为解决线状河流生态系统服务价值核算长期停留在均一性核算,难以体现空间差异性的问题,整合高精度遥感数据和常规数据,区分源于河槽、滩地和河流整体3种空间的生态系统服务类型,梳理GIS平台运算的方法和参数,构建了宽滩型河流生态系统服务价值空间核算成套方法,并应用于辽河干流。结果表明:2013年辽河干流生态系统服务总价值为537.39亿元,其中洪水调蓄服务占比最高(46.99%),其次是气候调节服务(29.22%);不同土地利用类型单位面积生态系统服务价值存在差异,河槽和坑塘较高,旱地、灌木林、有林地、草地、滩涂和水田较低且数值接近;2013年辽河干流生态系统服务总价值比2009年增长了101.63亿元;辽河干流流经的铁岭、沈阳、鞍山和盘锦4个市中,单位面积生态系统服务价值和生态系统服务总价值均以辽河口的盘锦市为最高。  相似文献

原位物理洗脱技术是一种应用于修复受污染的沉积物的新兴技术,但沉积物洗脱处理后对沉水植物萌发生长的影响尚不明确。通过模拟原位空气洗脱与原位水力洗脱2种典型原位物理洗脱技术,处理富含有机质的沉积物,研究洗脱对苦草萌发和生长指标的影响,以及洗脱后沉积物的理化性质的变化。结果表明:2种方式洗脱后沉积物中苦草种子的萌发率、萌发速度以及幼苗的株高、鲜质量、根数、叶数等指标均优于未洗组,其中水力洗脱后沉积物中苦草的萌发生长状况最好,萌发率是未洗组的2.9倍,株高和根数分别是未洗组的2.29和4.76倍;物理洗脱后,沉积物中氨氮($NH_{4}^{-}$-N)与酸可挥发性硫化物(AVS)等还原性物质浓度分别下降34.15%~35.19%和7.67%~44.89%,有机质浓度下降70.04%~77.90%,表层(0~5 cm)沉积物由强还原状态(ORP<-350 mV)改善至弱还原状态(ORP为-200~-100 mV);此外,沉积物中大粒径(50~2 000 μm)颗粒占比增至89.02%~92.84%,有利于上覆水中的O2向沉积物中扩散,促进苦草的萌发生长。原位物理洗脱尤其是水力洗脱后,沉积物的理化条件更有利于苦草的萌发生长。  相似文献

汞(Hg)和铅(Pb)是2种典型的重金属污染物,对水生生态系统具有较强的毒害作用,是环境管理的重要指标。2015年11月的陇星锑业尾矿库泄露事件,造成嘉陵江流域约346 km长河段受到重金属污染,尾矿砂中高含量Hg和Pb主要归宿在污染团经过的河道沉积物中,引起的嘉陵江流域生态风险尚未被全面评估。为解决沉积物中污染物对水生生物的毒性效应数据较少的问题,采用相平衡分配法,利用大量的水生生物毒理试验数据,将其转化为相应的沉积物毒性效应数据;采用基于非参数核密度估计的物种敏感度分布(SSD)法,对嘉陵江沉积物中2种重金属(Hg和Pb)进行生态风险评价,并与其他分布模型(Normal、Logistic和Weibull)进行对比。结果表明:Hg的非参数核密度估计模型的K-S检验统计量、均方根误差(RMSE)和误差平方和(SSE)分别为0.111 1、0.025 04和0.000 627,相较其他分布模型为最小;Pb的非参数核密度估计模型的K-S检验统计量为0.125 0,相较其他分布模型为最小,RMSE和SSE分别为0.028 42和0.000 807,为较优。非参数核密度估计模型对2种重金属毒性数据有很好的适应性,可获得较优的模拟效果。嘉陵江流域15个采样点沉积物中Pb浓度显著高于Hg,但沉积物中Hg的生态风险水平远高于Pb。  相似文献

为分析共因失效对高速铁路接触网系统的影响,将二元决策图(Binary Decision Diagram,BDD)与共因失效理论引入到接触网系统可靠性分析中。利用逻辑相邻优先组合法(Logic Neighbor Priority Connect,LNPC)将高速铁路接触网系统的故障树模型转化为BDD模型并求取其可靠度表达式,利用隐式方法对考虑了共因失效的接触网系统可靠度进行计算,利用MATLAB绘制考虑共因失效和不考虑共因失效情况下接触网系统可靠度变化曲线。研究结果表明:提出的分析方法适用于接触网系统的可靠性分析,为接触网系统的可靠性分析提供了一定的理论依据。  相似文献

Sketch-map-facilitated interviews were conducted in 23 villages in two adjacent regions in the southern Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico – the Maya (and increasingly Mennonite) forest-agriculture mosaic of the Chenes, and the late-20th-century-settlement forest frontier of Calakmul – to determine the frequency and typology of local-scale reserves, including the external (e.g. Payments for Environmental Services programs) and internal sources of their generation. 9% of the study communities are found to satisfy the author’s criteria for deliberate, autochthonous reserves. The static polygon reserve and static map are found to have limited value for understanding the evolving cultural ecologies of these regions. Alternative approaches are discussed, particularly those employed by geographers.  相似文献

