择检测方法、数据处理和编制监测报告.提出企业应根据生产过程中的原料和产出物的毒理性质,建立相应的数据库.企业应组建应急监测队伍,配备必要的监测仪器,定期组织应急演练.     

强化安全管理 改进安全工作

随着我国钢铁企业生产中科技含量的不断增加,自动化程度的逐渐深化,企业的规模也相应的扩大了.然而,在钢铁企业中安全管理中存在的问题变得越来越突出.就我国钢铁企业安全生产的现状作简要论述,并对改进安全工作提出几点意见.     

Implementation of the European IPPC Directive—BAT guidelines for the cement industry in Cyprus

The European Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Directive 96/61/EC aims to introduce a European-wide system of integrated prevention and control of pollution in order to secure a high level of protection to the environment as a whole. It places obligations on the Member States (MS) to introduce controls that ensure operators comply with the Directive. In this framework, as a part of the implementation process leading to formal accession of Cyprus to the European Union, the National Technical University of Athens has examined all documents related to the Best Available Techniques (BATs) published by Institutes and Organisations, such as the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies in Spain, the Environmental Protection Agency in Ireland, the World Bank Group and the Ministry for the Environment, Planning and Public Works in Greece. A series of guidelines were developed for the application of BATs for 14 categories of the Cypriot industry that fall into the IPPC Directive. The concept of BATs plays a central role in the Directive because it provides a basis for setting Emission Limit Values (ELVs) as well as the principal benchmark for determining the obligations of industrial operators in respect of pollution prevention and control. This paper presents the guidelines for cement manufacture in Cyprus.     

某石化企业化验室职业健康危害现状与改进建议

通过查找某石化企业化验室因通风不良、整体布局不合理、设施配置不完善以及职业健康管理力度、深度不够等方面存在的问题,提出确保化验室分析人员身心健康的改进措施。     

企业物流与安全

按照物流的作用范围 ,可分为社会物流和企业物流。随着物流活动在我国各生产领域不断地推进 ,企业物流合理化、科学化对提高企业的竞争力及促进企业的发展具有重要意义。笔者论述了企业物流与安全生产之间的关系 ,强调企业物流系统在进行设计和改善的同时必须进行安全设计 ,提出了企业物流系统中装卸搬运和仓储两个重要环节的安全技术 ,同时 ,又指出从事安全管理的人员 ,可以通过改善企业物流系统来改善企业安全现状。