• Isotope dilution method was developed for the determination of 27 PPCPs in water. • The established method was successfully applied to different types of water samples. • The correction effect of corresponding 27 ILSs over 70 d was investigated. • Benefit of isotopic dilution method was illustrated for three examples. Pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) are a unique group of emerging and non-persistent contaminants. In this study, 27 PPCPs in various water samples were extracted by solid phase extraction (SPE), and determined by isotope dilution method using liquid chromatography coupled to tandem triple quadruple mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS). A total of 27 isotopically labeled standards (ILSs) were applied to correct the concentration of PPCPs in spiked ultrapure water, drinking water, river, effluent and influent sewage. The corrected recoveries were 73%–122% with the relative standard deviation (RSD)<16%, except for acetaminophen. The matrix effect for all kinds of water samples was<22% and the method quantitation limits (MQLs) were 0.45–8.6 ng/L. The developed method was successfully applied on environmental water samples. The SPE extracts of spiked ultrapure water, drinking water, river and wastewater effluent were stored for 70 days, and the ILSs-corrected recoveries of 27 PPCPs were obtained to evaluate the correction ability of ILSs in the presence of variety interferences. The recoveries of 27 PPCPs over 70 days were within the scope of 72%–140% with the recovery variation<37% in all cases. The isotope dilution method seems to be of benefit when the extract has to be stored for long time before the instrument analysis.  相似文献

Despite long-standing knowledge of the benefits of riparian buffers for mitigating nonpoint source pollution, many streams are unprotected by buffers. Even landowners who understand ecological values of buffers mow riparian vegetation to the streambank. Do trends in rural riparian conditions reflect the development of riparian forest science? What motivates residential riparian management actions? Using high-resolution orthoimagery, we quantified riparian conditions and trends between 1998 and 2015 in the rural upper Little Tennessee River basin in Macon County, North Carolina and explored how landowners view riparian zone management and riparian restoration programs. Buffer composition in 2015 was as follows: no buffer (32.5%), narrow (19.3%), forested (26.7%), shrub (7.2%), and intermediate (7.0%). Relative to 1998, the greatest decrease occurred in the no buffer class (−17.7%, 46 km) and the largest increases occurred in the shrub (+72.5%, 20 km) and narrow (12.6%, 14 km) classes. Forested buffer marginally increased. Semi-structured interview data suggest that landowners prioritize recreational and scenic aspects of riparian buffers over ecological functions such as filtration and bank stabilization. Riparian restoration programs might be made more enticing to non-adopters if outreach language appealed to landowner priorities, design elements demonstrated intentional management, and program managers highlighted areas where ecological goals and landowner values align.  相似文献

A simple and cost-effective analysis method based on quartz crystal nanobalance (QCN) coated with a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for measurement of methomyl was investigated. In the first part of this study, a sensitive, selective and reliable quartz crystal nanobalance (QCN) sensor was designed for the selective determination of methomyl in aqueous solutions. In the second part, in order to demonstrate the applicability and performance of the fabricated sensor in the real world situation, it was successfully applied for the determination of methomyl residual in photo catalytic degradation by ZnO powders in aqueous solutions. The fabricated sensor presents a high selectivity and sensitivity (4.56 Hz per mg L?1) for methomyl and it can be used for determination of methomyl concentration ranged between 1 to 45 mg L?1. Furthermore, good reproducibility, R.S.D. = 2.14% (n = 5) was observed. To investigate the performance of the sensor, the change in the insecticide concentration during the photocatalytic degradation of methomyl by ZnO was investigated by QCN and UV/Vis spectroscopy. Results obtained from QCN sensor and UV/Vis spectroscopy measurement are in good mutual agreement. So the fabricated sensor may provide an efficient, low cost, easy-to-use method for the in-field evaluation of specific targeted analytes in aqueous solutions which in turn may lead to improved food and water safety.  相似文献

Abstract: The links between species–environment relations and species’ responses to protection are unclear, but the objectives of marine protected areas (MPAs) are most likely to be achieved when those relations are known and inform MPA design. The components of a species’ habitat vary with the spatial resolution of the area considered. We characterized areas at two resolutions: 250 m2 (transect) and approximately 30,000 m2 (seascape). We considered three categories of environmental variables: substrate type, bottom complexity, and depth. We sought to determine at which resolution habitat characteristics were a better predictor of abundance and species composition of fishes and whether the relations with environmental variables at either resolution affected species’ responses to protection. Habitat features accounted for a larger proportion of spatial variation in species composition and abundances than differences in protection status. This spatial variation was explained best by habitat characteristics at the seascape level than at the transect level. Species’ responses to protected areas were specific to particular seascape characteristics, primarily depth, and bottom complexity. Our method may be useful for prioritizing marine areas for protection, designing MPAs, and monitoring their effectiveness. It identified areas that provided natural shelter, areas acting as buffer zones, and areas where fish species were most responsive to protection. The identification of such areas is necessary for cost‐effective establishment and monitoring of MPAs.  相似文献
